Damian just got to his first day of high school and its lunch time but he needs to go to the restroom first and he's a bit surprised to see a shit ton of smoke in it but he doesn't care he starts walking to a stall when someone stops him "hey your the Wayne kid right Damian is it?" Damian turns around and takes the guys hand off him " yes it is and you are?" he asks "oh yeah sorry I shouldn't have put my hand on you, but any way I'm kit the girl siting on the counter is rea" she waves to him as she blows out smoke "and the boy sitting on the counter is ty" he just looks up at the mention of his name but barely spares him a glance before going back to making smoke rings " okay well why did you stop me" Damian asks starting to lose his patience "oh uhm well I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with us we have a couple of the same classes that's all" Damian raises one of his eyebrows " you want to hang out in a … bathroom?" rea finally speaks and says "well we cant vaping in the cafeteria or the hallways with out getting caught so yeah the bathroom" Damian looks over to her "okay but that's not a cigarette" " no duh its a vape here try it" she says pulling one out of her pocket and throwing it to him Damian catches it and looks at the orange and pink vape in his hand and looks back at her "why the hell not" he thinks "okay how do I use it?” he asks kit, rea and even ty smile and kit just tells him to put the black peace to his mouth suck in the breath a bit of air hold it then exhale Damian does so but starts to cough after he exhales kit just laughs and says " that will have the first few times but you'll get use to it". They hang out in the restroom for the rest of lunch and just talk after lunch is over they all give Damian their numbers and start to hang out after that.
THREE MONTHS LATER
Its family game night and they've been playing monopoly for an hour and a half family game night is one of the only nights where no ones allowed to answer their phone unless the worlds on fire and if you do then you have to put it on speaker phone so everyone can hear what's so important that it interrupts game night (Dick enforced the rule). Damian gets the call when Jason and Dick are yelling for whatever reason may be but as soon as his phone starts ringing they stop and everyone is looking at him now and Steph has the biggest smile on her face as Damian checks his phone to see Rea calling him he already knows he has to answer but he does not want them hearing this conversation he knows that she is going to say some stuff that he does NOT want his family to hear.
Damian looks to Bruce with a pleading expiration and before he can even get a word out Jason just yells out "NO, no way are you getting out of this put it on speaker" Damian just sighs ready for his inevitable fate of humiliation as he answer and puts the phone on speaker " holy shit you slut you will not believe what just happened but before I tell you I just need to know something” she takes a deep breath to be dramdic and tells into the phone “WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU I swear to god boy if you don't get your slutty ass over here I will beat you, I thought that you were coming to this party" Damian decides that if his family has already heard that then it cant get much worst so he's going to go all out " Bitchhh I thought I told your hot ass that I have to be at this dumb ass family game night like hottie I cant even vape here, girly this is hell and don't leave me hanging what happened?!?!" his family is just staring at him like he's insane but he does not care right now he just wants the gossip " okay well first of all I'm sorry your family's so lame and second of all I just walked in on ty and Mikey making out in one of the bedrooms here Damian squeals a bit a says " omg omg omg shut uppppp are you serious" "100% girly pop" okay well I cant keep talking cus my fam is going to go crazy if I'm still on the phone so give me more details at school tmr byeeee love you bestieeee" "byeee love you too bestieee" and finally the phone call ends.
Damian does Not want to look up but he does anyway and the first thing he sees is fathers mouth slightly agape staring at him then Richard looking at him with wide eyes siting beside who looks like he's in between laughing and wanting to kill me Tim and Steph and they both just look shell shocked Damian sighs and finally talks to them "listen I'm just going to say this once that was one of my friends her name is Rea the guy we were talking about is my other friend Ty and we didn't mention Kat but that's one of my other friends.... you all get 2 questions to ask me about them or what i just talked about with Rea and then I can leave got it" its a couple seconds of silence before everyone starts shouting but everyone stop yelling when Bruce yells out a resounding "STOP" everyone goes quiet and is now looking at Bruce, Bruce just starts to rub his temples and he sighs “Damian explain everything the party the friends the…smoking everything” Damian sighs resigned and starts to explain everything from the start when they met when he started going to parties and how he feels happier, happy hanging out with them happier because he doesn’t feel so alone anymore and by the end Dick is hugging him Jason is unreadable.
Tim is on his laptop probably looking up his friends and Steph just looks as shocked as one can be so finally he looks to Bruce to see how he reacted and surprisingly he is showing basically no emotion on his face other than slight shock “Damian I'm sorry I didn't notice that you were feeling that way but going to parties and smoking are not good for you and you need to stop.” Damian is just looking at him and he doesn't know what to say so instead of say he just peals Dick of him stands up walks a couple feet away of them and takes his vape out and takes a hit immediately after he does that everyone freezes and Jason had just calmed down and that, that set him off…..again. He starts walking up to Damian yelling “ WHAT THE FUCK Damian he just told you to quit and now your vaping now GOD what is WRONG with you” Jason is now in his face and Damian just blows the smoke to the side and says “ You are…… such a hypocrite you smoke cigarettes like your popping dam candies you don't get to talk and” he turns to face Bruce “after I finish my vapes i only have 3 excluding this one I will quit deal?” Everyone turns to look at him and he just sighs and agrees with Damian nodding his head.
