Light one captain and one first officer, Voyager left orbit to resume her trajectory for the alpha quadrant.
It was wrong, that he was now the one to command the ship instead of serve as her security officer, but Tuvok put the thought from his mind, such sentiments would do them no good.
A future more uncertain than ever before faced them, but Tuvok, now acting as captain, was determined to follow Janeways orders to get her crew home.
At the same time, he vowed to never stop looking for a cure to save Captain Janeway and Commander Chakotay.
