A Wish We Take For Granted

Summary:

Nene quickly got them both back on track. "Anyway, that's not the point! Do you know why we're having a sleepover?" Hanako lifted a finger to touch his mouth and he zoned out in thought before responding. "No, I don't. Tell me, Yashiro!" She smirked.

"Tonight, there's gonna be a meteor shower! I wanted you to come see it with me..." He blushed. "I know how much you love space and all, so I think you deserve to see this."

Or

Hanako and Nene go stargazing on the roof!!

Chapter 1: My Body's in Space

Chapter Text

"Haaanako-kun!" Nene Yashiro burst through the door leading into the girl's restroom with a grin that nearly splits her face in two. Hanako gave a cheeky smile at the girl as he floated over to her.

"Well, you sure do seem lively today. What's the occasion, Yashiro?" He grabbed her shoulders from behind and lead her to the mop bucket (despite the fact that she could 100% find it herself..!).

She directly stared at him, simply to draw suspense before the reveal. "The school is basically having a sleepover, but but it's different from the other one. This time, it's the whole school and there won't be and creepy supernaturals!" She explained as she scrubbed the bathroom floors. Hanako peered at her, hands interlocking behind his head. "Well, I'm sure last time you didn't expect any supernaturals, but they came anyway. How can you just say there won't be any?" The ghost wondered.

"I have confidence!"

"...Sure."

I wanted you to come see it with me..." His eyes widened. "I know how much you love space and all, so I think you deserve to see this."

Stammering, he couldn't possibly turn down the invitation, so he complied. "Yeah, o-okay!" He built up a false confidence, but it quickly disapated, so instead, he just said, "I'm exited." He smiled with a blush streaked across his face, which seemed only to grow deeper. The highschool girl grins to herself, feeling as if she'd won.

I really hope he has fun. He deserves to...
