It was a certainly cloudy day, the streets outside empty as a desert. What was the cause for such an empty street, which was usually lively and full of merchants trying to sell their products? There was a simple two word answer – A pandemic. People were dying. And this, of course, was the main discussion of this emergency World Meeting, which of course, excluded Germany, Russia, Austria and Hungary (At the time united) and Japan due to the ongoing conflicts.
“I have a plan! We will just invent a special pill to eliminate the virus! Pew Pew!” Alfred suggested, making unnecessary finger guns, and at the same time, being obnoxious as usual. This, of course, irritated our respectable Mr. Kirkland. “Stop with your nonsensical blabbering, you wanker!” And as soon as that sentence was heard, Francis decided to interfere “Ohoho… Well, what argument do you make? Mr. Jones’ idea seems quite realistic.” Francis added his signature laugh, smirking at Arthur. “Oh, well, you want me to explain?” Arthur sneered “Fine. Go question your authority.” This seemed to catch the attention of the wise, old Wang Yao, who surprisingly looked like he was still in his twenties. “Ai-yah… You two better not start another Hundred Years’ War-” And just then, Arthur, even more irritated than before, decided to interrupt Yao. “You really think I’m as impulsive as that fool? Was that my fault? No. It. Wasn't" That was wrong. "Now you’re blaming it on me? It was YOUR fault, Pouton!”
The whole situation was beginning to form into a large quarrel, not just between Francis and Arthur. Without Germany, The mediator of the group, the chaos decided to spiral even further in the room. The main quarrel was going on between Francis and Arthur, with Yao trying to stop it but failing, Feliciano being a spectator and of course doing nothing but twirling his moustache and Ivan, not even attending due to “internal issues.” Toris, Berwald, and Tino were trying their best to be mediators, but failed miserably. Feliks kept trying to take part in the argument, but was constantly ignored. Antonio was trying to correct everybody’s pronunciation of “Influenza.” The only one who surprisingly kept quiet was the normally obnoxious Alfred F. Jones.
“Everybody just stop talking! We can handle this together. Let’s just go with my plan: I create the magical vaccine, and you’re all sidekicks.” Of course, Alfred had to add his Narcissistic charm to his speech. “That simply wouldn’t work! Could you quit being a Narcissist for one minute and discuss this properly?!” Arthur spat in Alfred’s face. Alfred clearly didn’t like that. “You know what? World Meeting’s over. I’m going home.” Alfred stormed out of the room, his ego damaged. “That’s what you get, you inconsiderate twit!” Arthur spat yet again. Without a proper mediator, the room spiraled back into chaos, ending the world meeting without any decision on how to deal with the pandemic.
“Everybody forgot about me again.” Matthew quietly murmured. “Who are you?” Kumajirou asked “I’m Matthew Williams… I represent Canada.” Matthew replied quietly. “You’re not invisible. You simply don’t talk, so people naturally don’t notice you.” Basch criticised Matthew. “Yeah… I get it.”
