8 men were watching the music videos of Huntrix as each of them talked about the girls. While they were hanging out in a Korean restaurant.
“These girls are really talented right?!” The blond with glasses exclaimed,
“Ja, they are very talented,” Another blond with thick German accent agreed,
“What about you, Keeks?!” The blond with glasses asked,
“Their music seems very catchy in my opinion, Alfred,” the man named Kiku said,
“Right!!! How about you, Arty!” Alfred asked the other man,
“Bloody hell, I only listen to a few of their songs but-“ Before Arthur could finish his sentence, a Frenchman said, “Oui! Kiku is right their songs are very catchy and beautiful,”
“Will you stop interrupting my sentences, Francis!” The Brit yelled,
“Honhon! Non!” Francis teased,
“What about you, Ivan and Yao?” Alfred turned to the other two,
“I guess their songs are very good either way,” Yao said,
“I agreed with you and Ludwig’s statements earlier, these girls are very talented. Especially the purpled-haired girl,” Ivan said,
“Ja, it’s impressive that she’s able to handle the high notes very well,” Ludwig told Alfred,
“Ve~ I wonder what’s her name!” The Italian said,
“Well…her name is Rumi and she’s the leader of Huntrix, Feli,” Alfred said,
“Wow!” Feliciano exclaimed,
Everyone laughed at the table, they were in Korea to have a break from world meetings and unfortunately the situation of their nations but they tend to cope by hanging out with each other and host sleepovers every now and then.
“Though who are the other girls next with her?” Kiku asked,
“Oh! The girl with a cute face, that’s Zoey. She’s the rapper and lyricist of the group,” Alfred said,
“Didn’t that girl used to live in America, mate?” Arthur asked,
“Hell yeah” Alfred exclaimed,
“What about the pink-haired one?” Yao asked,
“That’s Mira, she’s the visual and choreographer of the group! She used to lived in a wealthy and respected family but ran away because she was a problem child in the family,” Alfred told them,
“You seem to know much about them than we do, mon ami,” Francis said,
“Yeah! You only introduced them to us like few months ago,” Feliciano said,
“Any reason why, Jones?” Ludwig asked,
The American laughed, “Well…I did go to their concert once in a while,”
“And you didn’t invite us!” Feliciano slammed his hand on the table,
“Hehe, sorry,” Alfred apologized,
“Though I’m curious, where are they now?” Kiku asked,
“They’re on hiatus,” Alfred said,
“For how long?” Yao asked,
“Three months or few. Give or take,” Alfred said,
The waiter brought their food as everyone thanked them and ate.
“I guess it makes sense that kpop idols need breaks too,” Feliciano said,
Yao swallowed his food and scolded Feliciano, “Aiyah! Don’t talk while your mouth is full!”
“Ve! Sorry!” Feliciano said,
Alfred chuckled, “Yeah but then again, they will come back with a badass song once more!”
“Including you, Alfred! Chew your food and not talk while your mouth is full of food! Aiyah!” Yao scolded Alfred,
Everyone chuckled at the interaction while eating their food. As everyone finished their food and started to banter about Huntrix, their favorite songs from them, and Kpop Idol groups.
Little did they know that the Huntrix were eating a few tables from them. As Zoey told Mira and Rumi about how good the bathhouse is after their battle with Gwi-ma and the Saja boys.
“Seems like a good way to spend our hiatus,” Rumi said,
“You can finally now relax, Rumi!” Zoey exclaimed,
“Besides, we did repaired the honmoon once again,” Mira said,
“But we didn’t get the golden honmoon that sealed the demons away,” Rumi said, “and there’s a possibility that demons might be lurking around,”
“Well, we can always slay them,” Zoey said,
“Still. We still have a deserved break after what happened,” Rumi told them and looked at the patterns on her skin.
Zoey and Mira put a comforting hand on Rumi’s shoulders and smiled at her.
“We’re just glad that you’re back with us. And didn’t like…die,” Zoey said,
“You’re right,” Rumi agreed,
“Now let’s order some food!” Zoey exclaimed,
The girls cheered as the waiter came to them and asked for their orders.
