Chapter Text
4:00 AM
Jax puts a light brown backpack down on his bed and goes through his stuff. He grabs snacks, his blanket, a plushie of Pomni, and a few other things he knows he'll need later.
When he's done packing, he zips up his backpack and puts it on. He slowly closes his door behind him and quietly walks down to a door at the end of the hall.
He takes one of his keys out of his pocket and unlocks the door. He goes to the old computer, turns it on, and gets sucked in.
Copper 9
He lands on the ground with his face in the snow. He slowly gets up and walks around. He feels cold and his body starts shaking.
Fuck! It didn't work.
He was just trying to go back home. But now he's in a different world. He slips on ice and falls on his butt. He stands up and continues walking through the snow.
Spaceship
Uzi: “N, turn around! We're going to crash!”
N quickly turns around and tries to stop the spaceship from crashing. But it's too late. The ship crashes and hits something.
N and Uzi listen to the strange sound outside. They look at each other and get out of the ship.
A light purple body lays in front of the ship.
Uzi: “What is that?”
N: “I don't know. Do you think it's going to eat us?”
Uzi looks at N.
Uzi: “Why would you say that?”
N: “Look at it!”
Uzi looks back at the purple creature and walks towards it.
Uzi: “It's fine N, it's not going to-”
The purple creature lifts its head up and gasps for air.
N: “UZI, RUN!”
The creature starts coughing and uses its arm to cover its mouth.
Uzi: “N, calm down. I'm fine.”
N walks to his girlfriend and the two drones stare at the creature in front of them.
Jax stares back at the metal things and slowly stands up. N turns his head away from the creature and puts his hands out in front of his face.
N: “AH! PLEASE DON'T EAT US!”
Jax: “I'm not going to eat you. I just got hit by your metal crab thing.”
N: “I’m sorry, I didn't mean to hit you. Are you hurt?”
Jax: “The left side of my body hurts, but I'll be fine.”
Uzi: “What are you?”
Jax: “I'm a rabbit. What are you?”
N: “Murder Drone.”
Uzi: “Worker Drone.”
Jax: “Huh. Why is it snowing?”
Uzi: “That's just how it is here.”
The rabbit starts shaking and wraps his arms around his chest. He's so cold. The three of them start walking towards the Worker Drone Bunker.
Jax: “Where are we going?”
Uzi: “Home.”
