'Insane chemistry' was how the director described what he foresaw when Ralph acted opposite William Zabka once more. Their characters would be fighting, of course with a little karate thrown in, not just against but also alongside each other in an antagonistic partnership.
It meant Billy wasn't going to play just a supporting role. No, he'd be Ralph's co-lead, bringing a larger dose of his trademark intensity that Ralph had known well a decade ago.
The lines of the script crackled as Ralph re-read the exchanges between the two different kinds of heroes that he and Billy would bring to life.
