It was the late hours of the night. The baby rarely cried,but it wasn't ever a guarantee he wouldn't cry. Yet from the lingering pain of childbirth,Noli can't help but feel tired from waking up and taking care of the child. And this night was a night where the little one cried.
The little one wept and Noli gradually got up and went over to the cradle where he was laying,and then he picked him up. The baby's crying slowed down,and Noli murmured quietly to the little one,trying to calm the little one down.
Noli was too occupied trying to calm down the baby that he didn't notice 1x1x1x1 is right behind him. He got startled after hearing 1x1x1x1's voice.
"Is he crying again...?"
"..."
"Noli."
"Y3s...y3s h3 1s cry1ng 4g41n."
"..."
"..."
"Would you like me to take care of it."
"N0...1'm f1n3."
"..."
"..."
"...I'm still going to see you calm him down."
"0h 1x...y0u kn0w th4t I c4n c4lm h1m d0wn mys3lf..."
"I know. But I'll still look at you."
"Mm...f1n3."
And it only took a few minutes before Noli could calm him down.
"D0n3.."
"Hm.."
"..."
"Come back here."
Noli went back to 1x1x1x1,and then 1x1x1x1 took Noli in his arms and laid him on the bed,holding him ever so softly. It was that he was cuddling him,and the embrace only served to make Noli fall asleep.
