You and Ness are out shopping. While you are looking around in random aisles, you find a magic kit. “Hey Ness, do you want this?” He nods his head. “Yeah, it looks interesting. Really though, thanks for not judging me for liking magic stuff.”
Ness is still a little worried that you’ll judge him for loving magic one day. But he’s starting to trust that you won’t judge him for that.
When you got home, Ness immediately sits the kit down on the living room floor. You sit on the couch and watch him unbox everything. His eyes are so lit up with joy. You just hope he stays like this for the rest of your lives.
When he gets done playing with the magic kit, he boxes it up and places it on the mantle. Then he gets on the couch and sits with you. He lays his head on your shoulder. “Thank you for loving me the way that I am.” You kiss his head. “You’re welcome, even though you didn’t need to thank me. I love you Ness, I love you unconditionally.”
He looks up at you and kisses your cheek. “Can we watch a movie that involves magic?” You smile at him. “Yes, you can pick one out.” While he’s picking a movie out, you’re gathering blankets and you have popcorn in the microwave.
During the movie, he lays your shoulder again. He accidentally falls asleep. You put the bowl on the coffee table and you turn the tv off. You then rest your head on his. “Sleep well Ness, my favorite magician.”
