Work Text:
Hear, oh Muse, thy son pursues thy counsel
He kneels in reverence before thy studded sphere
Whose stars above boast the histories of old
Curious Urania, thy son marvels beside thee
Imbue his hands with thy divine breath
Guide his eyes before the heavens
Let his mind hazard thy wonders
Brilliant Urania, who peers into the void above
Allow thine inspiration a smile upon him
Grace his tools with quickened prophecy
And his eyes cold discernment
Hark! boy before the Ever Inquisitive
Open thine heart before Her
Move thy hand in accordance to Her guidance
And scoff not at Her majesties
