Red lipstick kisses mirror our scars

Summary:

Jennifer lives her and Gale grow close, maybe closer than just friends. Maybe they have to deal with what happened maybe Gale already knows what it’s like but at least they don’t have to deal with it alone. Maybe they just want to share a kiss and wish they could’ve met in a way where they didn’t have scars.

Summary:
Jennifer and Gale falling in love after Jennifer survives scream 3

Notes:

Knowing myself this will be slow to update although it is summer so hopefully I’ll be quicker

Chapter Text

Gale was fucking done. She was outside of the house now they had got him, turns out the killer was Roman Sidney’s estranged brother. He had some sob story but she didn’t care because that didn’t change that Jennifer was gone he had killed her. She would kill the asshole herself if he wasn’t already dead. That’s what Gale was thinking when she saw them bringing someone out.
She couldn’t tell who it was until the girl sat up so she could yell
“They can’t kill off Gale Weathers,”.
Gale wanted to hug Jennifer, but the first responders were already lecturing Jennifer on how she needs to be more careful.
Despite everything Gale let out a small smile that was Jennifer for sure she hadn’t lost her.

When Jennifer woke up Gale was waiting for her, she looked kinda cute asleep in the hospital chair her hands still holding onto flowers and card.
Jennifer didn’t want to wake her she looked so peaceful who else got to see the Gale Weathers like this, Dewey probably did. Luckily for Jennifer she didn’t have to as a nurse opening the door was enough to startle Gale awake.
Gale was blushing red but Jennifer was laughing, which hurt but Jennifer’s everything hurt thanks to Roman. Gale handed her the flowers and card, the flowers were gorgeous sunshine yellow tulips. The card was a basic get well soon card.

Gale had spent hour writing Jennifer a letter only to choke and shove it in her coat pocket buying some run of the mill one from the hospital gift shop instead. The card ended up in an envelope reading to Jennifer and shoved in the glove compartment of Gale’s car.
