The Rayshift light faded. Gudako sighed in relief as she found herself back in Chaldea.
"Man, these new nodes are no joke…" she mumbled to herself. "Good job, team."
After a few more pleasantries, the other Servants from her team left, aside from one. Hakuno Kishinami (the female one; it was so confusing how there were two of them with the same name. At least she and Gudao had the nicknames…) sat on a bench, sweat pooling on her forehead. She looked exhausted.
"Hey, you doing okay?" Gudako asked, sitting down next to her.
"Yes, I just… need a moment. Low on energy after all of that."
Gudako smiled. "I can imagine. You worked hard out there." She gave her a pat on the back. "If there's anything I can do to help you recover, let me know, okay?"
A slight bit of a smirk formed on Hakuno's lips, but Gudako didn't notice it. She continued speaking. "Normally, Chaldea's systems handle supplying servants with mana, but every once in a while you need a boost, like a snack or someth-"
She was cut off by Hakuno wrapping her arms around her and pulling her into a kiss.
It took Gudako a moment to realize what was even happening, but when she did, her face went bright red, her heart hammering like a drum. She felt slight crackles of energy pass from her lips to Hakuno, the telltale feeling of mana being transferred.
After a moment, Hakuno let her go.
"There, all better." she said with a smile, hopping up off the bench, fully re-energized. "Just needed a little bit of juice. Thanks, Master!"
"Y-You're… welcome…"
Hakuno giggled at the sight of her. "Surprising that you aren't used to that by now, having so many Servants and all. Back on the Moon, I had to give mine almost constant kisses… Feels interesting, being on the other side of it"
She cupped Gudako's cheek. "You're a good kisser. I might have to come back for more sometime."
Gudako went even more red, eyes wide. "U-Um… Sure…" she stuttered out before she even realized what she was agreeing to.
"Good! I'll hold you to that, Master~"
With that, she hurried off to join the others at the cafeteria, leaving Gudako to sit in shock alone.
