Hello, this is my first 9-1-1 fanfiction, so I hope to receive positive or constructive comments if a character is not entirely canon.
The chapters will be slow, as I am still searching for a transcription page.
I found one, but I am not sure if it will be very useful.

Chapter 1: How it all started.

Chapter Text

It was an average day for Los Angeles: kids getting to school, adults working. You know, people, going about their day to day. But for other people it was totally different.

“9-1-1, what is your emergency… Roger that, sir, please remain calm. Firefighters are on their way.”

“9-1-1, what is your emergency … Okay, please remain calm. Firefighters are on their way.”

“9-1-1, what is your emergency … I waited a moment, could you repeat where you are.”

Yes, a normal day for emergency operators, doing their best to support their citizens, to remain calm while help was on the way. But in that place also stood a woman older than her 30s. Straight brown hair, ready to take her next call of the day.

“9-1-1, what is your emergency?” the woman asked appropriately as she waited for a voice on the other end of the line, “… Hello? Hello? Is anyone there, if this is a prank call…”

“They are ready to see their future,” the voice on the other end was finally heard, sounding like a woman. Which slightly disconcerted the woman.

“What? Excuse me, miss, but if a ridiculous prank call, I ask you to please hang up before I send you to the authorities for something so ridiculous.” Angrily replied the woman as she was also slightly confused, trying to verify where the girl was calling from, but to no avail.

“See you in three hours, Maddie,” was all that person said and then hung up, and Maddie quickly tried to call the woman back. To no avail.

So the woman, now known as Maddie, decided to take a quick break while she went to the dining room to get some water and calm her nerves about the call. After a while, she was hesitating to tell Athena about what had just happened to her, but someone else distracted her.

“Hi, Maddie, how are you doing today?” A slightly stocky, brown-haired man asked her as he came through the break room door and went to get a bottle of water from the refrigerator. But he stopped when he didn't get an answer from his companion. “Hey, are you okay?”

The man asked again as he carefully approached Maddie so as not to startle her, so he carefully touched the table to give her to understand that he was next to her. Bringing her out of her trance with a slight jump, quickly stepping back.

“Ah, Josh. How long have you been here?” Maddie asked with a slight quick breath as she also tried to wipe the invisible sweat off her face.

“Me? Long enough to know that you, you, have a problem.” Josh answered truthfully as he sat down in the other chair at that table, looking worriedly at Maddie, who simply sighed.

“Yeah, no, I'm sorry. It's just, I got a weird phone call.”

“Again?” Josh asked worriedly, as he still had slight chills from the Halloween time.

“Yeah, but this time, instead of asking for help or not saying anything. He said a few words and hung up on me.” As he held his forehead, while scratching his scalp worriedly.

“He said we'd see each other soon, and then he hung up on me. And-and I don't know, maybe, maybe I know him and he's already found me. What if he finds me! And I…”

“Okay, okay. Maddie, you're having a panic attack, I need you to breathe with me, okay, inhale four, three, two. Exhale, four, three, two. Keep going like this.”

Maddie followed Josh's instructions as she tried to distract herself with whatever she was trying to feel or sense. Already after a moment, she was able to calm down, ducking her head, trying to hold back the tears that were trying to come out of her eyes.

“Thank you, Josh.” Maddie whispered calmly to him as she gave him a sincere smile that Josh also returned.

“No problem, and hey, if you want, she can tell Sue that you're not feeling well, and-.”

“No, no. I'm done at 8 today, so I feel like distracting my mind will help a little.” She started to get up, being by Josh who gave her a slight smile.

“Well, if you're absolutely sure, it's still two hours before your shift is over.”

“What, two hours? So until 9 o'clock, the mystery person will show up.” Maddie looked confusedly at her watch on the wall, and it was true. It was still 6 p.m. But at that, Josh snapped her out of her thoughts again.

“But, hey, if you're still feeling insecure, call Athena and tell her to take you to station 118, you told me your brother's off today until 9, right?” He kept drawing conversation out of Josh as he watched Maddie nod carefully, already after, they both went back to their stations to put on their headsets and get on with the action.