On the other table, the nations finished their food and paid for their meal. As Alfred started to sing a song. Feliciano smiled at them and joined Alfred singing. The others recognize the song as coming from Huntrix, they joined Alfred and Feliciano singing. The crowd around them stops and listens to them performing on the table. As they sang the chorus in sync,
“We’re going up, up,” Alfred sang,
“It’s our moment,” Feliciano continued,
They continued to sing as people’s souls glowed blue in the restaurants, the girls heard this and stopped eating their food. As the three of them looked and saw them singing in sync.
“They sing so well!” Zoey exclaimed,
“Yeah but look,” Mira said pointing at the people’s souls turning blue,
“Impossible…” Rumi said,
“They’re powering up the honmoon…just like we did in our shows but how?” Mira said,
“I don’t know! But hey! They’re singing our song,” Zoey said,
“They’re probably fans,” Mira shrugged,
The Huntrix continued to listen to the 8 nations singing until they were done as the crowd started to cheer for them. Alfred looked at the crowd then back to his friends and smiled at them. The others smiled back at him as they stood up and went out of the restaurant.
“Man! That was good! It’s been a while since I sang with you guys, you know?” Alfred said,
“Agreed!” Feliciano nodded,
“We should have more karaoke hangouts more often, Oui?” Francis said,
“Hell yeah!” Alfred said,
“And Alfred is gonna be our designated driver if we ended too drunk,” Arthur chuckled,
“Hey!” Alfred yelled,
The other laughed as they continued to banter. Meanwhile back in the restaurant, the huntrix were discussing what they just saw.
“They activated the honmoon with their voice,” Rumi said in disbelief,
“How’s that possible? I thought it’s only us we can do that,” Mira said,
Zoey gasped and squealed, “What if there are other hunters like us who fights demons and helped secure the honmoon as well!”
Mira and Rumi thought for a moment. The two of them smiled as Rumi said, “It could be possible,”
“Maybe, it’s a good idea to have some help in keeping the demons in check while we’re in hiatus,” Zoey said,
They sat in silence as Rumi thought about that idea and sighed, “Alright, I guess we can accept few recruitment since we’re on hiatus,”
“Yay!” Zoey yelled,
“But we still need to have their backs since us hunters need to work together,” Rumi continue,
“Agreed,” Mira said,
Rumi looked at her patterns and sighed, “Besides, Gwi-ma is still out there and probably will send more demons on our way,”
Zoey and Mira put a comforting smile on Rumi, “Hey, we’ll do this together,” Zoey reassured her,
“Besides, we’re now opening our faults and fears now,” Mira said,
“Despite Celine telling us we cannot let our faults and fears show,” Zoey chuckled a bit,
Rumi smiled, “It’s nice to break off the tradition a bit,”
“So are we going to recruit them?” Mira asked,
Rumi nodded.
“I think it’s time we expand this hunter group,” Rumi said,
“And new friends!” Zoey exclaimed,
Rumi and Mira laughed. As the waiter brought out their food on their table.
“Happy fans,” Rumi said,
“Happy Honmoon!” Both Mira and Zoey yelled as the three of them started to eat their dinner.
Back in the hotel room, where Alfred and his friends were staying. They were listening to some of Huntrix and kpop songs, they started to sing through the songs. Of course, Alfred had to show off his rapping skills and sang the rap parts perfectly in Korean as the others were jaw-dropped.
“Didn’t know you were a good rapper, mate,” Arthur said,
“Hehe, with years of listening to rappers and lots of things. I mastered it,” Alfred told the Brit with a huge smile,
“Back in the restaurant, we were pretty in sync and harmonize each other while singing,” Ludwig said,
“Oui,” Francis agreed,
“I think it is a very good vocal warmed up for us, да?” Ivan said,
Everyone nodded and agreed with Ivan’s statement.
