Summary
Dean Winchester breaks on the rack, like he was always meant to. Thirty years of blood and blades in the Pit, and he finally picks up the knife. That should’ve been the end of it.
But somewhere deep in the Cage, Lucifer gets curious.
Out of boredom — or maybe something worse — he looks into the future. What he sees isn’t an apocalypse. It’s Dean. The chaos, the resistance, the impossible outcomes bending fate into something new.
And Lucifer? He doesn’t wait for the seals. He takes the Righteous Man for himself.
He tells himself it’s just a move on the board. A calculated disruption. A bit of pre-apocalypse mischief. But the longer he keeps Dean, the more the cracks start to show — in Hell’s plans, in Heaven’s expectations, and in Lucifer himself.
