Chapter 1: Chapters/Prompts
Chapter Text
Hello, Wilted here! :D
I will be doing Cheque’s CSMPTOBER list but with fanfics this year. Now this is my first and I’m not doing anything too much this year, it all depends on how I feel for some prompts. For example, tomorrow’s will be quite literally only 279 words. I also might be late for some days I worry (i got a day off from school on Thursday though so I should hopefully be able to get a bunch done then.) (Very short one today, I don’t know Amy’s character all too well unfortunately 😔)
Chapter Text
Amy walked back into her base at spawn, tired from the jetlag. She’d just gotten back from Lifesteal, having helped Squiddo with some… shenanigans. Amy loved lifesteal, and all of the friends she had there, but she Content even more. All of the chaotic mods and events, all of her friends, it was such a blast.
As of late though, things had begun to be worrying. Zombie and Void had died, Lux had planned a surprise ambush on Winsweep with a bunch of wardens, and according to Nox, RAT was dead. It was all worrying.
Amy sighed. She still remembered how she helped RAT with Rat’s Mischief, Lux with Befoul, and many others. It was her way of giving to the server that gave to her so much, but now she was running the risk of losing it, what with maniacs running across the server left and right, and the server owner seemingly dead.
Looking at her calendar, she was reminded of Diansu’s event in a few days, a world showcase introducing a new mod…. One that she helped with. Oh she was familiar with elysium, she was familiar with a lot of the mods here. She’s helped with a lot of them! It’s a surprise she hasn’t been targeted. Then again, how could any of the server members target such a person like her? She might not be too much of an influential figure, but she has helped nearly all of the big players on this server.
Amy sighed once more and walked up to her bed. Her own guilt and worries of the server would wait until morning. For now, she desperately needed to sleep.
Chapter 3: Day 2
Summary:
No CW needed
Fun little character study for Bon and how I imagined she got to CSMP based on what I know lore wise.
Chapter Text
The full moon shone brightest at midnight. At least, that was Bon’s opinion. She didn’t know if it was actually true, but it was what she believed. The stars were her home, her safe haven. Every asteroid that passed by across the night sky was quite possibly another person like her traveling through the galaxy. All this she thought as she laid on the roof of her own crashed asteroid.
Bon never knew her family, or if she ever had one. For the longest time, she saw the world through the stars as she flew through the empty vast space. Then, one day, she could feel the asteroid begin to drop, her body being thrown to the roof. Bon had no clue what was happening, and she was scared, oh so scared.
Looking outside, she could see that she was very close to a planet, a planet she was about to go crashing into. She shut her eyes tightly, trying to forget that she was about to seemingly die. The next moment she was thrown into the ground as the asteroid hit and Bon blacked out.
Later, she never found out how much later, she was woken up by a blinding light entering her vision. She couldn’t move, injured from the fall, but faintly, she could see a wool-like creature approach her, accompanied by some sort of horned person.
Shortly later she would finally meet her new family, Moriya the sentient wool creature and Koda the sheep hybrid.
Since then, Bon has made a new home here in Gitaly on the content smp server. She’s loved hanging out with her friends, and learning about this new world, her forever home. There were also others as well in spawn, Oceana, practically everywhere. Bon was incredibly happy to be here.
But it wasn’t always peaceful.
No it certainly wasn’t.
The surprise massacres, friends who turned out to be traitors, and even needless deaths.
And now, Bon, after experiencing all of it, had become the last remaining member of Gitaly. Moriya and Koda both left for Bonesburrow, but Bon wouldn’t leave. This was her home, the place she had crashed into when she arrived to content smp. And she wasn’t leaving it. Not ever. It didn’t matter how much Winsweep terrorized her and the other gitalians or other members of the server tried to take over it, she wasn’t going to give it up.
Bon had gotten a home.
And she wasn’t leaving it.
Chapter 4: Day 3

Chapter Text
Talon stood there, leaning against the poll tile walls of Neverend, alone. It had been… 3 days….? Since RAT and Lux had trapped him here. Leaving Talon alone with his own thoughts. And his son of course! Talon’s son, the poolfish, swam around in the corridor they were in. Talon knelt down and swished the water with his finger, causing the little guy to come towards him.
Talon’s son, the poolfish, was a lot more friendly compared to his brothers and sisters. What helped was that unlike the rest of the server, he didn’t know about the mistakes Talon has made. It felt good to know that at least someone, a player or an animal, was blissfully unaware of what Talon did. He didn’t feel like a horrible person around his son.
Actually, he should maybe call him something other than “his son.” Talon sat crisscrossed on the pool tiles, petting the poolfish softly. Just what should he name him?
Some aquatic themed ideas in his head were Gill, Kai, Calder, and Caspian. Hmm, Capsian… That was a good name. Talon looked down at his son and said, “From now on you’ll be Caspian.” Caspian blinked at Talon, as though saying, “Thank you dad!”
Talon picked up Caspian and fed him a bit of liminalgae before putting him in his inventory and continuing to explore Neverend.
