An infamous story of one killer who first killed when he was 14. His name was Helen Otis. It was Halloween. 26 people died that night. Only 2 people survived, but were severely injured. Those 2 testified against Helen against a defense of insanity. He was sent to a mental institution. There he stayed till he was 21. After he was discharged, his 2 former classmates went missing. The police got a warrant to search Helen’s home. Those 2 and many others were found dead. Murdered in brutal and sadistic ways. Every body was like a canvas for him. Each one more gruesome than the last. Helen was never found. Deaths still appear in his style. Smiley faces and ‘art’ made the victims blood in every crime scene. He got the name 'Bloody Painter' A guilty pleasure freak. A thief of life. A true monster.