But Maddie still had that slight feeling that tonight would be something different from the others.

Bobby along with the guys were just coming in from another car incident, so they were somewhat quiet for the moment.

“Ready, boys, rest as much as you can as usual,” the captain ordered/recommended them as he gave a few pats to his fellow men and women who nodded for the order. But in doing so, he felt his phone vibrate, so he turned it on. He thought it would be Athena to see what they would have for dinner with the children and their non-in-laws. But instead, it was more of a Gmail, something strange. So he opened it, “Ready to see your future. See you in two and a half hours, Captain Nash.”

He finished with the message, making his face change to curiosity, as this could mean a clear threat, but it could also be a stupid prank by a hacker. So he turned off his phone and put it away, to go upstairs and go to the couches to rest, but instead of seeing a lively conversation of his main group, he saw different expressions.

One was curious, one was laughing (Buck), and one was simply bored by whatever it was they were seeing on their phones, though he already suspected what it was.

“Everything okay, team?” Bobby asked with a slight frown as he now saw the looks being directed his way.

“No, it's nothing,” Hen spoke first as he turned off his phone and put it away and then turned on the TV.

“Yeah, apparently we all got a bit of a strange message.” I tried to lightly joke Buck as he pointed to his phone and then looked at his team.

“Let me guess, it's a Gmail, where it tells you: you are ready to see your future and a strange time,” Bobby folded his arms as he watched all eyes once again turn to him, making him assume it was true.

“But, I don't get it, is it a threat?” Chimney wondered as he tried to find some other clue from the message, then looked at everyone with concern. “Seriously, it's going to be a threat?”

“Towards a specific group and not the 118th itself?” now spoke Eddie as he put his phone away and calmly sat back on the couch. Being ex-military, luckily, gave him some tricks of hiding his nerves and knowing how to act in threats. “I don't know, something doesn't make sense about all this and the person who sent it, has a simple numbering from 1 to 8 for a name.”

“What worries me is the time, two, and half hours, will it be in the early morning?” She was also concentrating on the Hen conversation while scratching her scalp with slight nervousness.

“No, it looks more like a countdown,” Buck replied as he continued to look at the message as well, until he noticed the time, “it's at 9.”

At that, now all eight pairs of eyes were on him, as he flipped his phone over, and they could all see what the main screen had on, where the time read 6:30 in the evening.

“Cap. It's departure time for all of us,” he now spoke somewhat terrified, Hen as he couldn't help but imagine everything that could happen in that hour.

“Okay, everyone, stay calm, maybe it's a joke.” Tried to distract Chimney as he leaned his elbows on his knees, trying to distract himself as well.

“Captain, in all my years being in the military, we've always gotten threats from the enemy,” Eddie spoke quickly becoming more serious about the conversation, because if he was being threatened, he didn't plan on bringing the danger before Shannon and Christopher.

“Yes, I understand. Let me call Athena to send us surveillance patrols.” Bobby spoke quickly as he walked over to his contacts and down toward the apartment lobby.

“O geez, Maddie, I need to know if she's okay,” Buck spoke worriedly as he quickly texted his sister as he walked towards the kitchen to also try to get something to reassure himself.

“Buck is right, I need to text Karen and ask her if she has received any kind of strange message,” now he left Hen couches as he walked somewhere else. And Eddie without a word was no longer there.

“And I'll... I'll be over here watching what's on TV,” Chimney said reluctantly as he grabbed the remote and switched them to channels to try to find something good and forget his depressing desolation.

She was Athena outside the police station, having caught a thief earlier and went to leave it in the hands of her people, until she felt her phone vibrate. She thought it would be her mother scolding her for being late, or Bobby, asking her what they were having for dinner today. But as she got into her car and looked at her notifications, she noticed it wasn't either of them. They were an email.

Who uses Gmail, these days?”, the woman thought amusedly as she set her phone on the armrest and started driving to watch a few streets before her shift ended. But in the process, she received a call.

“Speak, Athena!” the woman spoke loud and clear so as not to be distracted from her path as she placed the call aloud.

