Lady Tamayo X Child reader (Platonic and gender neutral)
You were in the city, having left Infinity Castle for the first time in your 5 years of life with your father, Muzan. Today, Father was taking you out on your first hunt. I looked around the city, feeling both excited and overwhelmed by the number of people everywhere. Following behind your father, you had been taught from birth that humans were all evil and just a food source. Father just wanted to cure our sunlight allergy, but humans discriminated against Father, you and all the demons. One day, Father would cure our allergy, and those evil humans would pay for their sins. Father, let go of your hand, being distracted by a drunk human. Suddenly, flowers blocked your sight, and you were then in the arms of a pretty woman who had the demon scent on her. By her side was a boy who was likely around 13 years old.
"Don't worry, child, you are safe with me." She reassured, carrying you away with the boy following behind.
"Daddy!" You screamed, pulling at her hair.
"Your father is a very evil man." She declared, patting your head.
After arriving at a hidden building, she spent several months teaching you about humans, and your father was. After obtaining your permission, she took blood samples from you for her research as well. You were now weaned off human flesh and relied on a small amount of blood and raw animal meat for survival. Tea also became a favourite drink of yours. Becoming like an ordinary child, you would sit at a table with stuffed animals, Yushiro and Tamayo and have tea parties, pretending to eat clay-based cupcakes.
One day, while sitting on Tamayo's lap, she read you a story. You asked her a question that made her gasp.
"Can you be my mummy?" You asked, smiling.
"Oh sweetie... are you sure?" Responded, gasping.
Nodding, you told her coldly, "You know daddy killed my first mummy."
"When did it happen, sweetie?" She questioned, stroking your head.
"After I was born, daddy told my first mummy that she was no longer of use to him anymore. Her head fell off, and then he fed me her blood." You declared, a tear dripping down your cheek.
Tamayo was glad to see you crying for the first time, but the only memory you had of your mother was cruel.
"I'm so sorry, darling, I will make your father pay for what he did to your mother and all the others." She reassured, wiping a tear from your cheek with a handkerchief.
"You can be my mummy now." You uttered, wrapping your arms around her.
"Yes, I'm your mummy now." She whispered, embracing your hug.
After that incident, you addressed Tamayo as "Mummy" One day, a young man and his sister were visiting while Tamayo treated an injured woman she brought in. In the basement was a man that Daddy had recently turned into a demon. The girl was a demon, but she was kind like you, Tamayo and Yushiro. Sitting at a table with a girl known as Nezuko, you both passed around a pretend teapot and some clay-based cupcakes. You chuckled every time Yushiro pushed or slapped the young man known as Tanjiro. It wasn't long after their arrival that two demons discovered Tamayo's hideout.
"Muzan will be so pleased if we capture the fugitive, bring back his child and wipe out the kid with sun earrings." The female demon declared.
At first, you thought they were going to be your friends, but they were still under Father's control. Tamayo kept you hidden while she, Yushiro and Tanjiro defeated the demons. After the battle, she suggested that Nezuko stay with them. Nezuko declined, wanting to remain by her brother's side. You had hoped that she would stay with you so you could have a new friend to play with.
"I hope you come visit us soon, " you called, farewelling Nezuko and Tanjiro.
After they left you, Tamayo and Yushiro moved to a new home. After settling in, you would play outside in the garden after sunset. Tamayo watched as you jumped in puddles with your (colour raincoat) and (Your colour) rainboots. After being born, the spawn of Muzan, you became playful and sweet, like any other child your age.
