It had been a pretty normal day for Shadow Milk Cookie, visiting the other beasts and finding funny ways to annoy or aggravate them, causing chaos and mischief in other kingdoms, things that it typically took pleasure in doing.
But there was one last beast he still hadn’t visited yet, and that was his good ol’ pal Silent Salt Cookie, one of his favorites to visit. Sure the guy rarely ever says anything (hence the name Silent Salt), but he was a very good listener. Shadow Milk loves to visit him to talk about recent gossip and silly little tricks it might be planning.
He didn’t argue or really try to stop his lies, he just listened. And that’s what it liked about him,Shadow Milk thought to himself as he floated through the Forest to Silent Salt’s domain.
He spotted a little cream sheep along the way, stopping briefly to look at it. It was grazing in a dimly lit part of the forest, and soon it looked up and spotted Shadow Milk Cookie.
“Hmm..” Shadow Milk mumbled as it approached him carefully. He didn’t do anything, just floated there as the sheep sniffed him.
“Go, shoo now, little sheep..” it made a shooing motion at the sheep. “Go away.”
The sheep backed up slightly, then took one last look at Shadow Milk before turning tail and disappearing into the shrubs and bushes.
Shadow Milk continued floating throughout the forest of Silent Salt’s domain trying to find him, occasionally stopping to look at something or cause a little trouble, but eventually he managed to locate the other beast.
Silent Salt was sitting on a boulder sharpening their sword with a rock, they seemed almost lost in thought as they did so, it was difficult to tell with their helmet on.
Shadow Milk smiled deviously and crept through the bushes, trying to be as quiet as he could, before appearing right behind Silent Salt.
“Why hello Salty~! Long time no see!” Shadow Milk said.
Silent Salt didn’t act too surprised when they glanced behind them and made a sort of sighing noise when he noticed it was just Shadow Milk up to his normal tricks again.
“What’s up Salty~? Aren’t you happy to see your old friend?” It remarked with an amused face.
“…”
“Not much of a talker are we, huh?” He tapped Silent Salt’s shoulder blades “Don’t worry, I have all the time in the world to get you to.”
Silent Salt made another sighing noise and stood up
“Hey! Leaving right in the middle of a conversation? Ruuudeee!” Shadow Milk whined
writing at 3-4 am in the morning again lol