“Hello, Athena. It's Maddie.” She heard from the other end, drawing a slight smile from the woman.

“Maddie, what do I have the pleasure of your call?”

“Well, I wanted to ask if you could give me a ride to station 118.”

“Is something wrong, honey?” now being worried that something might happen to Bobby, or worse to Buck.

“No, no. It's just that I, I got a strange call on my shift, and it made me hesitate for a moment about going home alone.”

“A strange call? On the hotline.”

“Yeah, and well, my shift ends in an hour and a half and I wanted to ask you if you could give me a ride to the station, b-but if not, that's okay, I'll get me an Uber.”

“Ah, ah. I don't think so, I'll come pick you up and then, you'll tell me about that strange call, got it?”

“Yes, okay, thank you very much, see you.”

“See you!” and then there was the slight beep that they had already hung up.

Athena, upon hearing Maddie's story, was slightly curious, so she stopped her patrol car in front of a park and grabbed her phone, noticing that the message was still there.

Then the woman simply shook her head and read what was in that message, puzzling her for a moment, but, instead, she received a slight shock when she received a call from her fiancé.

“Hi, Athena hey, I need to ask you something,” Bobby sounded somewhat concerned as Athena tried to hide her breathing as discreetly as possible.

“Yeah, what's up, if it's about dinner, I'll buy the meat, you don't have to…”

“No, it's not that, look, the guys and I got a strange message.”

Strange message, and, won't that strange message contain a sentence about the future along with a specific time?”

“... You too?” now sounding more concerned as a sigh could be heard.

“Yes, and I suspect Maddie got it too.” Now turning on his car once more as he left the call on speaker and drove to the call center where Maddie was. The hell, he wouldn't wait until the girl's departure time if the lives of many were at risk.

“Wait, so this couldn't be a prank.”

“No, this could go further than just a prank or a hacker who wants to take all your money.” Spoke would be the woman as she was 30 minutes away from Maddie's work. “Listen, I'll talk to Maddie about getting a permit to leave early so I can pick her up, but we'll be at the station in an hour.”

“That will be until 8, that's fine. Then we'll expect them and also to ask you if you can call for backup just in case?” asked Bobby soulfully, but there was also a slight nervousness in him at the thought of this being further than he thought.

“I'll leave the message then and see what I get,” Athena replied with slight anger knowing that she will be home later with her children, but she would rather that than leave her whole family neglected.

“Ok, so I'll see you at the station, hey, I love you.”

Bobby finally said as he received a “me too” from Athena and then hung up. Athena then lowered her smile a bit to grab her car radio and talk.

“727-L-30. I have a threat warning not only for me but for a specific group of people, these being parts of the 118 firefighter group and a relative of theirs.”

“Roger that 727-L-30. Do we have any more information on the threat?” sounded what sounded like a woman on the other end of the line, waiting for further explanation.

“Yes, messages in consecutive where they give notice that at 9 p.m. tonight the clear threat will be given. At this time, I will get the relative of one of the firefighters for protection. Over.”

“Copy. Two to three patrols will be conducted for the appropriate persons. Patrols will be assigned at 20 hours and 30 minutes. Over.”

“Copy that, thank you. Over and out.”

To then put down his radio and seeing that he had a red on the traffic light, he decided to quickly call Maddie. She was quickly answered.

“Athena, what's wrong?” sounding slightly concerned about being called back by the woman.

“Maddie, listen. I'm going to need you to tell Sue to let you out ahead of your schedule.” To then put the phone on speaker as she turned the corner.

“Is something wrong, is it about my call?” she asked now, more confused.

“I can only tell you that this could be bigger than just a prank call. I'll be 15 minutes away from the call center,” waiting for some response from the woman, simply hearing a mumble like “oh, God.”

“I understand, I'll see you here,” then hanging up.

Athena seriously hoped this was a stupid prank call and that everyone would be laughing at the end of the day, but if it wasn't. She didn't want to imagine what could happen to them all on this supposedly quiet night.

