Katsuki sits in the common room, overwhelmed by the chatter and scents of all his classmates, decides he needs to leave. Standing up from the couch, he makes his way to the elevator pretty much undetected. Getting into the elevator, he presses the button for his floor. Once in his room, he practically collapsed on his bed. His nest unmade and messy, his floor covered in dirty clothes. If asked, he’ll blame it on stupid deku, but in reality, he’s been too stressed to clean.
His heat is almost a week late, and he’s worried. He would go to a doctor about it, but that means talking to Aizawa sensei, and he does not want to do that. It’s way too embarrassing. If it doesn’t start by Monday, he’ll talk to an adult.
A small part of him fears that he’s pregnant, even though he’s a virgin. A sharp pain in his abdomen snaps him out of his thoughts. Maybe the lateness of his heat was due to stress? Maybe he should just clean. Katsuki struggles to stand up, making his way to the ensuite bathroom to take some type of pain medicine. After getting medicine, he starts to tidy up his room. Putting clothes in their places, putting his pillows on his bed.
After getting everything clean, he flops back down on his bed. Picking up his phone, he finds that he has a missed message from Deku.
Deku: hiya Kacchan, I noticed you disappeared, if you need anything just text me ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-
Stupid Deku, always so worried.
Katsuki: I'm stressed out, I got a nest and cuddle. Please come over?
Katuski sends the message and throws his phone across his bed. He waits a minute before hearing a soft knock on his door. He stands up, walking up to his door to open it. Deku stands there, face flushed.
“You mean it?” He asks, voice shaky.
“Mhm. My heats about a week late, and it's been stressing me out.” Katsuki steps out of the doorway to let the nerd into the room.
The faint smell of thick forest wafts off of Deku. The alpha boy stands awkwardly in the doorway. “Are you coming in? Or are you going to just stand there?” Deku quickly snaps out of his trance and makes his way into the now clean room. Katsuki shuts the door and walks over to his bed. Sitting down, he pats the spot next to him for Deku.
Deku sits down, fidgeting with the hem of his shorts. “I need to nest, so can you scent things for me?” Katsuki asks softly. Deku nods eagerly. “Yeah! Anything!” Katsuki stands up from the bed to grab some of his smaller bedding. He hands Deku a small All Might plush, and Deku quickly gets to work. He rubs it all along his scent glands, making sure it's thoroughly scented.
After Deku scents a few pieces of Katsuki’s bedding, Katsuki starts to build his nest. “Kacchan?” Deku looks over at the older boy. “Yeah?” Katuski looks over at Deku. “A-After you’re done with the nest, are we going to cuddle?” Katsuki laughs. “Mhm, we can cuddle.” Deku smiles and lets Katsuki go back to nesting.
A little while after, Katsuki finishes his nest. The soft scent of cinnamon and sugar fills the room. Deku’s head spins from the scent of the omega in the room, not out of lust or want, but out of comfort. He feels so comfortable with Katsuki that he might fall asleep before they start cuddling. Katsuki snaps his fingers in front of Deku’s face. “Ah! Yes?” “I’m done. Cuddle?” Deku nods and stands up. Katsuki climbs into his nest, lying down, leaving just enough room for Deku. Deku quickly gets into the nest, right next to Katsuki. They gently hold each other, feeling comfortable in each other's company.
They end up falling asleep in the thick scent of both Katsuki and Deku, thick forest, and sugared cinnamon. They sleep for hours, no interruptions, nothing besides the two boys, the friendship between the omega and the alpha.
