It took a while for the Wizarding World to finally allow muggle devices, and they found it made things really easy. Such as messaging and social media. Of course, since the muggles had no idea about the magic world yet, a wizard version of apps like Snapchat and Twitter were made just the purpose of the Wizarding World. Though, there was one thing they failed to make, or rather, refused to make since it would simply be pretty pointless...a music streaming app. So, things like Spotify were allowed. Thankfully. By this point, many of the students had figured out that they couldn't really focus that well without something playing in their ears. That could be a multitude of different things, but...we won't dive into that. Not right now, anyway.
So, let's start off with our two lovebirds. Draco Malfoy, and Harry Potter. Naturally, the two butted heads at first, but then they realized that, once they were graduated, they would likely never see each other again, so they figured the entire rivalry was pointless. By third year, they were play fighting and helping each other through tests and homework. By fourth, they were basically inseparable, almost glued to each other. Really showed that a color shouldn't be the one thing to define an entire person. And by fifth year? They were dating. Yeah, dating. Nobody saw that one coming. They were even sharing their music. Yeah, even more baffling. Everyone thought those two would be polar opposites when it came to music, but nope. Oh how the entire student body was so confidently wrong. What got the two lovebirds figured out? Someone overheard the two poorly mumbling along to a rap song, doing horrible American accents, and tattled to literally everyone. Best part? The Drarry Duo had already assumed everyone knew. How they were so confidently wrong too. Let's just say...it was a very interesting and mind-boggled Thursday afternoon in October.

"'Moine," asked Ron when he came down from the dormitories from grabbing a textbook, "Reckon you know where Harry is this time? Or do you think he's off with Malfoy again?" Hermione looked up from her notes, he always tended to ask that question when either something was bothering him or Harry had skipped out on something. Or both. One usually led to the other, but we won't go there. "He's probably out with Draco again, no doubt. I mean, think about it. They're dating now...personally, I think it's only natural that they want to always spend time with each other." She said. "Why? What could possibly be the issue this time?" Ron, knowing he's been called out, tries his best to refuse to tell...but Hermione gave him the look. Again, wandless Hermione was scarier than a Hermione with a wand. "I just....I miss him, y'know? I miss my best mate. He doesn't even reply to my texts, notes, nothing. It's like he's purposely trying to ignore me." He paused, wringing his hands. "The last time something like this happened...well...I said things I know I can never take back, even though I really regret all those things when it happened-" Hermione held up a hand. "You're rambling, Ron. Again." His face flushed pink. Rambling was a bad habit of his when he got super paranoid, worried or nervous. "Ron, look. I get it. You're scared of losing your best friend, but you need to let him breathe. Let him live his life. He can't stick with us all the time." She said, as if she was softly scolding a small child for doing something they were told not to do. Ron, unable to fight back, knowing he'd lose if he even tried, sighed softly. He plopped down onto the couch beside her, staring into the dying flames of the fireplace. "Maybe you're right...maybe I am clingy..." Hermione placed a hand on his shoulder in silent comfort for her friend.
Though, that comfort didn't last long, because as if right on cue, the brown haired bastard waltzed into the Gryffindor common room. Dressed casual, and one of Draco's hoodies pulled on over his shoulders, Ron felt...oddly heartbroken. No...he didn't feel anything for his best mate, it would be wrong. He can't do that to his friend, right..? Shoving down the building sob, he called out to Harry, who gave a shit greeting of "Yo." before walking off and up the stairs to the dorms. Ron fists clenched in his lap, and he grinded his teeth to keep a sob from escaping. Hermione grabbed his hands, holding them in her own. "Ron...you like him..don't you?" she asked softly. "I...I think so..but...I can't do that to him. So..I just have to suck it up.." Safe to say, he silently cried himself to sleep that night.
"Baby..." Draco whined, tugging at his boyfriend's sleeve. The two had met up the next morning in the library to study for some upcoming tests. "Draco, no. No matter how many times you plead or beg, I can't get out of this. You know if I fail a class, my mum will be disappointed. And you know how much I hate disappointing her." Harry said, flipping the page of the textbook. This was the fifteenth time Draco was attempting this in the past 3 hours. Sure, Harry was getting a little annoyed, but Draco was his little dragon, and he knew he couldn't stay mad at his boyfriend, no matter how much he tried. He also found out it was better than to just let Draco win in an argument, even if he's wrong. Horribly wrong. To Harry, not much mattered to him except getting school work done, his mother, his friends and Draco's smile were all that mattered. "Please, Harry? You've been at this for a while without a break...just for a little while? I'm bored, and you need to take a moment to look away from that book." Draco was right, Harry did need a break. He had barely moved since he sat down in that gawd awful chair. Harry, albeit reluctant in stopping his study session, sighed and used a pencil as a bookmark, closing the book. "Fine, you win this time, but don't get your hopes up. I promise, darling, I'm almost finished." Draco smiled happily, dragging his boyfriend out of the chair. "Come on, let's go for a little walk. It'll be good for you to be up and moving after such a long time sitting down." Harry smiled and rolled his eyes, falling into step beside Draco. The blonde giggled, clinging onto Harry's arm as they walked.