Athena had already arrived at headquarters and luckily Maddie was already outside of it, giving her a light quick wave as she climbed into the co-pilot of the squad car.

“I hope this is all a bad joke.” Tried to lighten the mood, Maddie as she buckled herself in and Athena simply sighed with resignation.

“Me too, but for now, in an hour and a half, three patrols will be after your brother, my fiancé, and his friends.”

“Wait, it's not just about the call anymore,” Maddie asked, frightened at the thought that this might be something more serious than just a prank.

“No, but I still need to know what that call was like, from start to finish.”  She explained with a long sigh as she started the car again and began driving straight to the station.

As soon as they both arrived, they noticed that a fire truck and an ambulance were missing, only being at the station the guys along with the captain.

Buck, noticing both women, quickly got out to hug his sister who started trotting towards him and they both gave each other a tight hug.

“Are they okay?” Athena asked as she watched her fiancé also come down the stairs and greeted her with a quick hug.

“Has anyone had any more news?” asked Bobby as it was now the four of them who started up the stairs to where Chimney, Eddie, and Hen were standing.

“No, have you guys?” scratched his head slightly Buck as he looked with a slight smile at Athena and Maddie who were also trying to say something, until something interrupted them.

Doors of the headquarters closing.

Everyone got a chill and quickly went towards the stairs, noticing how the doors on both sides of the place were starting to close.

Making everyone run towards them and try to stop them, but the doors were faster and quickly closed, until a slight click was heard throughout the place.

“Okay, this is bad,” Chimney now spoke as he tried to reopen the front door with a command control that was hanging next to the door. “The remote doesn't work.”

“Yeah, neither does the one over here!” yelled Hen as he tried to use another joystick control as well.

“Check all emergency exits!” ordered Bobby as he watched everyone nod and try to use every possible exit. In the end, nothing worked and everyone returned to the center of the station lobby. “Okay, nobody panics, the second group shouldn't be long in coming back, it was a minor car accident, so they should be back any minute.”

They all gave slight sighs at what they heard, but were still somewhat confused by what was going on.

“Hey, you guys think that's the person who sent the message,” Chimney sounding nervous as the 7 of them were now in the lobby not knowing what to do.

“But wait, that person didn't put that until nine o'clock, what time is it.” Being confused, Eddie at what was happening and thinking of the worst thing that could happen to them.

“It's only ten past eight, this doesn't make sense.”

He's right, Mrs. Grant.

It was heard again over the loudspeakers, scaring everyone again, who looked towards the loudspeakers placed in every corner of the place.

“Show yourself, now!” demanded Athena as she pointed her gun everywhere.

I'm sorry, but that won't be possible.

“Why?” now looking for some indication that the person was inside the place, just like everyone else who made a circle turning all around.

The original plan was that, at nine o'clock, all of you would have to be knocked out and taken to another place to see your future, as I told you or wrote earlier.

“Wait, wait. knocked out, were you planning to abduct us?!” cried Buck puzzled at what the person was planning to do with all of them.

Yes, and no. But Sgt. Grant had to give notice to her fellow cops to administer patrols to all of you, causing my plans to be completely ruined.

“Because you can't just threaten half a fire department along with a family member and the sergeant of a unit.” I state would be Athena as I seriously thought about aiming for the horns and seeing what happened, but I also had to think about the other variants if I did.

Calm down, Sergeant Grant, I wasn't planning on killing or torturing them; you already know why it was going to be such a thing.

“Your messages made no sense at all. Seeing the future? Who do you think we are, elementary school kids?” Hen asked the air as he watched all the places where his eyes were able to catch the best of it.

I don't think so, well, maybe with Buck I would think so.

“Hey!” now felt offended the boy with the mark on his forehead.

“That doesn't matter, since in twenty minutes’ reinforcements will be coming and they're going to stop you wherever you are.” Athena stated while still keeping her wits about her, she still wouldn't admit that either, if she got a slight cough out of it, the joke was on Buck.

I'm not of the opinion that's going to happen either.

“And why is that?” Bobby now asked, noticing how a figure was beginning to emerge from the shadows of the break room.

