Steve Rogers looked at the invitation confused.
“Carol, why did you hand me this if I'm not listed?”
The original Captain America asked the principal of avengers academy.
“because Aaron has self-worth issues and need support that he won't invite you himself so I'm inviting you as a friend and fellow avenger call it a loophole.”
Carol told him.
“much agreed that I'll see you there this weekend and did you have to invite Norman Osborne?” Steve responded to her honestly confused.
“Normie deserves the support as well honestly I don't expect him to bother with it that man is so stuck up in his own@$$”
Carol told the old military man
Flash forward to the day of the open house.
Aaron is sitting by himself watching the others spend time with their families until he hears a voice behind him.
“why didn't you send me an invitation.”
Aaron turns to see Steve Rogers.
“Steve I didn't think you cared that much or had more important things to do.”
Aaron said in a nervous state clearly taken off guard and not expecting Steve Rogers to care this much.
“look Aaron, I know you spent a long time on your own but that doesn't mean you don't deserve support no matter what your father said to you about that.”
Steve told them much younger cap offering him a hug which Aaron accepted somewhat hesitantly.
