Making this because i want more love for Skips non-monster form, more characters will be added (Looking at Vaughn), feel free to add requests if you wanna (I refuse to do the toilet guy, sorry) but yeah, I do have a few prompts lined up for Skips and then after that I'm moving onto Vaughn and then whoever else catches my eye after

Chapter 1: Moonbeam ice cream taking off your blue jeans (Stargazing)

Chapter Text

Skips laid next to you on a blanket, both of you staring up at the night sky. You could hear crickets chirping, and fireflies blinked in the grass, sometimes flying up into your vision as the wind rustled the trees. It was a relaxing scene, the start of a calm date with your albeit clingy boyfriend.

“Penumbra?” Skips seemed to whisper, his body shifting to face you. His eyes were trained on you with a hesitancy in them. You hummed in acknowledgement, turning back to face him as well. His smokey hair kept rising and shifting, as if showing his anxiety. He took your hum as a sign to continue, grabbing your hand sheepishly.

“Do you think we’ll always stay like this?” He asked, squeezing your hand. “That you’ll always want to stay by my side? You won’t ever get tired of the darkness right?” He practically pleaded, looking to you for an answer. You didn’t respond right away instead pressing a chaste kiss to his lips, watching as his face turned yellow.

“Do the stars ever get tired of being in the sky with the moon?” You asked, kissing his face again. “Does the sky ever get tired of the night?” You punctuated that sentence with a squeeze to his hand. “I said that I loved you, and I meant it Oh So Dark One.” Skips seemed satisfied with your answer, letting out a sigh as he looked back up at the stars.

“You’re right, I just… I get so…” He made a bunch of hand gestures, making you giggle under your breath. “I don’t know why I’m so worried Penumbra.. but I am grateful for your patience.” Skips took your hand, pressing a kiss to it with a flourish. “Where would I be without my most valuable Penumbra,” He teased, now peppering your face with kisses, leaving black lipstick everywhere. “My most dedicated eclipse, my bringer of shade.”

You laughed, shoving at him as you tried to escape his kisses. You smudged some of his makeup in an escape attempt, his eyeliner now messier than before. “You dare mess up your lords makeup?” He sat up, attempting to sound as deep as he did while in his monster form, but failed instead laughing as he fell back onto the blanket.

You both fell back into a comfortable silence, draping your body over his as he held you in his arms. His grip was tight and cherishing, arms wrapped around your waist as you both looked back up at the night sky. Life was good, as long as he had you by his side.
