The first original character: Michael, an addict

Michael is a 23-year-old young man, his ability: Cooldown. It's a rank 3.2. When he was young, he wanted to get into a large high school that only accepted elite students.
He worked hard to raise his skill, which at the time was around level 2.4, but he got stuck at level 3.0. It wasn't until he became an adult that he managed to increase it slightly, using it to keep the Macrosoft company's servers cool.
However, he was fired after a new refrigeration technology was released, which brought him back to his mid-range town.
He discovered that robbery cases had increased in his town, which made him very sad, knowing full well that the authorities didn't pay special attention to these places.
But he didn't have time or power to help the townspeople; he had to find a job before his savings ran out.
This led Michael to accidentally leave the hotel where he was staying, trying to find a hotel similar to the one he had before, where he could use his skills. He discovered a man wearing a trench coat and hat that hid his face, only his purple hair being noticeable.
This person invited him closer, but Michael didn't want any trouble; he gave him an aura of power that was clearly exotic in his town. So he walked away without hesitation, but every time he went out at night, he could find him wherever he went, which led him to become anxious and scared. He thought he might be the victim of an attempted mugging.
So one day, he confronted the figure with his ability activated, freezing the ground and creating a protective layer of ice. Ready to touch it and cool his body to the point of hypothermia.
But when Michael confronted this person, he discovered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. A vial that allows you to double your power... The first sample was free, so the mysterious man gave it to him and said:
If you want more, come to the back of the XXXX factory every Sunday.
Michael couldn't believe that was true. It was something unreal that he could never imagine. Last time he checked, he was a 3.2. According to the strange man, he would rise to the highest elite level.
Michael didn't use it, doubting its authenticity, but he didn't destroy it; he kept it at home. Unfortunately, after another job interview, he was rejected by the company due to his low performance.
He decided to take a risk and injected himself with the mysterious drug, feeling the absolute power it gave him, freezing more than half of the building where he lived. So, he headed to the interview site, feeling a sense of absolute power.
He challenged the interviewer to a fight, freezing his body and causing him to lose his entire right foot, as they were frozen beyond salvation.
Unfortunately, the drug wore off, and the desire for more led Michael down a path we're already familiar with.
