Chapter Text
The corridor was deserted, save for the sound of Eugene's boots echoing against the stone floor. He walked fast, punching the air from time to time as if arguing with himself.
Eugene had walked a lot, it's been a year since he met Pugsley, Wednesday is in her penultimate year of school, and things are going well.
No monsters or dangerous situations had appeared so far, and Eugene had managed to do very well. He was friends with not one but two Addamses.
On his good days he even managed to follow along well. Running away from Wednesday and her scary eyes when she wanted an adventure, and going out with Pugsley to find insects, even though he suspected the boy ate some hidden.
And sometimes he went out and wanted to be alone, he liked to be alone, it was something he got very used to being an only child and one of the freaks of Evermore.
But he wasn't alone. He was almost never alone anymore.
And that was starting to give him a headache.
He stomped down the hall. Behind him, slow and heavy steps, he could barely hear.
Pugsley followed him, as always.
Hands in his pockets, as if it were just another ordinary afternoon.
"Are you going to keep following me forever?" Eugene exploded, turning his body to face the other. "I need some time! Just a little, how about that? You have other friends now! I have other friends now! We don't need to be glued at the waist all the time! Seriously, Pugsley, you're bordering on psychopathy!"
The boy stopped, his face lit up by that annoying smile.
"Psychopath is a strong word. I prefer... dedicated." He nodded as if satisfied and Eugene felt a vein begin to appear on his forehead.
"Dedicated?!" Eugene almost laughed, but the sound came out more like a growl of anger. "You were watching me in the library, Pugsley. Sitting behind the bookshelf. For three hours!"
Pugsley shrugged. Still there, satisfied near the wall like a shadow.
"It was a good place to sit."
"You weren't even reading!" Eugene took a step forward, gesturing to the empty hallway. "You just stared at me, quiet, like a ghost. We've already talked about this! Where are your other friends? You have other hobbies!"
"You noticed." Pugsley tilted his head, how had he grown a little more that year? His black eyes staring at him.
"What?" Eugene had to rub his eyes, pushing his glasses up, he needed more patience if he was going to face this specific Addams for months.
"You mean you were looking back at me." He finished, satisfied.
Eugene stopped for a few seconds, his mouth opened and he felt the blood rush to his face, his heart racing.
"Of course I noticed! It's impossible not to notice a maniac staring at me!"
"But you didn't leave." Pugsley's voice became lower, almost a whisper. "You liked it."
He opened his mouth, he had to run his hands through his hair like a boy while stammering. His air disappeared for a few seconds before he felt his whole body turn red.
And then it was like pouring gasoline on the fire. Eugene approached, anger mixed with something he didn't want to name.
He was tired of Pugsley and his idiotic smile, and his maniacal gaze.
"You don't know anything, Pugsley Addams!"
"I know enough." Pugsley took a step forward, further diminishing the space between the two. "I know you like to pretend you're annoyed, but you turn red whenever I get close. I know you haven't stopped talking about me to Wednesday in the past week. And I know you like attention. Especially mine."
Eugene widened his eyes, his face now on fire. Pugsley sometimes made him remember how he was before everything.
"Stop talking nonsense!"
"Why would I do that?" Pugsley gave a slow smile, almost challenging.
It was the trigger. Eugene grabbed the collar of his shirt and pushed him against the wall with force. The thud was loud, but Pugsley just laughed softly, as if that was the best part of the day. Even almost tripping over himself.
"You're unbearable!" Eugene growled, their faces so close he could feel Pugsley's warm breath.
"And yet you can't stay away." Pugsley's tone was provocative, but his eyes were dark, intense, burning with something Eugene couldn't decipher.
Eugene looked slightly up. Facing the idiotic smile on the Addams' face, even closer. Even bigger.
Why did he have to be like that? He felt a lot of anger, he felt his heart beating hard and squeezed his shirt a little more.
He...
