BLOOMING’S NEWEST COMEBACK HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR SOTY
“We’re here at the MAMA awards show with a new rookie group Blooming in which their latest album has been nominated for SOTY” A reporter speaks to a camera
“Let us speak to some of the members. Starting off with our leader” She heads over to Kaiser, Kaiser turns around and waves, flashing a confident smile.
“How would you describe the feeling of being nominated for a huge award like this?”
“All of us are truly grateful for this opportunity, including me. We worked very hard on this album, and I’m glad that our hard work is finally being appreciated” Kaiser chuckles
“That’s very sweet of you” The reporter smiles then turns to the camera
“Let’s interview our maknae, who has suddenly gained internet fame after his solo part went trending in Blooming’s newest title track” The reporter heads over to Ness, who is politely waving and bowing to everyone that passes by
“With you going viral, how do you feel about all this publicity Ness?” The reporter asks
“Well it’s definitely something new, but I’m glad people appreciate my efforts” Ness says while smiling at the camera
“If you could say one thing to your fans, what would you say?”
“Hmm let’s see…I’d like to thank every fan who is supporting me and my group, whether it’s since our debut or our latest comeback. I love you, Bloomins!” Ness says before making heart with his hands
“I can see why you have the captured hearts of many” The reporter chuckles

“Look, Isagi! Blooming just got nominated for a big award!” Bachira exclaims, pointing to his phone. Bachira and Isagi are hanging out in Chigiri’s apartment.
“What’s this Bachira? What’s it with you and your K-pop obsession? Seriously you gotta stop wasting your money on buying useless merch and tickets” Isagi groans
“Come on Isagi” Chigiri sighs “Try to be more open with the things you friends like”
“You’re only saying that because you also spend tons of money on random people” Isagi snaps back
“Pffft I don’t” Chigiri is quick to reply. “Fine, but really Isagi you should actually check it out. I’m sure you’ll end up stanning a few groups too”
“Yeah Isagi! Maybe you’ll like this new group! They're called Blooming! Their music is so cool!” Bachira shoves his phone in Isagi’s face
“Oh yeah Blooming. They’re a pretty good group in terms of music and choreo.” Chigiri says
“Their choreo is really addictive!” Bachira agrees
“It’s not bad. The chorus is pretty catchy” Isagi mutters
“Seeee” Bachira smirks
“I never said I like them” Isagi defends
“Yet” Chigiri butts in
“You should check out the members!” Bachira says before swiping through individual pictures of each member. Bachira stops at the picture of a man with blond hair that fades to blue.
“That’s Kaiser. He’s the group's leader” Bachira points out.
“He seems too cocky. Next” Isagi blatantly states
“You’re so judgmental” Chigiri rolls his eyes
Bachira swipes through a few more before Isagi stops Bachira’s hand.
“Wait swipe back”
Bachira swipes his finger back to a picture of a magenta eyed man. He has a soft and gentle smile on his face.
“He’s kind of cute” Isagi says
“I didn’t think Isagi would like Ness! But I mean he is pretty cute and so sweet” Bachira gasps
“Looks like Isagi has taken a liking to their maknae” Chigiri teases
“Wait what does that mean?” Isagi asks
“The maknae means the youngest. Ness is the youngest member” Bachira explains
“I see. How old are they?”
“Ness is 18 I believe. The rest are around 19 and 20” Chigiri says. Isagi just nods
“Hey guys look! Blooming just got an interview at the MAMA awards!” Bachira exclaims as he holds his phone out to Chigiri and Isagi. They all sit down to watch the interview.
“How would you describe the feeling of being nominated for a huge award like this?”
“All of us are truly grateful for this opportunity, including me. We worked very hard on this album, and I’m glad that our hard work is finally being appreciated”
“Eugh I knew it. He’s so overly confident” Isagi furrows his brows.
“You such a hater Isagi” Chigiri sighs
“Look how cute! It’s Ness! Isagi, Isagi look!” Bachira points
“If you could say one thing to your fans, what would you say?”
“Hmm let’s see…I’d like to thank every fan who is supporting me and my group, whether it’s since our debut or our latest comeback. I love you, Bloomins!”
“So adorable!” Bachira jumps
“Yeah, really cute” Isagi says, a slight blush appearing on his face. Isagi can’t hide the fact that his heart rate got a little faster. Is this what Bachira and Chigiri mean? Because, he totally gets it.

