This video came about from discussions with my friend Lindsay. She provided the overall concept, pointed me to Adam Scovell's Folk Horror Chain, gave me many visual and audio references to pick from, and offered continuous support and feedback (as she has always done and as I am forever grateful for ♡). I brought Bataille and Kate Bush into it and cobbled the whole thing together for Halloween last year.
I might be uploading this a touch too early for Halloween but it is Spooky September for some of us out there.