Though, they walked, Draco was more silent than usual. Normally, he's be talking Harry's ears off about this, that and the other...but he was quiet. To Harry, this was sort of alarming. "Dray? You're awfully quiet...is something on your mind?" Harry asked. Draco, who had been zoned out, shook his head at his nickname being used. "Huh? Oh, yeah..I'm alright, I'm just...thinking, is all." He replied, but his voice lacked the usual bounce or joy it normally had when he was with Harry. "What were you thinking about? You know you can tell me anything, love...you don't have to hide things from me." Harry stopped walking, holding Draco still by his shoulders. He looked down at the blonde, concern etched on his face. "It's...about your friend. Weasley." "What about him?" "I just...I have this weird feeling about him. I'm probably just being a possessive idiot, but...I feel like he hates me. Hates that I'm with you. I see how he looks at you, Harry. That lovesick glint in his gaze..Harry, how have you not noticed it yet? I'm pretty sure he likes you, and that he's jealous that I took his spot." Harry looked at Draco baffled. He wasn't expecting that to come out of his boyfriend's mouth. To be honest, he wasn't expecting anything related tohis best friend or the potential that his best mate would even have a crush on him...although, it did get him thinking. "You...you think he likes me? I don't...I don't understand. If he does like me...then why haven't I noticed..? Please tell me you're joking with me.." Harry pleaded once he snapped out if his reverie. Draco shook his head. "I'm sorry, Harry...but this isn't something I'd joke about. I genuinely think Ron likes you.." His first name. Draco never called Ron by his first name. That's how Harry could tell he was joking. Draco had a speech pattern that was ever so slightly different when he was being serious about something. His family? Mum and dad, not mother and father. People he knew? First name basis if he wasn't friends with them. With Harry? He'd use the last name, or call Harry by his full government name. Harry could slowly feel the panic setting in. If Ron did like him...oh god. Oh fuck.
"Shitshitshitshit-" Harry started pacing. "How did I not see it sooner?! God, I really am a bloody idiot!" He looked at Draco. "I...I need to find him. I need to fix this...tell him the truth." Draco wasn't even able to get a word in before Harry bolted down the hall, his studying completely forgotten in the face of a situation he made a bigger deal than it actually was.

"Ron!" Harry called out as he bursted into the common room, hair messy and slightly out of breath. The ginger looked up from across the room, he had been cleaning up the space since Hermione had suggested doing anything to distract him from...everything. "Harry..? What are you doing here?" Ron asked, setting down the book in his hands. He barely turned around before Harry had run up to him, attaching to him like a parasite in a back-hug. "Harry-" Ron started, but Harry cut him off. "I'm so sorry, Ron...you know I'd never invalidate your feelings, right..? If there's something you want to tell me, you know I'll listen. Just...please, don't hide anything from me anymore." He said softly, releasing his hold. Ron turned around, that familiar lump in his throat. "Harry, I-" He stopped. Should he even say this? Would it change anything between them? "Please, Ron. I want to be there for you." Harry said, placing his hands on Ron's upper arms. Ron nodded, taking a deep breath. "Harry..." He started. "I'm not sure when they started, but...I think I may have fallen for you. Hard. I know you're with Malfoy, but...sometimes, I can't help but think what if that was me in his place? It's selfish, I know..but I can't help it. I think I've liked you for a long time...but I haven't realized until now. I'm sorry that I'm so fucking clingy with you, you're just...well, you're you, and for some damn reason...I find that really charming. I find you in general, charming." He was laying his heart bare, the words coming out like a running river. "I just don't want to come between you and Malfoy, no matter how much it pains me that you're with him. I just...I care about you, Harry. You're my best friend, if not the only guy besides my brother that I trust with my life. I care about you more than I think either of us realize, to a point where I can't put it into words." Silent moments passed between the two. The tension was high. "Well then, if you can't put it into words....show me. Show me how much you give a damn about me." Harry said. Why did he say that? Why was he looking forward to whatever was going to happen? It was wrong, but...he couldn't take it back now. Ron's hands seem to have a mind of their own, they come up to cup Harry's face. Next thing they both knew, it was a soft and hesitant kiss, followed by a ginger then sobbing into Harry's shoulder, pulled into a tight hug. "God, Harry...I'm so sorry..I don't know what came over me.." Ron mumbled into his best friends shoulder. Harry hugged back seconds later, shushing and trying to sooth the crying redhead latched onto him. Eventually, Ron had calmed down. The two sat down, had a conversation, and then Harry left to go back to Draco.