“I wonder what it's like performing on stage?” Feliciano asked,
“Nervous? Or Fun? I don’t know, Feli,” Ludwig said,
“Not that. I meant what it’s like for us as a group to perform on stage! Surely there are lots of people who are going to watch us perform,” the Italian continued,
“We do not know, unfortunately,” Kiku said,
“We have never been in a music group before, aru. Or performed with you guys before,” Yao said,
“That’s exactly the fun of it!” Alfred exclaimed,
The others looked at Alfred with eyebrows raised. “Alfred, what do you mean?” Ludwig asked,
“Imagine! Us on stage! Performing!” Alfred said,
“You do know…that we have meetings right?” Arthur said,
“Oui, mon ami. How are we gonna be able to perform on stage when were having annoying and tired meetings every now and then,” Francis complained,
“That’s why we have to change things up, dudes!” Alfred said, “We have nothing else to do after the meetings are done, we just do hangouts and sleepovers but what’s the fun of that!”
“It’s usually what we do, aru,” Yao said,
“Exactly but can we at least change things up a bit?” Alfred said,
“You know…being in a music group isn’t really a bad idea!” Feliciano said,
“Yeah! Yeah! You get it!” Alfred yelled,
“And we get to write our own songs about ourselves, Oui?” Francis said,
“And have fun, Да?” Ivan said,
Alfred smiled, “Exactly!”
“Don’t be daft, how are we able to form our own kpop idol group or whatever it is?” Arthur asked,
“Ja. I agree with Arthur on this one,” Ludwig nodded,
Everyone went silent in the room. “We’ll just have hope!”
Alfred reassured everyone,
“But doesn't forming an idol group have some requirements or expectations?” Kiku asked,
“Good point,” Alfred frowned,
Feliciano looked at everyone in the hotel room as Feliciano asked, “Does anyone want to continue listening?”
The others looked at each other and nodded as Alfred beamed, “How about I’ll show you my favorites!”
Kiku chuckled, “Go ahead,”
As everyone listened to Alfred’s favorite, Stray Kids as the others smiled and started to listen to more kpop songs in their hotel room throughout the night till everyone fell asleep.
In the Huntrix Building, the girls were discussing what happened in the restaurant earlier.
“Do you think they’re fans of us?” Zoey asked,
“Don’t know, but all we know is that those boys are able to power up a honmoon like us with their voices,” Mira said,
Rumi only nodded, “True. I guess we’ll have to know besides it’s our hiatus after all,”
“We can actually make an idol group with them!” Zoey yelled her idea,
“Actually that’s not really a bad idea…but the last time we had that was…” Mira said,
Rumi sighed and looked at her patterns again, “It’s for the best, besides I’m gonna be happy for our comeback after this three month hiatus,”
“Plus we get to have you in the bathhouse!” Zoey said,
Rumi laughed, “Of course, but then again we did agreed to expand this hunter group,”
“Good enough,” Mira said,
“What would Bobby say?” Zoey asked,
“I’m sure he’s gonna be happy that there’ll be more group like us,” Rumi said,
“I guess will explain to him tomorrow,” Mira said,
Zoey and Rumi nodded since after the Saja Boys and Gwi-ma were defeated, Bobby, the manager for the girls knew their demon hunting jobs and was there to support them if there’s anything related to demons.
“Then what should we call this operation, girls?” Rumi asked,
“Operation Recruitment?” Zoey suggested,
“Sounds legit,” Mira said,
“Then operation recruitment it is!” Rumi smiled.
The next day…
Rumi, Zoey, and Mira were walking around the streets talking about how Bobby agreed with the idea of having another group to help with stabilizing the honmoon and keeping the demons at bay. Along with having their hiatus.
Until the three walked past the nations talking to each other and laughing at their banter, not noticing that they walked past Huntrix. The girls gasped and Zoey whispered, “Those boys…they’re the same ones who…”
“Who powered up the honmoon at the restaurant yesterday,” Mira said,
“Yeah but they didn’t notice us,” Rumi said,
“They’re probably talking. You know normal people like us do,” Zoey laughed as Rumi and Mira chuckled at the joke.
“Should we approach them?” Rumi asked,
Zoey and Mira shrugged and smiled. As the three of them walked towards them. Zoey taps Alfred on the shoulder.
