Abilities

Message in a Bottle: Once a session, you can write down your wish in a bottle and let it out to sea. Madam Merry-go-round will receive it, and grant it within the session at the discretion of the GM.

Head of the Orphanage: You can properly care for babies and young children, and are always equipped to provide for their basic needs such as clothing, milk, and toys. Once a scene, you can understand the babblings of a child well enough to gain useful information.

Give the Toy Back: Children, even especially unruly ones, will always behave if you scold them. When in public, you can temporarily gain the aid of all the children present for a single, easy task such as finding a missing object.

Kneeling on the Pew: You can take a pause and quiet your mind through prayer, removing (Poise roll) Hits’ worth of mental or emotional effects such as Agitated or Angered.

Giving Confession: Once a scene, you can initiate a private, intimate conversation with someone, such as giving them confession, and draw out secrets from them for (Heart roll) minutes.

Notes:

Writing this made me realize that you can make a lot of abilities for Riliane. She's lived as Riliane, Rin Miroku, Postman, and Waiter after all.

In my headcanon continuity, Riliane becomes reincarnated as Rin Miroku not because she's an irregular, but because Madam Merry-go-round (a higher-dimensional being) noticed her and decided to grant her a favor.
