Chapter Text
It was blueberry milk's lunch break, and as usual, his kid were in his classroom. But this time, Candy Apple decided to bring Key Lime.
Key Lime and Candy Apple were in the corner of the room on their phones, talking about something. Blueberry Milk didn't really care; he was focused on grading his papers. But Candy Apple said something that caught his attention
"Why are you so obsessed with him? He's just some stupid idol." "You're just jealous because you can't go to his concert," Key Lime shot Candy Apple a smug look, and Candy Apple rolled her eyes.
"What were you two girls talking about? And Candy, where is your brother? I haven't seen him. Is he in the lunchroom hanging out with his friends or something?" Blueberry Milk finally spoke up.
"Oh, he's hanging out with his Pretty White Boyfriend," Candy crossed her arms; she didn't really like Silverbell that much. "And we are talking about a singer that Key Lime really likes."
Key Lime jumped into the conversation, "You like him as well; you're just being dramatic." Candy stuck out her tongue. "And Mr. Sage, would you like to hear one of his songs? They're really good."
Before Blueberry Milk could respond, Key Lime had already selected a song. "This song is called 'Language of the Lost.' It's really popular right now, and it's Candy Apple's favorite," Key Lime giggled.
"Dadddd, don't listen to her!" Candy Apple blushed out of embarrassment. The song came to an end. "The song is very something, all right. I'm fine with you girls listening to it as long as it doesn't have curse words because you girls are way too young for that."
Both Key Lime and Candy Apple nervously laughed and looked to the side. All that Sage could do was sigh. "What is his name?" The lunch hour was about to end, so Sage started organizing his papers.
"We don't really know his name, but he goes by Truthless Recluse," Key Lime said while putting her lunch box back in her bag to get to her next class. "How interesting!"
The bell rang, telling everyone that the lunch period was over. So Key Lime walked to the door and waved goodbye.
"BYE-BYE, KEY LIME! SEE YOU LATER!" Candy Apple yelled.
"There's no need for yelling; get to class, Candy," Sage rubbed his nose bridge.
"Oooook," Candy Apple said as she ran out of the room.
