Flower sat down silently on the rooftop. It's been a while since she really got a break from her life. So much pressure. So much people. So much scars.
She didn't want to go home. The pressure Yukari had on her felt like she was being eaten bite by bite. All the textbooks and lectures...When could she finally escape?
In the middle of falling asleep, she heard footsteps. She looked up to see who it was and it was....Fukase...
"Oh uh hey Fukase...do you need something?" Flower asked nervously. Fukase looked oddly serious. His playful smirk was gone, replaced with a dreadful frown. "You do realize you're doing a horrible job at hiding..?"
"Hiding what?"
"Flower, you're depressed just admit it. Not just that, you're suicidal..."
Flower didn't respond. Fukase knew she was going through a rough time ever since he read her diary entries but finding out she was also suicidal? She silently prayed he didnt alert a counselor.
Fukase grabbed her arm and lifted her sleeve up gently. "This was your doing..."
Flower felt almost scared. Hearing that sounded like she assaulted someone. It shouldn't be that serious...at least she thought. It was just herself not anyone else in danger. Why is he acting like she just committed a horrible crime?
"So? What if it is my doing?" Flower said blankly, not even trying to hide it at this point.
"Petals what the hell?! This is serious! You're trying to kill yourself!" Fukase almost yelled.
"So what? You want me dead anyways don't you? Why does it matter if I keep living? There's no point in anything anyways if I'm going to keep going through this same loop over and over again. All the lectures...all the pain will finally be gone now. I'll finally be able to rest. Besides isn't this what you're craving?"
Fukase was left speechless.
"I can't wait to finally die..." Flower's frown turned into a huge smile, her eyes shut closed.

Fukase jerked up immediately, his pupils growing small. It was just a dream? He looked over to his side to see his partner resting right next to him. The dream felt so real...
His hands were sweaty and shaky, his breath hitched. He doesn't have nightmares this bad often. Fukase turned to his side and gently touched Flower's hair. "I'm okay...I'm okay...I'm okay..." Fukase kept mumbling that to himself and suddenly Flower woke up. Her eyes fully opened like a doll's. She turned to face her partner.
"Hey, what's wrong?" She asked, her voice sounding strained.
"Flower...I love you. Please don't kill yourself...I don't want you to die...Please stay with me..." Fukase clung onto her, not letting go of her waist anytime soon.
"Why would I kill myself Fukase? That was way back in highschool. Of course I know you love me and I love you too...where's all this coming from?" Flower asked softly, kissing Fukase on the forehead.
"I had a nightmare...it was back in highschool and I was confronting you about being suicidal...you looked at me with a grin and said this is what I wanted anyways...it was so realistic..."
"What about it? It's a nightmare it's not like it's real..." Flower spoke.
"I feel horrible. The way I treated you in highschool...All the insults...death threats...I can never forgive myself for what I've said. I don't deserve you..."
"Fukase...you know that was way back in high school. You've changed, I've changed, and we now love eachother. Why would I even be in the same bed with you right now if I didn't love you..." Flower chuckled. "Besides, it's a dream...remember when you literally prevented me from jumping? You saved my life...I'd never be able to repay you.."
"I love you Fukase...Don't let those stupid nightmares from disturbing you."
"I love you too.." Fukase kissed Flower...