“Isagi? Where are you going?” Bachira asks
“Somewhere” Isagi responds before disappearing from the door
Isagi ends up inside a mall. There are multiple long lines of people. Isagi heads over to one of them. The wait is probably an hour or more, but Isagi is willing to wait that long. He finally gets to the front, he sees a familiar magenta eyed man smiling right at him. He can feel his stomach making all different kinds of flips.
“Hello!” Ness politely says
“I- uh I was hoping I could get this signed” Isagi stutters. He takes out something from his bag. It's a handmade fan, which has a picture of Ness, and decorations all around the rim that match the color of Ness’s hair.
“I made this myself” Isagi grins. Ness smiles widely.
“I love handmade things, they're so cute! The details are so pretty, and the colors are amazing” Ness happily says as he signs the back of the fan. Isagi can feel himself getting warm.
“Oh, and I made this for you.” Isagi says. He pulls out a handmade plush. It’s a momonga.
“I know that you like momongas, and you kind of look like one. I also made this myself” Isagi proudly states. Ness looked very surprised. He then proceeded to giggle softly.
“I love it! It’s so adorable! Thank you!” Ness holds Isagi’s hand for a brief second as Isagi hands over the plush. Isagi can’t help but smile seeing the angel in front of him enjoy the gift he gave him.
“Goodbye, dear bloomin! I love you!” Ness winks as he waves Isagi goodbye. Isagi starts walking faster because he knows he’s full on blushing right now. “Ness said he loves me! Ness loves me!”

“Isagi! You’re back!” Bachira grins happily, opening the door.
“Yeah, yeah” Isagi quickly rushes inside
“Hm? What’s in your bag Isagi?” Bachira asks curiously
“H-hey! Don’t touch that!” But it’s too late. Bachira had already snatched the bag out of Isagi’s hands and opened it up. Inside contained the newest album of Blooming, as well as some photo cards of Ness.
“Ehh? You went to buy merch without me!? Isagiii I wanted to buy some with you!!” Bachira pouts
“I only got those while waiting in line” Isagi sighs
“Line? For what?” Bachira raises a brow “Ooh I see” Bachira’s confused expression soon changes into a smug one as he takes out a signed fan.
“Bachira! Be careful with that!” Isagi yelps as he quickly snatches the fan out of Bachira’s hand.
“So that’s why you left! I didn’t think you’d actually go out to get your fan signed. Wait, where's the plush you made!?” Bachira asks
“I gave it to Ness” Isagi grin
“W-woah! You’re so lucky if your item doesn’t get thrown away” Bachira says
“Thrown away? Ness would never do that” Isagi clenches his teeth. Ness is a kind soul. He would never throw away gifts like that. Right?
“Sorry to burst your bubble Isagi but sometimes it’s just for safety reasons. Some people put cameras or dangerous things and gifts which can put idols in danger” Bachira explains.
“…Ah, I see” Isagi looks down
“Well I said sometimes! Hey listen, the group is still pretty small so there's a chance they keep the gifts!” Bachira assures
“I really hope so.” Isagi says before laying flat on his bed.

“Meet and greet and finally over. My voice is so tired.” Kaiser says
“Mine too. I’m glad we get to go back to our dorms now” Ness stretches his arms out and yawns. Kaiser walks over to Ness
“Did you get anything today? I know you’re not used to a ton of attention” Kaiser asks
“I got a lot of stuff, but this one is definitely my favorite” Ness grins as he grabs something from under the table.
“Look how cute mihya! It’s a momonga plush. It’s handmade too” Ness gently hugs the plush
“You do realize there might be a camera or something in it right?” Kaiser furrows his brows “I had to throw a plush because there was a microphone inside”
“But mihya…” Ness looks down, hugging the plush tighter
“Let me just check it” Kaiser sighs as he take the plush out of Ness’ arms
“Please don’t break it” Ness pleads
“I’ll be careful.” Kaiser assures. He gently checks every part of the plush where there might be a camera. Fortunately, there’s none
“I guess you can keep it. We’ll have to sort out a few things before heading to our dorms though” Kaiser says
“Thank you mihya! I promise to be extra careful with receiving things from fans” Ness says, taking back the plush
“Whatever” Kaiser quickly looks away

“Isagi! Blooming is having a live stream!” Bachira runs to Isagi with his phone in hand
“I know” Isagi replies, the live already playing on Isagi’s big monitor which he used to play video games on (used to)
The video finally starts, the camera is facing Kaiser. It looks like they're in their dorms.
“We all appreciate the gifts you’ve given us” Kaiser smiles
“We’ll showcase a few that we liked!” Ness pops into view, he’s hugging a momonga plush
“That’s-” Isagi’s eyes widen
“Hey it’s the plushie! Lucky you, Isagi. I guess he likes it!” Bachira exclaims, jumping up and down
“Y-yeah” Isagi says, mouth still agape.

“One two three and,” Ness shakily breathes out. They have been practicing for their upcoming tour for the past few weeks
“Take a deep breath, Ness. Seriously, don’t overwork yourself like that” Kaiser walks over and hands Ness a water bottle
“Thanks mihya, but I’m okay I promise. I just really want to perfect this performance” Ness says before taking a big gulp of water. The cold water hitting Ness’ dry throat felt comforting.
“Whatever you say. Just, be careful” Kaiser pats Ness’ head. Ness laughs softly.
