I have a bit of a story to go with this!
Uzi and N went out to look for parts to upgrade Uzi’s railgun. That’s when a Disassembly Drone from another squad spotted Uzi and went to attack her. N fought them off, which resulted in him getting minor injuries, but Uzi wasn’t too fortunate.
N managed to scare off the other Disassembly Drone, now having to make sure Uzi doesn’t die. You’re free to interpret it as you want!