“Hi!” Zoey greeted,
Alfred turned around and beamed, “Holy- You’re- You’re Zoey from Huntrix!”
Zoey giggled as Mira and Rumi joined in, which Alfred became a fanboying mess. The others turned around and chuckled.
They walk towards Huntrix as Alfred looks at them and chuckles embarrassingly.
“I’m so sorry about him,” Ludwig apologized,
“No, no! It’s alright. We just approach him and he became like this that’s all,” Rumi said,
“Guys this is Huntrix,” Alfred squealed,
“We know, twat,” Arthur rolled his eyes,
Which he got elbowed by Francis as he whispered, “Be nice,”
Arthur smirked and didn’t regret it at all. As Francis laughed at the Brit.
The girls witness the interaction as it reminded them when they first developed as a group. Zoey and Mira laughed quietly at the memory as Rumi went towards them.
“Fans?” Rumi asked,
“This twat is,” Arthur snickered and pointed at Alfred, which he got a nudge from Francis again.
Alfred nodded enthusiastically as Ludwig said, “We only listen to your music only a few times or maybe so,”
“Ve~ You signorinas make amazing songs!” Feliciano complimented,
Zoey giggled, “Thank you!”
Yao and Kiku both nodded. Rumi added, “We heard all of you singing in the restaurant yesterday,”
The nations’ eyes widened as Ludwig said, “You heard us…?”
“We were eating in the same restaurant as you guys, so either by coincidence we heard you guys singing,” Rumi explained,
“Surprisingly you guys have wonderful voices and sound so in sync together,” Zoey exclaimed,
“Hehe! Thank you,” Feliciano said,
Rumi, Zoey, and Mira looked at each other as Rumi took a deep breath, “We know, we only met all of you and we get that you’re fans of us but…since we heard your voices, would you like to be performing on stage as an idol group here in Korea along with us and other idol groups?”
Alfred and the others were surprised by the proposal. As if their brains shortcruited at that moment. Ludwig said, “Can you girls give us a minute to discuss?”
The Huntrix smiled and nodded.
They whispered to each other as Alfred said, “We should totally accept it!”
“If we did, what about our bosses and meetings with them?” Ludwig said,
“Our bosses are assholes and besides! Remember what I told you guys, we have a chance to change things up a bit! You know have fun like other people do,” Alfred said,
Yao sighed, “As much as I hate to say it but Alfred is right,”
“Oui,” Francis agreed and smiled, “Besides I always write lyrics during the meetings,”
“You write lyrics, Francis?” Arthur said,
“Yeah. Don’t act that you do too,” Francis smirked,
“Shut up, Frog!” Arthur snapped back as Francis snickered,
“And I really liked dancing on a daily basis and you like dancing to them,” Alfred told them,
“Your dances make us smile, Alfred. Fufu~” Ivan smiled,
Kiku and Feliciano smiled and nodded as everyone stared at Ludwig, the German sighed, “Do you want to do this, guys?”
Everyone looked at each other and smiled as they looked back at Ludwig, Alfred said, “We would,”
“Besides…I guess I have to admit that writing lyrics and singing them along with you, twats. Won’t be too much of a bad idea,” Arthur said,
“Ah! That’s the spirit, mon ami,” Francis praised,
Arthur grumbled, “Shut up,”
“I would love to experience this, Да!” Ivan said,
Yao only nodded as Kiku added, “Plus we already learned Korean and fluent with it,”
“Ye!” Feliciano exclaimed,
Ludwig sighed and smiled, “If you guys agreed to this then I agree as well,”
They turned back to the girls as Ludwig said, “Alright. We accept it,”
“Yay!” Zoey celebrated,
“Welcome to our stage,” Mira smiled,
Rumi smiled as well, “You’ll be with us, welcome to the group,”
Rumi and Ludwig shake hands as few days have passed by, the 8 of them formed a group as a the 8ations, they began living with the Huntrix building. Bobby welcomed them with a smile as 8ations began planning on their debut.