— — —
A day later, as Talon walked through the empty corridors, sometimes spotting some other poolfish every now and then, he reached a brand new room.
It was tall, with a main structure in the center, beams connecting it from opposite sides. Talon approached it and was shocked to find that the structure was in reality a hole that went down a level below.
Talon knelt down and the edge and looked downwards. He noticed that there were four different entry ways, one on each side. Squinting, he also noticed that the entry ways were dark, with no light coming from them.
Yeah, no way in hell is he jumping down there.
And with that, Talon left the room.
— — —
Talon was exploring another room with plenty of stairs, Caspian on his back, when suddenly, he slipped and fell down the side of the stair he was on, hitting his head on the pool tiles.
TalonMC fell from a high place
It was only a moment later before he suddenly spawned back at the entrance of Neverend.
Wait, Capsian, is Caspian alright!?
A swift tail flick hit him in the arm and Talon peered back. Capsian was still on his back. He sighed in relief.
*SPLASH*
Talon looked back forwards and saw… a boat? With a chest? Then two more fell from the hole in the ceiling. He stood there at the side of the room, staring at this strange scene awkwardly. Then, he heard a scream. Looking up, Talon saw Astron and Lux fall down from the ceiling. They splashed in the center pool, narrowly avoiding the boats.
“Phew! The fall is crazy,” Lux said. She picked up one of the boats and made her way to the shallow end, standing up. She then noticed Talon.
“Oh, hi Talon!” Lux smiled kindly and waved at him. He, awkwardly, waved back. Astron also offered a smile to him as well.
“Glad to see you’re doing alright,” Lux spoke. Talon shrugged. “Yeah, well, it’s nice to get a break from everything sometimes.” “Well that’s good to know! Oh, you should probably know that Rat, Nox, and Blake should be arriving soon. I know Rat’s making sure of something real quickly before coming down here. Just thought of letting you know!”
Talon nodded at that, before staring up at the entrance. Something in his gut was telling him that his whole life was about to turn upside down.
Chapter 5: Day 4
Chapter Text
Rat trudged slowly through the halls of Rattenheim, Astron following behind him. Their footsteps were among the echoes of creaking from the old machinery, distant sounds from mobs, and the scittering of rats across the stone floors.
Rat isn’t exactly… happy to be here. But with where he’s going, he needs to be far away from Blake and Nox as much as possible. He doesn’t want to deal with the two people on this server who killed his daughter, his sunshine, his little light.
Lux.
Rat can feel the tears begin to gather in his eyes, but he stops himself. He’s spent too much time crying as of late.
Soon enough, he and Astron reach the endless poolroom corridors, making their way in the stronghold’s original end portal. On the other side of it, Neverend. As Rat stands there in the room, staring at the portal, he feels a hand on his shoulder. He turns, Astron facing him.
“Are you sure about this?”
Rat nods, meekly. Astron turns back towards the end portal.
“What we’re doing, you and I both know it’s a whole other level of extreme.”
Rat sniffles. “Yeah, well, anything to get back at the bastards who killed my daughter.”
Astron turns back towards Rat and hugs him tightly.
“Well I can promise that I’m going to be with you every step of the way, I don’t want you to lose anyone else, anymore,” Astron whispers. Now, Rat begins to cry. He hugs Astron back tightly, the tears beginning to flow. The regrets, the guilt, it’s all piled up on him and it’s only when Lux dies that they all collapse on him. And all he has left to help him is Astron.
And no. One. Else.
The rest of the server hates him plenty, there’s no reason for them to care about him at all now.
Astron lowers both of them to the floor slowly, noticing how Rat’s legs are about to buckle beneath him. She threads her fingers through Rat’s hair, comforting him.
“It’s gonna be okay Rat, it’s going too,” She whispers to him.
Time passes, and eventually Rat’s tears have all run out. He rubs his eyes, still feeling weak. He looks back up at the End Portal, and with heavy weight in his heart, he consoles himself, accepting that what he’s going to do, what he is doing, is what needs to be done. He needs to do this, for Lux.
He and Astron stand back up and approach the portal. Astron enters in, but Rat pauses, just to look back, towards the entrance to the rest of Rattenheim one last time. Finally, he turns back and jumps into the portal. To Neverend.
Chapter 6: Day 5
Summary:
First time writing FollySweep.
I might have a new ship I like
Chapter Text
Folly observed the server, watching as its many inhabitants went about their day. Usually if she was bored, she’d maybe go see Lux and hang out with her. Folly liked Lux, she liked how she could really relax around her while Lux just kept blushing left and right, it wasn’t hard to tell that the moth had a crush on her. But Folly wasn’t feeling that today. Rather, she felt more… mischievous.
Folly looked around a bit before landing on a victim. Winsweep. The guy himself was just peacefully building, working on the build of the Masquerade alone. Perfect. As Folly made her way there, a plan worked in her mind. What if, instead of others flirting on her (she’s hot, of course she gets those comments), she’s the one flirting. And Winsweep is just the right person.
