Isagi couldn't believe it! That stranger he just met at the restaurant and awkwardly went off passionately about his love of soccer was Bunny Iglesias an new gen 11 player! But, also strangely enough isagi felt like something was wrong. He recalled the sad expression on Bunny's face, one of loneliness and his gaze on an single empty cup on the table across from him, as he awkwardly tried to get the man's attention, captivated by the delicious looking food Infront of him, wanting to know the name.
In present time, Isagi was sitting on the stadium bleachers, watching the final goal of this match, his eyes panning in full attention to that same man from before with an scar on his face, surrounded by cheering players and once again could see that same void expression. That guy had just won the game but he didn't look very happy. Isagi tilted his head in confusion. Even so, isagi couldn't hold his own excitement as he joined in the celebration with other adoring soccer fans.
Suddenly that man turned and made eye contact with him. isagi out of habit, rubbed his neck in embarrassment and slightly waved, and Bunny stared back and winked. But this time, there was an small glimmer of light in bunny's eyes, just like when isagi abruptly had said these words to him - "you have the saddest smile on your face.'' Maybe he was lonely and just needed an friend and some company..
Still, isagi felt upset with himself. Why did he have to go and say that? Why does isagi have this thing of what he believes is an weakness of reading people's expressions? He doesn't want the guy to hate him but, Isagi always feels like he's overstepping, saying things he shouldn't, but even then, isagi's bluelock teammates like Chigiri, Niko, Kunigami, Nagi, and hell, even Barou of all people are grateful for his nosiness. Isagi helps them to find an reason to keep going, adapt, change, evolve and flourish in this cruel world of soccer and most of all, Isagi yoichi's soccer is so fun.
Of course, even if they don't make there appreciation and even sometimes borderline possessiveness for the striker known, well, some more then then others like bachira and Hiori, or even Rin and kaiser.. Isagi was irreplaceable to them. All of them. Even players who haven't even met him in person. He is the Heart Of Blue Lock after all. Of course, they like to cling on to him and mess with his adorable sprout in his hair. They adore him.
As Isagi was thinking about what he had said to bunny, he was startled by his name suddenly being called on the speaker. "Isagi Yoichi of Blue Lock, You have been invited by Ego to come down to meet the players.'' Isagi mentally cursed at ego. He was not prepared for that. Suddenly, Isagi's name was being chanted across the whole stadium. Isagi's heart was beating wildly in his chest from adrenaline and the pure rush, just like what he felt at the parade. Isagi stood up proudly and waved at fans screaming his name, light pink dusting his cheeks, he was being projected on the big screen. Isagi was so happy, but he was going to give ego an piece of his mind for not giving him an heads up. isagi was ego's favorite after all.
Isagi felt an slight tap on his shoulder. 'Isagi Yoichi, Come With me.'' Isagi nodded and followed the body guard, still smiling and waving at fans, he even signed an few autographs! The body guard lead isagi to where the players were at and isagi graciously said thanks to him and the guard nodded before walking away. Isagi then felt another tap on his shoulder, isagi turned around only to be greeted by an familiar grin.
"Well look Who it is! Isagi Yoichi, We meet again!~'' Isagi's eyes widened, as he had an serious look on his face and comically points at bunny in disbelief. "You! Ugh, why didn't you tell me you were an soccer player!? i was so embarrassing..'' isagi shyly hid his face. Bunny chuckles at isagi's cute reaction. "Actually, I already knew who you were, when we met this morning, but i was kind of taken aback by your confidence to talk to an stranger in an foreign country nonetheless, mister blue lock.'' isagi flushed even harder hearing that. Bunny stepped closer into isagi's space.
"Well, i wouldn't be lying if i said i found this side of you adorable, on the field, your an demon, you bring your rivals to their knees. I can see why Sae itoshi praised you. You caught his attention.'' Bunny grits his teeth at his own mention of Sae but continues. "off the field, your sweet, carefree and passionate. You talk about the things you love. isagi didn't know what to say. this guy.. he reminds me of shidou.. isagi was lost in his thoughts that he completely toned out that part bunny had called him cute and that comment about kaiser. isagi's expression then got dark, much like when he's on the pitch. " Moreover, why the hell did you lie to me this morning? I've gotta bone to pick with you about that! you told me the wrong name of that dish!' Bunny once again was taken an back by this guy, and burst out laughing, his eyes were shining.
''Aw man! Your so funny!~ Gosh ya so different, no wonder why i hear talks of an Isagi Harem sometimes, i see why you've got players falling for ya left and right.'' Isagi definitely heard that comment and almost choked on his spit. "What!" Bunny inches closer. ''People online call it the isagi affect. You touch people's hearts, inspire them.'' Isagi was completely lost on how to reply to bunny's uh.. flirtation? was he even flirting?? isagi's head was so filled with football (Soccer) that he wouldn't even think to consider that he was being flirted with. (Even though the signs were completely obvious, but lost to isagi, apparently.) Bunny sighed. "This guy, what doesn't he understand? Tsk.'' He thought.
Bunny had known that isagi would be arriving in spain to watch his match but was actually more surprised to casually run into him. Big Blue Eyes and an wide smile on his face, how was bunny not supposed to fall?. Bunny took one of isagi's hands and kissed it slowly like an romantic movie. isagi felt goosebumps all over his body at the contact. The action felt similar to his first encounter with kaiser.. Isagi froze. This guy is way too dangerous! Bunny let out an chuckle, and wrapped his arms around isagi. "Okay! enough about that! Lets meet the other players shall we?" isagi immediately broke out it in excitement. "Ohh yeah!" But little did isagi and bunny know, thanks to ego, there whole interaction was being streamed to everyone of isagi's teammates and rivals alike. Everyone was extremely jealous and seething at this bunny Iglesias guy! The audacity for him, an new face to make an move on their isagi like that! ''Ego, we will kill that guy, give us tickets to spain, NOW!'' They all thought in unison.
