"I feel like I should be used to this by now, I still dont know what to say."

"Oh, I know what i should've said."
I should have thanked them.
"King?" Luz Had Spoke out, thinking the being infront of her looked like him as he wore comfy pants with glyphs on them, paired with a "bad girl coven" t-shirt and a robe.
"Haha, no but he does get his good looks from me." The titan had replied
"Oh, Titan." Luz had realized
"Oh, Me!" As he pointed to himself
"Nice to meet you, Luz the human." As they shook hands
"You can't be the actual titan titan right? Your the boiling isles and that titan is all-"
"Dead Looking?" He said
"Does that mean im also-" Luz Had said as she began to sink
"Oh no, no you dont want to do that, if you go under without a portal you'll really be dead looking."
"I cant believe your kings dad!" She exclaimed
"I think king said it best once, i am both king and queen best of both things! But dad works fine." As he quoted his son, King.
Luz gazed around the place in curiosity
"What is this place?" She had asked
"This is the space in-between. Well between a lot of places. Ive been stuck here for quite some time, but atleast I can keep an eye on my child." Papa titan replied
"And those who've been kind to him."
"I'm not so kind. When I saw the collector fly up to belos I hoped with all my heart I would see them blast him away and-" Luz sighed
"Hey, i can relate. I was willing to anything to keep my kid safe. But I attacked the wrong person, dragged the collector down here for nothing."
"Does that make us bad as belos?" Luz Had spoken up
"What? Have you been drinking edas homemade apple blood?"
"Well, belos said hes trying to save humanity, and we're saying we want to save our families. So isn't that the same thing? Don't these feelings come from the same place?" Luz rambled on
"You assume belos goal comes from a genuine place, but that man doesn't care about anything his need being the hero in his own delusion. And because of that he fears what he can't control." Papa titan replied, trying to reassure her thoughts.
"But now that fear is going to win." As the titan looked at her in sadness
"Ah dang." He said as his chest began to glow, belos trying to take over.
Luz Had Gasped at the sight
"I thought i had more time left, but belos will have full control soon." As he looked over at Luz
"You ready to stop him?" He asked
"What? What can I do?" Luz replied in shock
"You've already helped kind so much, so let me give my power to help you." His hand glew with glyphs
"Are you sure you want to give this power.. to me?"
"Well, your the one here and you seem like a good witch.
"But just a warning, doing this will lose most of your human self. You'll be half titan forever." He had warned
Luz had then thought of this, taking the sacrifice of herself she gripped his hand. Taking in the power to keep.
