I have another work posted here with ES fics, but that one is much older. I want to distinguish these for a lot of reasons, not the least of which being so I can actually say I've posted Something new in the last year. I'm working on more stuff that I'm really happy with, but these are pretty easy and therapeutic for me. Tell me what you think :3
It sees its sisters. They're laughing and playing: dressup, theatre, coffee shop, maintenance. They’re smiling. They’re making up words and giggling about their secret language. They’re telling stories. They’re sharing makeup, brushing each other’s hair, trying on clothes. Fuck, they’re singing. They're cooking and eating together. They're caring for each other.
It doesn't know if it hurt more when it was an outsider looking in or now that it's all gone.