But your buddies, Sergeant Grant?

“They're not going to make it.”

Now everyone quickly turned to where the voice might be, finding a girl who looked a little older than May, but didn't look like a young adult either.

“Excuse me, and you are?” asked Bobby as Athena put away her gun and stood next to her fiancé.

“Ah, yes. Excuse me, my name is Atalia Sho.” The girl introduced herself as she walked down the stairs, and everyone noticed how she was wearing a baggy black sweatshirt along with jeans and white sneakers.

“Miss Sho, what you just did broke more than one LA law. And before I arrest you. You have a few last words before I declare your rights.”

Athena said as she pulled out her handcuffs and began to approach in a threatening manner, watching as the girl simply continued to smile in a calm manner as she stood on the bottom steps, continuing to watch Athena.

“Yes, indeed, yes. They are ready to see their future,” was all the girl said and then snapped her fingers and everyone suddenly felt their floor suddenly shake senselessly. Until finally falling to the ground.

Buck felt tired, but at the same time he had slept more than 16 hours. So he slowly got up while trying to regain his eyesight, which was starting to get wet, so he began to wipe them with confusion while looking around.

Noticing that he was not alone, and also noticing that he was sitting in the armchairs in the living room of the apartment. But trying to refocus that he wasn't alone, Maddie and Chim were in the armchairs for one, which were now together, and Eddie along with Hen were in the other armchair.

Which made him think that he was in the chair for three, turning to his right, noticing Bobby in the middle of the chair and making him assume that Athena was in the other corner of the chair.

“Cap, hey cap.” Attempted Buck to wake Bobby with slight movements. Until Bobby was startled, moving from one side to the other, lifting Athena as well.

“What, what's wrong?” as he calmed slightly, but still feeling slightly nervous that she wasn't in her apartment. Noticing the same as Buck, his fiancée, on one side, Buck on the other. The others on the other couches.

“Hey, hey. What's going on?” spoke a disoriented and confused Maddie as she looked around, until she noticed something the other two men hadn't noticed. “Why do we have a chain around our waists?!”

Now, being all deserted and looking down, noticing the chain, which didn't seem that thick, but as she tried to move it, it seemed to weigh a lot.

“Ah, good, they woke up,” the girl reappeared as she now posed in front of the group who were looking at her angrily and coldly, but still slight emotions could be noticed after appearing in her eyes. But that did not matter much to Adalia. “Hay, don't look at me like that, Sergeant Grant almost arrested me because she didn't let me explain properly.”

“Then you better do it before my sergeant and mother instincts destroy these chains, and you're tackled to the ground with some chains and more demands on your back.”

I state quickly, but coldly, to Athena while still holding the chains.

“Okay. My full name is Atalia Sho, I am the daughter of Sho. You do not know her or my family. Because I am not of this world.”

“Ha, I think someone ate too much candy and read too much science fiction in their spare time,” Chimney tried to scoff lightly as she tried to lean back on her shoulders, failing slightly from the pressure of the chain on her gut.

“Well, and then how do you explain the blackouts,” Atalia tried to convince him. As she now looked at him seriously.

“You put something in our food,” he replied simply.

“Really? In the food that Captain Bobby Nash prepared and was watching at every turn.” As he raised an eyebrow and looked with mild amusement at Chimney, who simply resigned himself.

“Wait, earlier you talked about Athena's reinforcements not coming, why?” now spoke, Maddie reoccupied that this person had said something to them while they were all unconscious.

“Well, yes they will come. But believe me when I tell you that they will take a very, very long time to arrive, haha,” Atalia laughed a little as she kept her hands between the pockets of her sweater.

“What do you mean by that?” Hen asked as she looked at the girl confused.

“Well, let's say that at this very moment their world, along with the rest of the universe, continues on its course, but in such a slow way that what for you could feel like months or even years of being here, for them would be at least an hour, at most two.”

“W-wait, like, years. You're saying you didn't put yourself in some kind of bubble apart from the outside world.” He tried to make sense of it, Buck as he also tried to settle out of his spot, trying to feel the chain on his waist less.

