"Guys!" The door slams open and a worried Sunghoon bargs in, causing to startle his friends but he doesnt seem to care.
"Gosh! Sunghoon, have you ever heard of knocking?!" Jake groans annoyed.
"Dude, this is important!" he argues.
"What is it, Sunghoon?" Jay sighs. He is clearly annoyed aswell, but he tries to be understanding.
"I think Sunoo hates me."
"What did you do?" Jake asks immediately.
"Nothing!"
Now this confuses the duo. "Then why would he hate you?" Jay asks.
"Because I did nothing! We haven't talked properly in days, because of our damn exams and now he's not answering any of my texts!" The latter explains, literally shaking, which makes his friends start to worry.
His aussie friend gets up, "Okay, hoon relax, take a deep breath and sit down, then tell us everything, okay?" He says soothingly, making him sit down on the couch in their dorm.
Sunghoon sighs, "Me and Sunoo haven't talked properly in days, because of the exam season, but I'm not worried about that. It's something we agreed on to focus on our studies and do basically every exam season."
"Then what is making you think that he hates you?" Jay asks him, softly.
"Exam season is over. And he still hasn't answered any of my texts. I went to his dorm and he wasn't there! His roommate, Jungwon then told me he went out.."
He exclaims, "but then I saw him. Being all happy and giggling with no one other than Lee Heeseung..." he adds bitterly.
Jake and Jay can't control the gasp escaping their lips.
Truth be told, none of them know Lee Heeseung personally. The only things they know about him are that he's very popular and invited to almost every party and part of the basketball team.
And Jake has a big ass crush on him.
But the most important fact is that he is Sunoo's famous ex boyfriend. Oh, and it wasn't casual at all between them. He was basically Sunoo's first everything. First kiss, first boyfriend, first lo-
"What if he realized that he still has feels for him? What if he's going to break up with me?! What if-" Sunghoon shrieks.
"Okay. Calm down"Jake starts, "Their relationship was during highschool and only lasted for a year...Meanwhile you and Sunoo have been together since freshman year college. Which is basically almost 3 years."
"So? What if those feelings sparked up again, because we've spending less time together recently? Oh my god! What if Heeseung is trying to steal him from me?!"
"Who knows maybe they were just casually talking about the exam, because for your info, they both have the same major.." Jake states like it's the most obvious thing in the world.
But of course this doesn't change Sunghoon's mind at all, "Or maybe you're just making up excuses, because of your damn crush on him!"
"Oh my god..." Jay groans, "Sunghoon, just talk to Sunoo and stop torturing yourself by overthinking about your damn relationship!"
"I was trying to, but he seemed to be very busy with his ex.." he says, rolling his eyes.
And with that the youngest of the trio leaves his friends dorm. Or more like gets thrown out of their dorm.
Before he can procees anything, he hears a familiar voice call after him.
"There you are! I was looking for you everywhere." Sunoo walks over to him, smiling brightly.
And the older feels like he could melt right then and there. He would be smiling back at him if it wouldn't be for that agonizing feeling brewing in his chest.
His lack of reaction makes the younger worry, "Is everything alright...?" He asks carefully.
"Y-yes!" He stammers, "Why wouldn't it be?" He exclaims, finally smiling at him.
It's written on Sunoo's face that he doesn't buy it, but he doesn't budge.
The both of them decide to head out of the dorm hall, without a specific destination in mind.
"I missed you, you know.." the younger softly starts and the older just quietly listens, looking ahead of them, not noticing how Sunoo's eyes bore into his skull, waiting for him to say it back.
"But it seems like you don't even care..." he mumbles, disappointed.
The older stops in his tracks, his head snaps to Sunoo, "What? Of course I missed you!" He exclaims.
The younger just looks at him and the older can see that he isn't convinced. Maybe he isn't the only one who started to overthink, because of the distance.
Now this makes Sunghoon feel stupid. He was having a whole breakdown, being so fucking scared on wether the younger stopped loving him. But now that he's here and happy too see him, telling the older he missed him, he just does nothing?! Gosh, he really is stupid.
"Sunoo...I really missed you. I texted you-"
"Oh!" The younger remembers, "I forgot to tell you.. I broke my phone yesterday."
"Oh.." the older sighs relieved.
"What? Were you worried?" He asks, a cheeky smile playing on his lips.
"I was so worried, that Jay and Jake got tired of my ass and kicked me out of their dorm!"
"Really?!" He laughs loudly.
Despite the found smile growing on the older's lips, he rolls his eyes.
And just like that the weird atmosphere between the couple is gone. The younger wraps his hands around the older's arm and they both continue walking.
Sunghoon doesn't tell him how he saw him with Heeseung. He really hopes he was just overreacting.
And to be honest, he just hopes he won't act strange in front of the younger, because of that.

Why the hell is Heeseung eating lunch with Sunoo?!
Calm down it's okay. Exes can be on good terms.
He tries to relax, not to be jealous and think anything of it, but why? And literally out of nowhere.
These two have never talked ever since their break up. So how did this 'friendship' even happen?
Sunghoon should sit with them. Sit with him, his boyfriend. And finally assure himself that Heeseung is not trying to take Sunoo from him, but the way his eyes are practically glowing while talking to the younger, scares Sunghoon.
