It's the Day of the release of zb1's song called 'Doctor! Doctor!' and Juntae just can't wait to finally get home from school and be able to listen to that song.
Juntae has known the Group since the Survival show ' Boys Planet' and although he was sad that not all oh his faves made it to the final Line up, he still loves the members that are currently in Zerobasone.
So anyone who loves kpop,can relate to the excitement that comes from waiting for a new song of one of your favorite Groups.
Juntae likes a lot of songs and a lot of Groups,.but he just has a feeling this song is just be his new favorite song for quite some time.
So after the end of their last Class of the Day, he just quickly says bye to all of his Friends. Juntae than almost runs the entire way home. He is so excited, he really can't wait much longer that he already has.
He says hi to his mum, before leaving her alone in the Kitchen and making his way upstairs to his Room.
He opens YouTube oh His TV and immediately on his front page it already recommends him zb1's 'Doctor! Doctor! Mv'.
So he clicks on it
After his first listen he is already sure, that yes this was gonna one of his favorite songs from them for sure.
If Juntae has to be honest, then he would have to say that the song basically describes his current love situation.
While being in love can be really fun and make life sometimes much easier, because even on the days you might feel down, seeing the one you love just makes the Day even just a tiny bit better .
But being in love can also be really sad.
Like loving someone who is already taking, of experiencing heartbreak because you get rejected or broken up with.
And loving someone, who you have been friends for a really long time can also be really sad, cause what if that ruins the entire Friendship you cherish so much ?
So yeah, Juntae is in love with his best friend Hyeontak.
He doesn't really remember when and how it started, but one random evening,he and Hyeontak are watching 20th Century Girl together and that is when he realizes, that he loves his Best Friend just like the Girl in the movie realizes she loves her new Friend.
In that movie everything was just so sad and Juntae had been crying so much. He is never going to watch that movie again.
He hopes he doesn't have to experience a love story like that.
It was sweet and heartwarming but also really sad.
At least when he remembers that movie, he also remembers Hyeontak comforting him after that.
It's been around 2 years since his realization had hit him.
Thinking back to that memory always kind of makes him sad.
He was sure back then that he must have been in love for quite some time already.
It just took him a long time to realize that it was love he was feeling for almost their entire Friendship already.
Back to Juntae's current favorite song.
He wishes he could also just call a doctor and get help.
The feeling of being love sick really messes with him.
It's been around 10 years since he and Hyeontak have become friends. He loves being his friend, but he also just wants to get the confession of his Chest .
So Juntae plans on confessing soon.
Well not actually confessing for real.
He is just going to sing his new favorite song to him as often as possible.
Hyeontak might get annoyed hearing the song, but if he in the End manages to get his feelings across than he will be more than happy with that.
And yes confessing to your best friend sounds scary but for some reason Juntae just knows that even if he gets rejected in the End, Hyeontak won't end up hating him.
This plan could also just end up getting nowhere and his friend would just think that it is Juntae being his usual self.
He is known for his random singing a lo anyway.
Anyway he is just going to have fun with this whole thing.
Even if it leads to nothing.
Maybe he will just end up confessing for real.
So the next day at school , during their lunch time they are discussing what kind of songs they currently have in their playlists and that is when Juntae sees his chance to talk about his L-O-V-EMERGENCY.
Sieun than also says that he really likes that song and they talk about which members they think stood out the most in their new mv. A few minutes later they both came to an Agreement that Mathew stood out to them the most.
So what if they both like that Rap Part ?
Who could blame them, right ?
So the next few days it kind of becomes an inside joke between him and Sieun to just quote random phrases of the song randomly. Sometimes they even act out a few lines.
They have a lot of fun doing so and both Humin and Hyeontak just shake their Heads watching them be silly.
Then one day things change a little, Juntae seems to demand the older's attention quit often lately.
Hyeontak doesn't really know for sure yet but it seems like
Juntae is being more cute towards him lately.
Hyeontak likes that. He really likes the attention Juntae seems to give him these days. He likes all he can get from him.
Who wouldn't enjoy getting attention from someone as adorable as Seo juntae ?
Everyone would like the Attention!
One thing keeps repeating itself and that is juntae constantly singing 'L-O-V-Emergency' and he does that while always remaining eye contact with Hyeontak.
At first it feels like a joke that is going on for to long.
They all know by now that this is Juntae's favorite song.
Sieun also enjoys the song but he has long stoped his shenanigans with juntae.
So why is juntae doing it alone now and why does it feel like he is addressing Hyeontak with his singing ?
The younger starts doing ' L-O-V-E ' with his fingers all the time and while staring into Hyeontak's eyes.
Sometimes if he feels a little more confident, he even throws in a cute wink.
And Hyeontak is confused.
Why does this seem to never stop and why is Juntae giving only him those looks ?
Does Juntae like him ?
Well he guess he just has to ask what this all means and then he will be able to figure out what is going on right now.
So the next day Hyeontak goes home with Juntae, because they are staying at his place for the rest of the day.
They get food on the way and when they reach the younger's house they put away their things and just get up to Juntae's room almost immediately.
They argue a little bit over what they are going to be watching and then they just decide on watching some random cooking show for some reason.
They finish eating and for some reason they don't really talk much. They usually have a lot to say to each other, but today is somehow different .
Everything is kind of different between them these days and to change that , Hyeontak is going to ask what Juntae has been doing these days, like why is he extra adorable with him?
The older clears his throat before he says ; " Juntae I feel like something has changed in your behavior towards me these days and I honestly feel like I know what you are trying to say by being all cute towards me, but it's gonna be embarrassing if I'm actually reading this all wrong..."
" Tell me what you think it is that I'm trying to achieve with all of this ! " Juntae just says and Hyeontak guesses he has to man up and just say it.
" Could it be that you might be in love with me ?" He asks and he a slight blush on his face while doing so.
Juntae smiles, hearing that question.
So he continues to tease Hyeontak a little more by answering him with " What if I am ?"
" Then I would like to tell you that I reciprocate your feelings, cause I love you and I hope you weren't just teasing me for some mindless fun."
" Oh." Is all he gets in return.
And then the smile is back on Juntae's face .
" So this means we both love each other I guess ?"
" Yes" the older answers and then he moves closer towards juntae. " Would it be alright to kiss you now ?"
Hyeontak asks him then.
The smile on the younger's face seems to never leave as he just nods his head as an answer, and then he leans into Hyeontak and soon their lips meet.
They both try to impress each other with their kissing skills, but neither of them have ever kissed someone else before so being each other's first they try to out do each other.
And after their kiss ended they bicker about who between them is the better kisser but their isn't really an answer to that, cause all that matters is that they both enjoyed it.
And they did. They loved kissing each other.
It became their favorite thing.
They were love sick but not to the point of needing a doctor thankfully.