“Yeah, that's pretty much what I did.”

“How?” now it was Athena with confusion and a sudden sense of fear she didn't think she felt watching a mere girl who looked like a seventeen-year-old.

“Ha, it wasn't easy. Let's just say I still had to make a lot of arrangements so I could be here so you guys could be here at this very moment without having some trauma so big so you don't have to leave the house for months, haha.”

While the others looked at each other without understanding much what she was referring to. But at the same time they felt that they did know what she was referring to, after all, they all had a dangerous job in one way or another.

But they would be that she knew too many things to do such a thing, like writing to them all and thinking it would be a threat.

“But I have no regrets, believe me when I tell you, this instant will be the only rest you will get, because from here on it will all be a challenge, really. At first, I was thinking of taking you to Athena's house, since there would be more space there, but it's better here. It has beds, enough food, showers and spare clothes, well, except for Maddie and Athena, but that's taken care of.”

To then elicit a slight startle from both women as they suddenly had two gym bags in front of them, only to see the girl smiling at them with amusement at their reactions. The two then opened their bags and noticed that there were pants and blouses along with underwear and various personal hygiene products.

“Okay, before you write me off as a stalker or a clothes' thief, none of that is yours, I mean, it's new clothes, also the hygiene products, everything is new and washed, so you don't have to worry about diseases.”

“Yes, I was wondering about them, about the blouses I had never seen in my closet.”

Maddie spoke as she displayed the long sleeved blouses in different colors. While also noting the different pants and along with a few pairs of pajamas.

“Well, I would complain, but these clothes are very nice, but I will be more reassured if I saw some ticket that this was purchased legally and not stolen.” Laughed Athena lightly as she closed the bag and placed it on her feet while crossing her arms watching Atalia who seemed to agree with her and start checking her pants pockets, to take out two long tickets and give them to Athena who gladly grabbed them, “From what I see everything seems to be in order, although I do see drinks that you wouldn't be able to compare for the age you are.”

“Well, no. But I think you are indeed going to need some alcohol in your system in the face of what you will see.”

“Yes, our future, but I'm curious what this will all be about.” Now it was Chimney who was looking a little sleepy at what was going on, as the fear was gone. And as far as he could see, the others had also calmed down from their fear of possible torture. Which, from what she could see, it seemed that the girl would not be killing any flies.

“Sure, sure. Taran!” As he showed them a DVD box that had as its only logo, what appeared to be the emergency number.

“¿9-1-1?”, asked a confused Hen as she also tried to get comfortable to undo the chain a bit.

“Better, look, I'll show you.” Hen then took out the disc and placed it in the VCR that was under the TV, and grabbed the control that was on the coffee table, in front of everyone, and they saw something very strange.

“Amm, is it me or are Bobby and Athena on the screen?” Buck tried to say as he saw what appeared to be the menu where the two of them were together with smoke behind them and the emergency number as the logo.

“Yes, because let's say the two of them are what you call «protagonists».” To which the two of them turned to look at each other curiously. “Ah, but don't worry, everyone will have a starring role. Along with their protagonist will come their past.”

“Hold it, hold it. This is an invasion of privacy in many ways, young lady,” as he put aside the receipts and his concern that the girl bought alcohol.” Showing an extremely private matter of people's lives, not only inside this room, but outside as well, can hurt perspective on the job and in our daily lives.

“I understand Sergeant Grant, but I need you to understand that this will help you understand each other better, as well as why you are here, and I'm sorry, but in order to take the big step for your future you have to first take the first step by turning even for a moment into the past.”

“Then you will show us everything we have been through, our family problems of couples. Everything”, now Maddie was again scared of what she might show people about her issue with Doug and why she came to Los Angeles in the first place.

“Exactly, but don't worry, Ms. Buckley, you won't show up for «a season».” Atalia tried to reassure her that there would be no complications in the face of confirmation that she would be able to continue with her project.