He's his boyfriend goddammit! He should sit down right next to Sunoo. He should have this much courage. But he doesn't. He's a coward, so instead of eating with Sunoo and punching Heeseung in his annoying face, he rushes to sit with Jay.
"Now I get what you mean.." he starts, while chewing his food, "Man, I'd be worried too." He laughs, not noticing Sunghoon's glare, shooting daggers at him.
What bothers him even more is that Sunoo doesn't seem to notice him at all. It's like his whole focus is on fucking Lee Heeseung.
"Gosh.. He's so annoying...Why does Jake like him anyway?"
"You're just saying that because you're jealous." Jay remarks and Sunghoon hates how right he is.

Later that day Sunghoon and Sunoo sit together in Sunghoon's dorm. The couple snuggled up against each other, with a blanket wrapped around them and a movie playing on the younger's laptop.
Finally the older can relax. Moments like these remind him that the younger does love him. And that Heeseung and Sunoo's sudden 'friendship' or whatever you call it, is nothing to be jealous of.
Well, atleast that was his mentality for 5 minutes, until a sudden bing! erupts from Sunoo's laptop. Since his phone is broken, he's been chatting through his laptop. He's glad that he saved all his contacts there.
But that is not what's important here. What's important is that the notification is from Heeseung or how the younger has saved him as 'Heeseungie hyung'. Ew.
He tries to hold himself back, to seem casual even though he feels like he's burning from the inside. But he can't. He can't hold back anymore.
"Oh! You got a message from your other boyfriend! You better answer him quick.." he mutters.
"You're right! I should answer my 'other boyfriend' right away!" The younger agrees, clicking on the contact name.
"Wait wha-"
Their chat opens and once again Park Sunghoon feels like an damn idiot.
"Thank you for your help, Sunoo," the older reads aloud, "I hope your advice will help me impress Jake?!"
"Oh my god! Heeseung likes Jake?!" Sunghoon practically shouts, causing the younger to shut him up by putting his hand on his mouth.
"Shh..Do you know how thin these walls are. Heeseung hyung will kill me if he finds out I told anyone about his secret crush." he explains, laughing softly.
And Sunghoon laughs along. He still doesn't like Heeseung and probably never will, but atleast he doesn't see him as competition anymore. More or less.
"You didn't bother to tell me, that this is the reason for your sudden...I don't know..Alliance?"
"I literally just did." The younger shrugs.
"You could have told me earlier! Do you know how much I was suffering whenever I saw the two of you together?!"
"Sunghoon...it has only been two days...."
"Two days too much!" He shrieks, "The whole time I was thinking that Heeseung was trying to win you back..And I was worried that it was working.." he tells Sunoo.
"Aww" the younger pouts at him, "Sunghoon, you know I only love you right?" He declares, giving the older a small peck on the lips, "And as if I would give an ex a second chance. Hell no." He laughs softly.
But the older is still sulking, " I don't know why I thought that either...it's just that..he's attractive, rich and popular...and he was your first love." He rants off, while Sunoo is attentively listening.
"And when you weren't answering my texts, I saw you with him and just assumed the worst. I should've just talked to you..." he sighs, "but I was scared..I mean I don't have much to offer compared to Heeseung, so it wouldn't be a big surprise if y-"
Suddenly the younger slaps his chest, causing the older to shut up.
"You idiot!" He huffs, "Why wouldn't it surprise you if I would leave you huh? What do you mean, you dont have much to offer?"
Sunghoon sinks his head, as he takes in the younger's scolding.
"Sunghoon," the younger starts softly, "Heeseung may be popular and have attention all around him, he may be looking good and he's rich, so what?! He isn't you, hyung."
Sunoo caresses the older's cheek, making Sunghoon look up at him, "If there's anyone who doesn't have anything to offer, then it's Heeseung. No cut that! No man in the world has anything offer, compared to you, Sunghoon" he admits.
"Nobody compares to the way you always make sure I'm alright, even when you think I don't notice, even when we argue. Nobody compares to the way you make me feel seen or how you always cheer me up whenever you notice I'm down, even when I try to hide it. And there's so much more I could name but what I'm trying to say is..Nobody compares to you, Sunghoon. I mean it."
"Isn't that a one direction song?" The older one mumbles, with a smirk on his face.
Sunoo withdraws his hand from the older, "You know what? Maybe Heeseung does have more to offer!" He scoffs.
Sunghoon laughs, "Alright!" He instinctively wraps his arms around the younger, not letting him escape, "I'm sorry..." he mumbles against Sunoo's back.
"Thank you for comforting me...I really needed that..." he says, becoming serious.
Now the younger turns around to face him, "Always. I'm always here for you, Sunghoon. And next time you better tell me immediately whenever you feel like that!"
The older nods in agreement, "I love you..." he sighs, smiling fondly at him.
"Yeah..." Sunoo sighs aswell, "I know...I love your annoying ass too I guess."
No words are exchanged after that, but Sunghoon feels like he can finally breath again. The past two days have been toture. Well, today is literally the second day, but still. It was torture for him.
They continue watching the movie and after a while the older starts to sing out of nowhere, startling the younger, "Cause no one ever looks so good in a dress and it hurts cause I know you won't be mine toni-"
"Shut up!" Sunoo yells, throwing a pillow at him, making Sunghoon laugh loudly in response.
