I wake up.
“Hey, Ranboo is awake!” my friend, Tommy, basically yells from across the field.
Wait, let me just look around first, so there’s a huge crowd of people in front of me, I know some of them, I have never seen the others before. Every other way I look it’s just meadow or forest, no sign of life other than this group here.
I decide to go to Tommy, maybe he knows what’s happening.
“What the fuck is going on here?” I ask him while still looking at the crowd. “You really think I know?” He answers, I guess nobody here knows why they are here.
There’s a huge hill behind me, how did I not see that? Anyway, there’s a weird sculpture on it, I don’t quite understand what it’s supposed to be though. There are buttons on it like a controller but the shape of the entire building would be uncomfortable to have in your hands.
“So uh, do you remember how you got here?” Tommy asks me, as if he wouldn’t know about my memory proble- “Oh, sorry, I forgot you have issues with remembering, but you know, maybe you do remember something?” Tommy looks at the crowd, “I mean nobody else here seems to remember, so it won’t be surprising if you don’t either.”
“I.. don’t remember, sorry” I reply, “Oh no, it’s fine. I didn’t have much hope left anyway…” He says, looking onto the ground away from me, I notice his foot nervously jumping up and down.
“How long have you been here?” I ask him mostly out of curiosity but also to make things less awkward, “I don’t know, maybe an hour?” His bad sense of time isn’t helping here… “Don’t you want to sit down? I mean who knows how long we will stay here right?” “Actually,” He begins, “I thought looking around a bit would be nice, maybe there is civilisation out there” Tommy starts to walk, “Tubbo was too much of a pussy to go with, but walking alone could be dangerous.” He looks back, “Are you coming or not?” Just let me think for a moment, Tommy.
I mean yeah, exploring would be smart... Ah, fuck it, let’s go. “Yeah, yeah, I’m coming.” Tommy smirks, “You’re what now?” Tommy starts giggling. “You know exactly what I mean.” I say as I ruffle his hair, “Man, fuck you, why are you tall..” “Maybe because of genetics, I’m just this great since birth.” I place my hand on my chest, “You’re just a rich enderbitch.” “Oooh that rhymed!” “Don’t distract from my main point.” Tommy looks up at me, “Did you take some riches with you?” “No-” “Aww, why not??” “Because I didn’t think I would get kidnapped into the middle of nowhere. Also where do you even want to buy something, there’s no shop here!”
We are now pretty deep into a forest, when I look back I can kind of see the group through the trees but it’s becoming harder by the second, “Do you miss T- uh, someone?” Tommy asks playfully, I notice he wanted to say Tubbo first but considering our situation, it was smart of him to change his mind, I really don’t want to talk about him right now, “Oh, no, I just want to make sure we find our way back.” “We don’t need those pricks, we are strong independent people!” Tommy puts one hand on my shoulder, which is pretty impressive for him to do, considering our height difference, “I’m sorry but, what happened between you two? You and Tubbo I mean.” Here it comes... “You were such good friends and I just noticed this sudden ‘break up’ without knowing why.” I don’t want to talk about it, It’s not his business, I mean really whose business is it other than mine and Tubbos? I stop walking, “I- Let’s talk about it once we are back home, alright?” Tommy looks serious, concerned, but he sighs, “Alright, sure. If we even get home.” I haven’t thought about that possibility to be honest. And I don’t want to.
“...Should we head back?” this is getting awkward. “Sure.”
Back at the group, we see a new person, near the hill with the weird sculpture. They seem to have horns? And their rib cage seems to be open??? I mean, from this distance anyway, maybe it’s just a cool shirt design. They also look quite big, taller and wider than me. Now that I look for longer, Is that moss on their horns? Anyway, someone had to approach them, and it definitely wasn’t me. “So are these dumbasses all just going to stand here and not approach that big creepy guy?” Tommy rightfully asks, “I’ll go speak to them, Tommy.” Tubbo says from behind me. Great. Now he absolutely knows I’m here too… I wish I could just disappear..
So, Tubbo is going to the big horned guy, maybe someone should go with him, no, I’m not going. “Hey, Tommy, won’t you go with him?” “Oh I thought you could go, I mean that guy is waaaaay bigger than me, you could probably deal with him better than me.”
Fuck. Does Tubbo have any other friends?? Oh god he can’t just go alone…