“«Seasons», what exactly does that mean?” Chimney asked, confused as he didn't understand and at the same time he did, since as far as he could understand their lives will be shown as if it was a damn show.

“It means that their lives will be shown in the form of chapters, 18 in fact. Divided into seasons, eight for now.” As he put his hands back in his pockets, as he began to sway back and forth. Also trying to ignore the looks all the adults were giving him. “*I should have let my dad do this. *”

“So, are our lives going to be in a series like Grey's Anatomy or Doctor House?” Hen asked as she leaned her arm on the armrest and watched angrily at what the girl was saying.

“More or less, and as in those series, some characters will appear earlier than expected, others will take a while. For example, the ones that will appear first are the ones in that armchair”, while she pointed to the three armchair, where Bobby, Athena, and Buck were.

“And how much of us will you show in this first chapter”, now it was Bobby who asked about this, since it still seemed unreal to him that this is really happening. So he decided to see how much of them they would show in this thing.

“Not much, a few of you will be introduced, well, except for Mr. Diaz and Miss Buckley. They will show up until “season two,” which would be about a year after Mr. Buckley was properly settled into station 118. But in this case, Buck 1.0 will be shown along with Bobby and Athena. But of course, Mr. Howard and Mrs. Wilson would also be shown.”

And that ruined any perspective for Buck, as upon hearing his first version being shown, he turned every which way trying to think of something. But for Chimney and Hen this seemed somewhat amusing, for Bobby not so much, as it would also mean seeing his relapsed state again. And Athena didn't know what to think about this.

Maddie and Eddie, in this case, seemed somewhat interested about what Buck was like before they met him. Since they had heard all the idiotic things he had done, but it was one thing to hear about it and another to see it first-hand.

“Can't be just, you know, skip Buck 1.0, and start from another point.” Buck tried to convince the girl as he settled back down to stop feeling the chain for a moment.

“No, I'm sorry, but I need all of you to see how you all improved in this stretch so I can get a better picture of all of you for the future. This is for everyone's betterment. But relax, the past for most of you doesn't seem until season two, at best season three… Except for you, Captain Nash.”

Now Bobby was the one who was slightly accommodating when he heard those words from the young woman. Raising an eyebrow in search of answers to that statement.

“You, being considered as one of the main characters. You will be involved in many situations and one of them will be the demonstration of your past, with it, all your disadvantages before arriving in Los Angeles.”

She explained calmly as she sat at the coffee table and looked Bobby in the face instead of looking away or getting nervous. And from what Bobby could see, this was something they should see, so she didn't know what to say about it.

Also, from what he could see, the girl was getting nervous, maybe because this did need to be seen. Besides, this might help her better understand how all this happened.

“I understand… Okay, I accept.”

“But Bobby/cap.” Athena and Buck spoke at the same time, as they watched him along with the others, who wouldn't believe he really said that.

“If you believe that by doing this it will help us, then I will trust,” he simply said as he leaned back on the couch and folded his arms. The others then didn't know what to say, as it would be Bobby who would seem to be the most affected in this “first season”.

“Perfect! So, how about we get started at once,” the girl spoke excitedly as she stood up again to move behind the couches at the sight of Hen and Chimney. Noticing how she grabbed a chair and placed it in the middle of where Chimney and Athena were standing.

Then they all stared at the girl as she happily sat in those chairs and began to move the control, where they all now watched at the television. Where now the menu changed to what appeared to be the seasons, and as she pressed one, she noticed how there were only 10 episodes and how each one lasted 42 minutes.

“Okay, but could you take our chains off first.” Now Eddie spoke as he lightly scratched his forehead, and everyone returned their gaze to the girl, who lowered her excitement slightly.

“Oww, sorry, but that won't be possible. The chains were put on in case things didn't go well and…”

“And if we resisted in the face of her crazy kidnapping idea.” Athena sighed at what the girl said.

“Exactly, but, don't worry, the chains will be gone after the first chapter, everything will be fine.” Said now unconcerned the girl while she already had the first chapter on.

“So, ¿who’s ready?”

To press the first chapter with excitement, and everyone looked at the screen once again.