Eugene didn't think twice. He advanced and kissed him hard, more of an attack than a loving gesture. The impact was so strong that Pugsley hit his head on the wall, but didn't complain, on the contrary, grabbed Eugene by the hair and returned with the same ferocity.
It was chaotic. Teeth clashing that even hurt more than once, neither of them knew much what they were doing, that was a mess and He was still angry.
Eugene at some point opened his mouth, his breaths quick. But he couldn't breathe, no. Pugsley was everywhere. As always.
He growled, or did what he could in the situation, but as a sudden movement Pugsley made a loud sound, arched a little. The static shining on them and making Eugene jump with the shock.
Eugene didn't understand. Not until he tasted the metallic taste in his mouth, when he tried to move away Pugsley's hands went even further into his hair. Preventing him from going anywhere.
His hands, before grabbing the shirt that should be a mess now, were on the Addams' arms, holding on tight.
Eugene didn't know what to do, not when the Addams was holding him, nor when everything in the end only tasted of their saliva and blood.
Finally he managed to separate. Even before he even took a step back, both of Pugsley's hands held him by the waist to keep him there.
Eugene was breathing heavily in the hallway, to the point of his nose hurting from where his glasses hit.
When his glasses stopped fogging up, his heart, already not very weak, missed a beat.
Addams really only wore black and white, but a passage in his head noted that they matched red.
Because then he saw Pugsley's tongue poking his teeth, the tongue in question was cut, if they were in another situation Eugene would be worried.
But now with Pugsley holding him, with a drop of blood dancing on his lip and him looking at Eugene's mouth as if he were fascinated.
Maybe he cut it on Eugene's braces, but he had no way of knowing now. He then ran his tongue over his lips, he still locked up.
When he tasted the blood again. Pugsley's blood. Eugene jumped a little.
Still panting, he raised his arm and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. The sleeve became a stain.
"That was...."
He didn't know what to think. He wanted to run away, he wanted to crawl into a hole. But whenever he tried to take a step to the side or back the Addams' hand tightened even more. Bordering on pain.
He stopped for a second, seeing Pugsley lick his lip, savoring the metallic taste.
"That's perfect." He smiled in a way that made Eugene shudder. Eugene was going to say something, he really was. But the Addams then opened his smile even more.
The one he had in his room when he thought about one of their nude pictures, those perfect ones that even the teachers didn't know it was him.
For a second, Eugene thought he was going to back down. But Pugsley just laughed against his mouth, grabbed Eugene by the collar and pushed him back against the wall with more force than Eugene expected.
Eugene felt a trapped pressure.
"My turn." he murmured.
His heart before that was pumping in his ears. Where the hell had he gotten himself into?
He was even forgetting the principles of courage and was about to ask for forgiveness and get away with it.
Eugene even managed to open his mouth, but before he could react. Pugsley was pulling him closer, until there was no space left between the two. Glued to him. Very close.
Look, they were both teenagers full of hormones, even though they weren't seventeen, it bordered on that. And Eugene had never had contact like that. Yes, he had contact but not like that.
His brain went blank, the only thing he could study if he paid attention was the buzzing of bees, but in the end he paid attention to Pugsley.
The two were glued together, very glued together, if it were another situation he could hear the Addams' heart, if he had one.
He got a breath and a tremendous filling of killer butterflies in his stomach before Pugsley found his lips again.
And he was everywhere.
It was as if... Eugene didn't know how to explain it, he felt crushed by him, by his air, by his tongue, by his hands.
One pushing his body, which didn't even need much. The other of Pugsley's hand went up to Eugene's nape, holding tight, preventing him from escaping. As if he had the strength for that.
The metallic taste was still there, but what did that matter when everything was Pugsley?
When Eugene opened his eyes it was only for a second, a second that the Addams decided to take his glasses off for him.
Before complaining about the fact that he couldn't see anything, even without any breath. Pugsley had returned. But he gave a little mercy.
That's what he thought before the Addams bit his neck.