Who was not happy with Harry for suddenly running off, because when Harry had eventually found him sulking in a bathroom, he was slapped across the face and yelled at. "I'm sorry, Draco! Alright?! I'm fucking sorry! You didn't have to fucking hit me, you prick!" The word came out without a second thought. Draco recoiled like he was physically struck. Harry then immediately went into panic mode as Draco started to cry. Harry instantly pulled his boyfriend into his arms, whispering apologies and running his fingers through the blonde strands. Sure, Draco was a sensitive boy, but he had never been called a rude name by Harry unless they were play fighting, then it was all in the name of fun. Though, to hear it with such force and anger really through him off. "I'm sorry baby...I didn't mean it.." Harry murmured. "Do you want me to kiss it better..?" He pulled back a little to look his crying lover in the face, who nodded. "You better kiss it better..." Draco mumbled. Harry smiled softly, Draco was so cute when he was angry. He was like a small, angry kitten. Without a second thought, Harry gently kissed Draco, who basically latched onto him, arms around his neck. Harry pulled back after a couple seconds, in which Draco gave a small whine of protest. "Oh, calm down...how about we do this somewhere that isn't the boys restroom?" Without giving Draco ample time to respond, Harry scooped him up in his arms and carried him all the way to the snake den.
Harry knew he wasn't allowed, but nobody really said anything. The other Slytherins had an odd feeling that they should just keep their mouths shut when Harry came in, whether with or without Draco leeched onto him. Especially when the blonde was leeched on, or else they would be met with what everyone called "Mean Draco", and get told to piss off and mind their own business, and then get threatened to be hexed if anyone snitched. Yeah, nobody was taking that risk. Within the dorms, thing had gotten...spicy, for lack of better words. Since the shared room was empty, the two were tangled on Draco's bed. Things started to become...desperate. Draco whined for contact, and Harry was purposely holding back, which only made things worse. Eventually, after enough teasing, they discarded their clothes onto the floor in a heap.
"Harry, please- You know I hate being teased like this-" Draco pleaded, squirming under his boyfriend. His wrists were hostages of Harry's hands, but he wouldn't have it any other way. "Someone's getting impatient..." Harry chuckled. Draco continued to wiggle under him, getting more and more desperate for any kind of friction. He was almost sobbing with need. Harry trailed a hand down Draco's body, stopping just short of where Draco wanted him, and staying there. He only chuckled when Draco kept whining and pleading. He physically could not take it anymore. It didn't take long until he came untouched. "Harry...you're so mean to me.." Draco complained. "Shh, baby...just let me take care of you...I promise, you'll be hoarse by the time I'm done with you." Harry gathered some of the spilt cum onto his fingers, pressing his lips against Draco's as he probed and prodded Draco's hole, muffling any protesting. As if Draco would even protest this in the first place. Draco let out a muffled moan as he felt one slip in. Harry slowly fucked him with a finger before slowly adding a second, and then a third shortly after, stretching Draco with his own cum. Eventually, Harry pulled back and out. "Are you ready for the real deal, baby?" He growled out, spitting on his hand and stroking himself slowly. "Yes- Please, Harry- I can't fucking take this anymore-" Draco whined, his hips bucking up in a desperate plea for stimulation. With a grin, Harry lined himself up and, after smearing some more of Draco's cum over his cock, slowly pushed in until he bottomed out. Draco whined and whimpered as Harry stayed still. "Baby..please...just take me already..." Draco said, his voice almost a whisper. "Mm..then prepare to not be able to walk tomorrow, Malfoy." Harry slowly pulled out, almost fully, before slamming right back into Draco, who yelped. This wasn't the first time they've fucked, but with how Harry was, each time felt like the first. Harry's pace slowly increased, his hands pushing Draco's legs back by his thighs. This caused Draco's hips to angle up, letting Harry hit his prostate with each hard thrust. Draco moaned and screamed his boyfriends name, not caring if someone heard. Getting walked in on was the least of his worries. Thrust after thrust, Draco became more and more dumb. His head slowly filled with cotton, and all he could think about was the huge cock absolutely railing him and hitting all the right spots. Harry fucked like an animal, and Draco loved it. He could never get tired of it. Each time left him shaking for hours.
