It was chaotic in the war room as everyone was trying to figure out how to get the hostages off Air Force One without the Ultranationalists figuring out. The young man, Victor Spalko, was collecting notes when he saw a fax come through. It was from President Marshall himself giving them a way to do so. He grabbed the fax and brought it to Vice President Kathryn Bennett who then ordered them all to follow the instructions to the letter. After the crisis had ended he got a promotion and a pay raise.
