It was a rainy weekend morning, the pitter-patter sound of the rain against the window was very relaxing.
Ray slowly woke up and turned over in bed, facing his husband. He smiled at him, grabbed him, and held him close. He nuzzled into his neck, smiling and planting soft kisses into the neck of his husband. Gerard let out a soft sigh, melting into his husband's touch. Ray chuckled and kissed his neck a little more, before stopping and mumbing "You awake?"
Gerard groaned a little and chuckled, turning to his husband and planting a soft kiss on his cheek.
"No, I'm not awake, let me sleep."
Ray chuckled a little more and leaned in to kiss Gerard's neck again, trying to be as soft and gentle as he could. Gerard smiled contently, arms around his husband. Ray started moving from their neck to their cheek, attacking their face with little kisses. Gerard chuckled softly and leaned into his kisses, hugging his husband tighter.
"Come on, honey, we should get up before it's," Ray turned to his night stand table, trying to read the digital clock. "10 AM. It's already 9:30."
Gerard sighs and nods, sitting up and putting his slippers on. Ray turned to his nightstand and put on his glasses, getting out of bed and heading to the kitchen with his husband.

As they reached the kitchen, Ray grabbed for his portable CD player. He looked through his old CDs, his eyes landing on an old mix Gerard had made for him when they first got together. Ray smiled down at it and traced his hand over it, moving up to put it in the CD player.
He smiled over at Gerard, who was beginning to make his coffee, while staring at the rain through the window.
He pulled Gerard close, swaying him to the music. Gerard let out a small gasp as Ray grabbed them and held them close, but he sighed and chuckled, resting his head on Ray's chest and dancing to the music with him.
Ray placed small kisses on Gerard's forehead, swaying with him to the music.
This was the best morning Ray had had in a while. A beautiful, rainy morning, dancing to music with his husband. He was truly happy.
