Chapter Text
To all the ninja fans out there, you all know who the previous Masters of the Elements were, before the ninja gained their powers.
But has anyone ever wondered who the Master of Energy was? Funny, you'd think there was no one before, but Sometimes there are secrets that hover above our heads.
I'll tell you my story. It began thousands of years ago, when the universe was illuminated by a bright, small light. This light was my birth, I was created by one of the strongest and most powerful gods.
The God of Fate. Many feared him because he was so strict and merciless. He could determine your fate and even end it in a second, but he had his reasons for being cruel this way.
My name is Green Guardian. I am a demigod and the protector of all dimensions,
and almost as powerful as my creator. I am even a special element, and embody energy, nature, and life.
...That was my flashback from my birth, now let's really start with the Adventure Story...
In a dark galaxy surrounded by beautiful stars, a green, swirling object flew through the void.
A glowing green-gold matter composed of pure energy took the shape of a mighty dragon, flying into the vastness of the galaxy.
This powerful, dragon-like creature was a guardian of several planets and dimensions.
He was created by one of the Merciless Gods, the God of Fate.
Sometimes he could be quite cold and strict at times, but the current Masters had despised him.
,,I would say don't judge anyone whose story or what they've experienced you don't know, some gods or beings had their reasons for behaving that way; I understood him very well.''
But he was always pleased with me, and felt that I'am unique from all masters and saw the future in me.
As I floated at the center of the galaxy, I contemplated the beauty of various planets.
I had always one in my sights, and it was the large, round Earth, a beautiful planet adorned with a green-blue structure.
I've seen several planets in my life, each with its own special aura and beauty.
...no one was as demanding as this planet…
,,Could you imagine being a creature that constantly traveled to other planets to use the power for the good, protecting everything that being alive and keep the balance with new energy?''
My task, which I've been doing for thousands of years, is to maintain the balance between all worlds, but sometimes I thought of something more. Most of the time, I was always on my own; it was boring and even a little sad.
The Masters who were down on Earth in the city of Ninjago all had each other and were a team. Unfortunately, I couldn't be with them; I wasn't a human, I would dissolve there, cause I don't have a human body.
Anyway, they didn't know that I've existed for a long time.
However, my greatest wish was to have a team and a family where I could be loved.
Fate told me that one day, I might be more than a guardian or protector. He saw something great in me that made me unique.
But I felt inside that the day would soon come, and then I would make a decision that would change my life.
Until then, I had to travel through other worlds. When I arrived in one dimension, it was overshadowed by a sad darkness. Plants, water, and the entire landscape had all taken on a black-dark green color, something had happened here.
I had to find the light of this world. Even time had frozen here many years ago. What I found here in the wilderness were many petrified statues of the past. But I could still feel a spark of the energy that was hidden somewhere in this world.
There was a dark, secluded cave, and I allowed myself to fly in and look around.
What I saw there was the reason why this world was surrounded by darkness.
At the very bottom of the cave, a small sphere of light was surrounded by a high platform in the middle of the large cave.
Below, however, were dark creatures spreading their darkness further across the land, they wanted to extinguish the last light of the world.
The light was getting weaker and weaker, as it had already created a small crack in the darkness. I knew what I had to do, to stop it before it was too late.
I flew through the dark creatures, who then curled away from me because my own light caused them pain.
When I reached the platform, I had to gather my own energy to surround the bright sphere like a bandage.
The crack slowly disappeared, and the sphere began to appear in a bright, pulsating light around the cave.
It was the heart of this world, what kept them alive, one of the creatures below tried to reach me, but I was quick enough to react and kicked it away.
Suddenly, a bright light shot comes out from the sphere and hit all the cave walls. The light that now surrounded them extinguished the dark creatures. They were sent back to where they could no longer harm anyone.
When I then emerged from the cave, the light came out like a wave of golden energy, and the world began to become bright again.
The water regained its regular blue color, and the plants also regained their natural green, animals returned to this world and time, which had stood still moved forward again.
Here was an untouched world, with no signs of human life, where only animals and other kind creatures lived.
The petrified figures, which looked like dragons, fell apart, and the living beings within them opened their eyes after many years.
As they looked around and saw me, they instinctively approached and bowed to me, thanking me for saving their world from the darkness. One of the elders among the group came forward to tell me what had happened here.
Without me, this world would have been lost, for these dark creatures that suddenly appeared in their world and first attacked these noble beings one by one, attacking plants, water, and the landscape.
They said that the heart of this world is a pure product of life and light, which should be protected and respected. As they said their goodbyes and flew into the distance, I felt the energy flowing through my entire body; I knew I had successfully completed another mission.
It was nice to be here in freedom, but I had to return to the dark void.
...My home where the next adventure was waiting for me...
