"Neige" Vil called as he stepped from the banquet hall, a celebratory event for exclusive celebrities. He is dressed up like always. In a dark plum coat and black formal pants with formal shoes. His gloved hands resting by the balcony rails.
Neige turns, a vision of innocence in his red poet's shirt with frills along his neckline. A hint of skin showing at his chase, obstructed by the laces and strings criss crossing over it. He wore a high waist white pants with flared ends to it.
"Vil" he says with a sweet smile as he took the offered glass of wine—"you look beautiful as always" he looked up at the elegant blonde haired man before him. A stark silence, not so uncomfortable—fell over them. Here was two individuals so vastly different yet the two sides of the same coin. Underneath the starry sky of a night as forgettable as any other.
A feeling—something so usually described couldn't describe the atmosphere between them. Silent yet peaceful, melancholic and even sweet. "you look troubled" Vil starts as he leans forward, his elbows resting on the rails "hectic day?" a poor attempt at conversation but a start nonetheless.
"hm, indeed—such is the life of an idol, singer and actor" Neige easily says, his voice sweet yet not so at the same time. He was a man no matter how his feminine qualities says so! He had a deep voice but its tinged with sweetness and a faint melodious tone.
Vil observed the man he once thought to be utterly naive and incompetent—the man who was simple minded, fool and whatnot—as a young teen, he had been far too quick to misjudge someone he should already know but then again...he was filled with angst.
"what about you? You look distant" Neige remarked, curiosity flaring in his golden-brown eyes—amber coloured. Vil shook his head "just introspecting" he says. Neige hummed before moving closer to the man, the distance a bit small now between them. "are you free tomorrow?" Neige asks "we should hang out"
A younger Vil would have rejected it or ignored that offer. A younger Vil after overblot would have felt guilty and not even come near the boy but he wasn't young nor was he still a boy.
"I have no problem, what time? Place?" Vil asked, a faint smile on his face—as Neige launched about a new themed restaurant opening nearby.
So strange Vil mused If i had been less blind on my hatred against this innocent man...would we have a far more closer relationship?
Changing the past is something one wishes but can rarely be done. Your actions however shape your future.
"we should be more in contact" Vil finds himself saying "i would love to be friends with you...if its alright" he added, hesitantly. Flashes of his almost killing Neige back then appears and he prepares himself for the rej—
"Sure!" Neige’s happy voice cut through Vil's thoughts like sun rays cutting throw the cloudy skies "and what a coincidence—i was going to ask the same thing!"
Vil blinked—his eyes widening, imperceptibly at the smiling, beautiful Neige. Vil felt his lips turn at the infectious smile (one he used to find annoying back then) Vil thought as Neige started to ramble about the new movie he was starring in and maybe it is for the best
