My Weird Ass Dream Journal

Summary:

I have some weird dreams. I started keeping a journal 'cause I thought they were funny and figured I could share them here for fun.

Alternatively: I think my brain puts me on meth when I sleep.

Notes:

Please keep in mind that I'm writing this shit like, five minutes after I wake up. It is NOT going to be of the best quality. Updates will also not be frequent, obviously.

Weird ass dream journal, entry 1

5/18/25
I'd like you to keep in mind there was more to this dream before this, but I can't remember it that well. It was something about some entity melting and warping three people into spaghetti-like strands. So my grandparents on my father's side had bought an old children's hospital and turned it into a hotel of some sort. Most of the old furniture and medical stuff was still left, including TVs, libraries filled with children's books, and the original hospital beds. The places' layout was abominable, and there were multiple stories. The outside was built of brick. There was also a garden with a roof built over the path. Some of my family on my dad's side were also visiting the place. It made the dream seem really crowded. It started off normal enough, with some kind of mystery as to why PBS Kids still had the original channel ads (at least, original from my experience). I ended up finding some sort of advert sticker in the children's library saying that it was a hospital-exclusive channel. When I tried to explain it to anyone, however, I was informed of a tornado approaching. I was told to go to the back porch (I don't know why they would want us to go outside instead of into some sort of basement, but whatever), but I found and followed my mother instead. This is when Sam and Colby entered the dream for some reason. We walked out of the front of the hospital into the parking lot. You could definitely tell a storm was coming, as the clouds were rapidly darkening. My mom was sitting on a bench looking at her phone. I ran up to her, Sam and Colby introduced themselves with a handshake, then promptly proceeded to disappear from the dream completely. My mom grabbed my arms, telling me I was supposed to be with Dr somethin' or other (I can't remember her name for the life of me, and I don't know why there were doctors there). She stood up and ran over to our car. She told me I needed to get to the back balconey (that wasn't really a balconey at all) immediately. Then she hopped in the car and drove off. I know she was going to get something, but I don't know what. I turned around and headed back to the hospital. This time I went through the garden to get into the front entrance. The moment I got under there it got super windy, and there was a torrential rain falling. The wind was so strong it was slowing me down. I think my dad appeared for a second to guide me inside, but he disappeared too. Once I was in the lobby, I was stuck. I didn't know where to go, so I just kinda wandered in the general direction I thought I had to go. Before I knew it, some nurse in a blue scrub grabbed me, and I was dragged to the "balconey", which was really more of a porch looking out to an empty field and a gravel parking lot with a few white buildings. I was standing out there with my family for a few moments, frantically looking for any signs of a storm, before someone tapped on my back and pointed backwards. It was a giant column of cloud, rapidly rotating its way towards us. I gripped the fence around the edge of the porch with my life, before realizing that hugging the wall would probably be safer. I ran over and put my back to the brick, digging my fingers into the grooves between them. I could hear the roar approaching, it was no longer raining. The wind swept over me in an instant, and I held my glasses (which I was wearing for some reason) to my face with one hand. The dust made it hard to breathe. It took out the two other buildings like it was nothing. Then, just as suddenly as it came, it was gone, and I woke up.
