Work Text:
Ryoji turned the corner, running fast. His eyes darted looking for a person around until they fell on Mia’s figure. He stomped up to Mia and jutted a finger in her face.
“Do you know where Hannah is?” He asked angrily.
“No, I haven’t seen her for awhile-” Mia mumbled. Ryoji shakily butted in holding Mia’s shoulders, “Shut up freak! I wasn’t done yet, where did you last see her then.” “Geez, that’s not really-” “Just spit it out!” “Last I saw her she was walking towards her bedroom-” Ryoji didn’t let Mia finish his sentence as he dashed to Hannah’s room. He was met with weird glances but it would be worth it to see Hannah.
He practically ripped the door off of its hinges. Only to be met with the sight of something he wished me could forget.
Hannah’s lifeless body draped over her pink bed that was splattered with pink blood.
Her eyes which once held his entire world in them were now lifeless. Eyes that one held life, sorrow, tears, love. Eyes that used to be a deep, pretty, breathtaking green now held dead and remorse in them.
Her hair that was always neat was now tousled and it cascaded down her face, covering her forehead. As his eyes drifted to her torso he audibly gagged as he saw that her wound was still freshly spurting blood, staining her white crop-top a bright pink. Her stomach was horribly disfigured with stab wounds and he felt himself hurl onto the carpet of her room.
“What the fuck dude- GAH”
He didn’t even turn his head to see who intruded, all he could see was Hannah. Hannah. Hannah. All he could see was her breathtaking smile that always made him melt on the inside, her laugh that always made his day better, anything, everything, about her, came to this? A corpse for this stupid killing game.
And as he looked up and saw them crowding around the door, all he could think was that he couldn’t wait for it to be over.