"Fuck, baby...." Harry breathed. "I'm...so fucking close...I- Fuck-!" Harry was closer than he thought. His orgasm came rushing through him, and with a final punishing thrust, he came deep within Draco, coating his boyfriend's walls with white. Draco, already having came a few times prior, barely had anything come out as yet another orgasm ripped through him. His eyes were in his skull, drool coming out of his mouth in the corners...to Harry, it was a gorgeous sight. He always loved seeing his boyfriend thoroughly fucked. Not only did it make Draco happy, it also boosted Harry's ego to know he was the one that could turn Draco into the mess he was right then and there. Of course, right now Draco was a mindless, cotton-brained idiot incapable of moving or speaking, or even thinking, so Harry took it upon himself to clean them both up after a short rest. Once they were both cleaned, Harry laid down in the small dorm bed, pulling his small boyfriend into his arms, who instinctively burrowed into his embrace for the warmth and security it provided. It was getting close to noon, but a nap couldn't hurt. So, with that, Harry drifted off with his adorable, exhausted boyfriend in his arms, happy and content.
At some point, the two started running around Hogwarts, blasting whatever songs they decided to listen to at the time. They ended up finding an artist called "Eminem". They thought the name was silly, so they were originally going to hate, but they never got the chance to. First song had them absolutely fixated on the American Rapper, what they listened to is up to your interpretation. At some point, they even planned an entire trip to America for the summer, just to see if they'd like the "vibe" of the country. Probably the most outrageous thing they've every thought of...and surprisingly, both of their families were ok with it.
~
"Dad..." There is was. That speech pattern again. Draco had slinked his way into Lucius's study at the Manor. "Hm? What could it possibly be this time, son?" Lucius set down the parchment he was reading over. Ministry work. "I was wondering..." Draco twisted side to side, his hands clasped behind him. Sure, his father usually gave him whatever he asked for, because Draco was always a good kid and grateful for everything he asked for, and even more so for the things he got and never even asked for. "Um...could I possibly go to America? With...Harry?" He finally asked, not making eye contact with Lucius, who sat there quietly. Draco felt like he was getting judged. The sound of the chair being pushed and then soft footsteps. His father stood right in front of him. "Draco. Look at me." Lucius commanded, in which Draco obliged. "You're asking me to leave the country...have you put thought into this? Or was this an "on the whim" kind of deal? I won't allow you to leave until you've had time to think about it and make sure it's really what you want." Well...at least that wasn't a full on "no". It was something. Draco nodded slowly. "Of course, father...I'll think it over.." With that, Draco left the study and went up to his room.
~
"Hey, Mum?" Harry asked suddenly as he was helping his mother, Lily, clean the kitchen of their cozy little home. "Yes, baby?" She said, putting the last clean plate onto the drying rack and wiping her hands clean with the kitchen towel. "I was wondering...would you let me go to America? With Draco? I know this is out of the blue, and I know I need to think it over first, but...I was just wondering." He stuffed the cleaning supplies back into the carrier, tossing the latex gloves into the trash. "America? Sweetheart, I don't care where you go, just as long as you go with the right people, and you give me updates everyone once in a while about what you're doing so I know that you're ok while you're away from home." Wow...Harry wasn't expecting his mother to be so...lenient. As a single mother, he really thought she'd be much more defensive about the entire thing. Guess not. "Alright...well, I'll be in my room if you need help with anything else." With a quick kiss to her cheek, Harry made his way upstairs and to his room.

Around a week or two went by, and the two had made the final plans and adjustments, and a final "ok" from Draco's parents, the two were given money to last the entire summer and then some. After securing the tickets for the flight, with a bit of magic and a couple shrinking spells, the two put anything and everything they wanted to take into a suitcase. Of course, there were also spells and charms to make sure the suitcases abided by TSA rules, and they even made sure to disguise the insides to look normal under x-rays. And yes, even their wands were hidden amongst the various packed items in the suitcases. After converting their wizard money to muggle money, and then transferring that to USD, they finally got to the Airport. TSA was easy. Then, came the flight. Of course, they listened to their shared rap playlist almost the whole time, minus the few hours they spent watching random movies and taking turns napping. Pretty calm flight.
They finally landed, and Draco was basically vibrating with excitement. When they finally exited the airport, the air was totally different from the UK air. And the sky was a really nice blue. Gorgeous day, really. Of course, with Lucius being such a great dad and basically wrapped around his son's finger, had arranged a small apartment for the two to stay in. Perks of having worldwide connections because of the Ministry, I suppose. They managed to get a ride to said apartment. It was small and cozy, with the minimum that they needed. A single bed, of course, because why would they willingly decide to not sleep in the same bed? They were literally dating for fucks sakes. The two got settled in, and the first thing they did? Buy American candy after getting directions to the nearest corner store.
Their summer was then spent exploring whatever state they landed in, which is also up to your interpretation. Along with trying American food, learning American slang, rotting in bed on social media or watching American TV, and a bunch of other fun things. All because they ended up liking the same music genre.

.Moral of the story, sometimes all it takes is one common interest between two people for magical things to happen. If you don't think you're ever going to see that person again, don't hate them. It'll be pointless if you never see them again.
