Kakashi and Raiu are close and live in the same village while Ryoufuu on the other hand lives in Tanigawa village. She prefers it more due to the colder environment of living near the water.
Kakashi loves Haruka with all his heart; her dark blue hair and dark blue eyes were alluring to the Copy Ninja. Furthermore, she spoke with confidence about her work when it was about her village. She came from a long line of shinobi, in fact her space ninjutsu ability is strong and shes able to deflect anything thrown at her. Her clan and village have been protected for years due to the Tanigawa clan. The clan has passed down space ninjutsu and sage chakra. Shinobi from the Tanigawa clan are sensitive to sage nature and are able to do space ninjutsu because of that.
Kakashi and Haruka both lay cuddled up in bed quietly. Haruka with her thoughts on her village and wondering if they are alright. As clan leader she has a lot of priorities in the village, she has meetings to go to with the Tsukikage, instructs her clan members on how to guide the next generation, and even more clan meetings with the Tsukikage and clans of Tanigawa village .
She has had a lot of meetings for months in her village and barely has time for her students. Her students are Himiko Tsukina, Minami Shimada, and Akihisa Fumizuki. Haruka worries about Himiko the most as Himiko is timid and scares too easily. Always in a panic and on the verge of tears. Haruka always wonders why the Tsukikage gave her a genin team when she is already busy as head of her clan.
Kakashi and Haruka are both still cuddling with each other in bed after last night's activities. He notices her frowning as he talks about how the last few years have been’ with a genin team of his own and how unfortunate it was they had disbanded due to Sasuke Uchiha’s deflection. Haruka nods and she rubs his back in sympathy. How Kakashi talks to her makes her worry about her own students due to herself focusing too much on her clan’s needs as well as the whole village. The only solution was to get one of her clan men to go to meetings with the Tsukikage and the general meetings she needs to go to as clan leader. It should be easy because it was the Tsukikage’s idea for me to have a genin team. Haruka thinks as Kakashi begins to talk about his mission on the Land of Snow with Team Seven.
She slowly smiles as relief floods her body at the thought of her genin team working as well as Team Seven had. “Basically, even though they were dysfunctional seperately, the three of them worked well together?” Kakashi, being interrupted from his story about the Land of Snow, smiles. “Maa… thats right. Perceptive as always.” Haruka giggles at this as she playfully pokes the edge of Kakashi’s mask.
“Now if only I can take a look at that handsome face again.” Haruka says with a smile. A smirk blooms on Kakashi’s face as he kisses Haruka’s forehead. “Haru-chan, you saw my face last night and we are half way dressed. It was your idea so we won't be late.”
Haruka immediately pouts at this. She has known Kakashi for years when the both of them met on a joint mission which brought the two of them together. Though she wasn’t sure where she stands in his life, and yes she was enjoying herself. Yet she never enjoyed someone she cares about hiding from her. She wonders if she got attached all over again and her students were going to explode when they see the two of them. The students she has now are rather protective of her and understand her clan needs her as leader;
“Okay. we can snuggle but I can’t see your face again?” Haruka asks, continuously pouting.
“Don’t be like that Haruka. Your leader of your clan. I’m sure you will live another day without seeing my face.” Kakashi responds.
“I'm the leader of my clan yet you address me so casually.” Haruka retorts back, scowling.
Kakashi, with both eyes closed, sighs quietly. The mood souring between the two of them.
“I thought we were past that.” Kakashi states. Haruka hearing Kakashi’s sad tone in his statement, she immediately stops scowling and just frowns.
“Wait, we are past that.” Haruka responds, confirming Kakashi’s previous statement. “Its just,” Haruka pauses, chewing her lip. “I don’t know what we are between us and honestly I want to know before we get to my village.”
Kakashi’s eye soften at this. He raises his hand toward his mask to pull it down slowly. The mask is now down to his chin. Kakashi’s face is now shown clear as day; the small beauty mark on the lower right of his face; right below his lips, his straight nose and thin lips on full view of Haruka now.
“Haruka-chan, we are together, and yes as a couple. I thought that was clear last night when I was tentative to your needs.”
At these two statements, a full smile, teeth and all, bloom on Haruka’s face. “I love that!” she responds. As she states her excitement, she wraps her arms around Kakashi’s neck. In return, Kakashi wraps his arms around her waist. They slowly put two inches of distance after the embrace and stare into each other's faces. Slowly they lean into each other, have their lips touch, and start making out.
