Kalim read the letter again but nothing change it still as terrible as the last eight times.
Kalim al asim has a request for his hand in marriage from a distance relative from Sultan. That's is nothing new but the difference If they marriage it would make the asim Family one step nearer to royalty.
They are richer than most countries but still not royalty and this makes the haed of the family Kalim's grandmother very angry. She would do anything for being getting at least one of her family members a royal title. Maybe because she was trick out of a royal marriage by his grandfather.
If you ask Kalim ,he would say that one of the poisons that she got poisoned with make her a little crazy. But she still can run the al asim Companys pretty good so nobody says anything.
Back to the matter at hand the request of his hand in marriage. In theory it is a good match they both are the same age and both from esteem families. Furthermore arranged marriages are common in scalding sand or at least in the high class. That's his duty for his family and Kalim understand that they don't have to love each others.
And that's the problem he wants to be love to stop all the fakes smiles he makes he is..he..he is angery that is choice and his anatomy is stolen from him ,should he be angery because of that? It was never truly his to begin with. He had to please people for survive it is surprise how people delaying to kill you when they like you.So why can't he do it, why can't he please ? Maybe Jamil was right he is just a useless brat.

Kalim look to his bed were 'it' is hiding. 'It' could give him freedom but at a cost.

Kalim is late for his meeting with Leona he as to go there before he uses 'it' if at all.

It is a warme sunny day and the botanical garden was quite. He is late so, Leona is laying on a bench than a wonderful Jingel sound is heard. He couldn't stop his smile, for a little time at least.
Quietly with small steps beside his shiny jewelry he sits beside the prince and softly petting his head. Leona tail moves in happiness.
The prince would normally not allow this but a exception was make for Kalim. They talk nearly daily and Leona is sad when they don't. He would even say that he likes the white hair boy. So yes they are friend because of that it is absolutely normal to be jealous worried whan your friend spend time with the snake that tried to kill him.
Leona opens one eye and glance up to Kalim. His rubi eyes are whole of fondness and his white hair looks so soft as clouds. His cat earnings made a soft Jingel sound.

He want to hug him so hard he couldn't breath. Of course he wouldn't do that even thinking about hurting him makes Leona feel guilty. Only the sevens know how many trusted persons hurt him in someway. Maybe this is why Jamil is still around ,known someone is going hurt you and how is better when not known.
If you have to lives with snake who wants to kill you choosing the Rattlesnake is one of the best choices.
"you know that I'm not some kitten that you can pet, right?"
Kalim flush red "Of course i known that " his hand still didn't move from his head and Leona doesn't tries to move them.
After sometime brunette sits up and stretch.
"Is Ruggie ok?" Kalim asks.
"Yes, why wouldn't he be?"
"Normally he is here right now waking you up and trying bringing you back to the dorm"
"Oh really, he must be slacking of. Thanks for the reminder i going to fire him later." The brunette say smirks at the other.
Kalim looks panic" oh no, he must do something important or maybe he listened to you and let you do what you want or he..he wants to let you sleep more?"
"I'm joking"
"Oh ok. I was scared there for a sacond"
He breath deep to calm down.
"Wow I'm not that big of a asshole." Than he fix his eyes on him." What do you think of me? That I'm some evil lion that's hide in the shadows and tries to kill kids." He points at Kalim and lays back dramatically next to him on the branch.
"Haha maybe." He hides his smile behind his hand.
"How nice how you to say ,herbivore. Maybe I shouldn't give you that than." Leona holds a small pack of chocolates hearts in the air." How knows maybe i curse it and you sleep for the next 100 years."
" You wouldn't do that because i make your live easy. Who's going distract Ruggie for you?"
" you do that on your freely on your own." He opens the pack and takes a small bite out of a heart. Than Leona gives Kalim the heart." And how could i curse you whan i taste test for you."
Kalim eyes are a little sad " Thanks again for doing this." Than he eats the heart.
"No problem, i couldn't let you be hungry because you are sacred of eating." He bites in a other heart and gives it to the white hair boy.
"Hmm it still as nice thing to do." A small smile is now on Kalims face.
"Please don't be so sappy it disgusting"
The white hair boy look confusion" Don't you read romance book like every day?"
"I hate that i told you that " Leona cross his arms.
"Don't be so grumpy you said you like it when i rea-"
"LEONA" Ruggie voice echoes over the botanical garden.
Kalim looks at Leona and smile ,he has chocolate on his mouth. The prince wants to lick it away.
"Go now. Friday same time like always."
Kalim hum in agreement. He is alone again but not for long.
"Just put us all out of our misery and admit it already." Ruggie looks were Kalim has went to.
"What do you mean?" Leona question.
"That you both are dating or some shit."
"We are not dating!" His face rad like tomato."I just talk to he sometimes"
"He is just a guy you talk to sometime? So the snacks you for him or you being very nice to him is what?"

"You're so full of shit" Ruggie looks at him tired of his bullshit.
"Let's go ,I'm hungry." And Leona goes in way of the mirror room.
"You're in denial!" Says he as he runs after the prince.

Kalim sites beside his bed and he has 'it' in his hand. He wants to be love and to live a happy live.He couldn't use 'it' but he couldn't do the marriage either./I'm truly a stupid spiold brat./
Kalim can't marriage someone because he is in love with someone else. And he couldn't just go without leaving his friends, without leaving Leona. Maybe he could do something else.
He hides 'it' under his bed again and standing up. He grabs is jacket and hop on the magic carpet so Jamil doesn't see him. Flying to the mirror room swiftly and stopping before the octavinelle mirror. Hoping Azul can do wants he needs.
