Chapter Text

I, G (23M), work at this great company. I started working this year and met a lot of cool individual people here. And honestly, I love my team. But right now, I need to vent.

See, I have these two coworkers—same age as me, both male. Let’s call them J and O.

First, they both speak the same language (Tagalog), which I don't understand but it's fine and they’re both from the same country, near city too. From day one, they just vibed. They click in a way that’s impossible to ignore. They joke around, they know how to have fun, they can talk for hours in a corner like nobody else exists. They both joined the company this year too, and just so happened to be placed in the same vicinity of each other. Honestly, it feels like fate or whatever cheesy word you want to use for them.

And you can just tell they are perfect for each other. The way O glances at J when he’s speaking, the way J’s voice softens when he talks to O.

Then there are the little things.

Like when O cooks food for himself in the breakroom. He’ll offer a spoonful to J to “taste test.” Not with an extra spoon. No. With the same spoon. And J doesn’t even blink, just eats it like it’s the most natural thing in the world. And the kicker? The food O always cooks. Is J’s favorite dish.

Or how they’ll drink from the same bottle without hesitation. Literally just pass it back and forth in front of everyone.

Or how J waits for O every single day after work. Doesn’t matter if it’s five minutes or an hour—he waits. Then he drives him home. Every. Single. Time.

Look, I’ve been watching this slow-burn office romance play out right in front of me and it’s sickening. They’re basically dating without admitting it. The whole office can see it, but the two of them? Oblivious.

So, internet strangers, tell me—do I meddle? Or do I just keep watching these two act like a married couple while refusing to say a single word about their feelings?

Because at this point, I’m convinced: it’s love. And it’s killing me. I'll keep you guys updated
