Summary
Petunia was never able to have a child, so Harry being abandoned on their doorstep was a godsend. However, she wanted a little girl rather than a little boy since she was reminded too often of the son she had miscarried, so Harry grew up getting dressed as a little girl. Vernon didn't care one way or another until the boy started wanting to dress as a boy, so to keep his wife happy he bribed Harry with toys.
Then Harry comes back from his first year at Hogwarts, Petunia dresses him up, and Vernon realizes that he is attracted to his nephew. He plans a camping trip for the two of them, deliberately sabotages it, and takes Harry to a lakeside cabin that his boss already gave permission to use so he can enact his plans. He ends up quite surprised when Harry's own magic helps things along...
