The first match of the year against Slytherin had been a rough one. They’d won, but it’d been far more physical than she’d anticipated, so as Angelina made her way to the locker room after her post-match captain meeting with Professor McGonagall, her first priority was to change quickly and head to the common room to make sure her team was alright.
As she entered the locker room, she wasn’t surprised to find the boys had already gone to the post-match party in the common room, and that the two that were still there, Katie and Alicia, were sat closely on the wooden bench in front of Katie’s locker, talking quietly. It was an unspoken understanding amongst Angelina and the boys that Katie and Alicia had grown to be more than friends, and Angelina knew she could count on her team to keep it under wraps until they were ready to come out.
“I’ll shower quick, then we can head up,” Angelina said as she passed.
The girls nodded.
Having forgotten her towel, Angelina turned back around to find the two sharing a soft kiss. Smiling to herself, Angelina quietly backed away, figuring she could just use a drying spell.