You know, Eugene never imagined himself as the sadomasochistic type, he was the type who ran away from pain, but when he felt Pugsley's frighteningly sharp teeth almost cut his skin he rethought a little.
Their legs became weak and he was really worried about the arteries in his neck. He moaned loudly, between the pain and something he didn't want to name now. Not knowing if he wanted to push or pull more.
Pugsley ran his tongue over the bite, and Eugene wondered if blood was still coming out or not.
When he took Pugsley's left hand, Eugene was ready to wipe his mouth again, he didn't even know how he was.
But the addams almost anticipating this returned, in a frightening force holding him before returning to kiss him, this time calmer, deeper.
Even though he almost jumped away when Pugsley bit him again, this time on the lips.
It hurt like hell.
If he had space he would stretch in pain, but he didn't. In the end of everything the blood this time was his. Or both?
The taste of blood came quickly, metallic, acidic. Eugene suddenly moved away, his chest gasping. Remembering a little of the reason he was there.
"You're a..."
He couldn't finish. Pugsley grabbed the back of his neck and pulled him back, with a firmness that made Eugene release a strangled sound, almost a moan.
Pugsley smiled against his mouth.
"What was that?" He whispered, as if he were having fun. With the same maniacal smile up close
Eugene turned red to the roots of his hair.
"S-shut up!"
Pugsley smiled and returned, almost humming in his mouth, slowly as if he were a vampire and was enjoying everything. Deep, that made him extremely dizzy.
Eugene moaned against his mouth, his whole body shivering, feeling the metallic taste, now of both. How strange was that? But why couldn't he find it?
He in the end thought that this for someone like an addams was deeply normal. Exciting.
If before Pugsley almost didn't let him think with that speed, now he left space to think a lot, slow almost torturing his lips making their way through his jaw. It almost tickled.
"Pugsley..." Eugene gasped, but didn't have the strength to push him. If a zombie appeared again he would just give up on everything. Not even a rare bee would make him have energy.
Pugsley just laughed softly, his warm breath against his skin, before returning to kiss him. Slow, almost in love.
Eugene gasped, surprised, but didn't back down. On the contrary, grabbed his shoulders and pulled him back for an even more desperate kiss, as if he were trying to prove something.
The hallway echoed with their sound, mixed breath, hands holding on too tight.
When they finally moved away, both had their lips stained red, at least that's what Eugene predicted, breathing heavily. He didn't know if he was angry or if he wanted more.
The hallway was silent if it wasn't for the breath of the two, and still Pugsley breathed much better than him. At least that's what he thought since his heart still pulsed in his ears.
This wasn't what he expected.
Pugsley smiled again, his eyes shining. So close analyzing Him, even though Eugene still didn't see much, he could still see something.
"Now you're looking at me the right way."
He was even afraid to ask. Lowering his head, unraveling the grip he had on Pugsley's uniform. If there were any insects nearby they were flying confused and bumping into everything.
That's how Eugene felt, with his heart almost going through to touch Pugsley.
He closed in on himself, trying to arrange space that he didn't have, still choosing himself, the Addams found a way to infiltrate him, leaning, bit Eugene's ear slowly, just to make him shiver all over.
His face almost touching Eugene's, and lightly bit his ear before whispering:
"See you later, mio veleno." His voice drawn out and full of malice.
Eugene stood still, extremely confused. his breath caught in his chest, feeling his whole face burn. Remembering that they were in the school hallways. That he was still weak and now his brain was a paste.
Eugene didn't even pay much attention when Pugsley left his glasses in his pocket.
Pugsley Addams left as if nothing had happened, finally leaving him alone with nothing but questions and confused feelings.
Eugene stood still, his mouth ajar, his heart pounding. He tasted iron on his tongue, his neck throbbing where Pugsley bit. And he put his hand, at least it didn't hurt much.

Eugene stood in the hallway, his heart racing, his legs trembling, not knowing if he wanted to punch Pugsley or kiss him again