Folly landed on the top ledge of the main ball room, and with a snap of her fingers, she appeared. Down below, Winsweep was working on the intricate amethyst flooring, too focused to notice her. Folly sighed, flicking her hair before teleporting behind Blake and yelling, “BOO!”
Blake yelped in surprise, and pulled out a sword, turning onto Folly, before immediately freezing.
“F- folly! Wh- wha- what are you doing here?” Blake said, laughing nervously.
“Oh nothing~ Just thought I’d visit you!” Folly stepped towards Blake, leaning towards him. In response, Blake stepped backwards. This little back and forth continued until Blake was right up against the wall, and Folly, right in front of him.
“Could you kindly back up please?” Blake asked meekly.
“Nah,” Folly stepped even closer somehow and pressed a hand to the wall next to Blake’s hand. “I’ve got other ideas in mind~”
Blake audibly gulped and laughed nervously.
“Folly, we can talk about this surely!" Blake put his hands up in defense.
“Oh come on… you know you can’t say no around someone like me?” Folly pressed herself against Blake, sliding her foot between Blake’s legs. Blake began to move his arm to stop Folly, but she grabbed it and pushed it against the wall, fully trapping him.
“Now, if you just listen to me, I’ll play nice, alright?” Blake nodded shakily.
Just as Blake seemed as though he was about to faint from this encounter, Folly yanked Blake forward and threw him to the ground, moving out of the way as the masked man fell to the ground helplessly face first.
“Then again, I could always go to Lux for this,” Folly said, a smile in her voice.
A muffled ‘Fuck you’ came from Blake, who was just starting to gather himself together.
“Anyways, I’ve got other things to do, see you around Blake~” And with that, she teleported off. Folly had a feeling that if Blake didn’t have his mask on, his face would be as red as a tomato.

Chapter Text
—Hold the die, your turn to roll,
Before they fall through your fingers—
“So, you’ll take the deal Blake?”
Blake nodded and signed the book in his hands.
“I can’t believe this,” Lux spoke sharply from behind him. Blake shrugged.
“Honestly Lux, I'm surprised you even thought highly of me, you know I’m not a good person, and that eventually, I was going to leave Zombie and Void anyways. They’re just pawns! I can get rid of them anytime I want, even you–”
“How could you!” Lux screamed at him before running off.
Winsweep only cocked his head at that, before turning back around towards Mouthpiece. He gave the contract to the trader, and got the lesser divinity in return. He was about to make some former “friends” of his, pay.
—Not a good night to lose control,
Right as the Earth is unraveling—
The Mason stood there and watched as Bonesburrow crumbled down around him, the explosions from Rat’s bombs activating one by one, painting the whole place in folly red.
He knew he should’ve told Rat, but he didn’t, why didn’t he?
If he had, he would’ve have more control over the situation, but he didn’t and now he’s lost the chains that keep Rat calm. He’s forced to stand there and watch as his regrets catch up to him, before he eventually may die too. It’s not hard to tell that Rat will want to kill him. The Mason’s still going to try and prevent it, but he knows.
He’s doomed to die.
—You play with your blocks until they break,
And these walls come tumbling down,
Oh, they’re tumbling down—
Rat continued to attack Nox, making sure to dodge his moves. He knew that one slip up could cause his own permanent death. And Rat wasn’t about to deal with that any time soon.
“Get over here you motherfucker!” Nox yelled at him.
“Gonna have to try harder!” Rat snapped back at him, acting confident, but glancing at the amount of hearts he had left, he knew he was going to need to kill Nox as soon as possible. As Rat’s health got even lower, with no time to heal, Lux appeared, having regained her stuff. Good. She can distract Nox and buy him time.
The trio of them continued to fight, making their way to the sides of the mountains. Then, Rat saw Nox get pushed back by Lux away from him, and he saw the perfect time to eat a bowl of fried rice. But as he finished it, Nox jumped from behind and one moment he’s on the ground and the next–
He’s been flung halfway across the world.
—You’re out of time, make your move,
Live or die while the fuse is lit and there’s no turning back—
Diansu continued to jump around the colosseum, more and more ink appearing and keeping down. He wished things hadn’t come to this, but they have and he has to deal with the consequences.
Just why did Lux make a deal with Mouthpiece? She should’ve known better that The Mason wouldn’t have wanted, and neither did Rat apparently! Another swing from Lux’s anchorblade pulls him back into focus.
What’s worse is that he’s running out of charge. The invictus form isn’t going to last forever. Diansu is running out of time, and he has a feeling that he’s at the end of this invisible fuse, lit by the golden light of charter.
—Kiss your perfect day goodbye,
Because the world is on fire—
The golden barrier surrounded Lux, closing in on her. She was about to die.
Outside the barrier, Rat was screaming at Lux, but she didn’t listen. She looked upwards towards the Folly Red sun against the black sky, and smiled.
Lux’s life had never been perfect, but it had been good enough.
All she could do now was stand and wait as her world lit on fire around her, assured that her father wasn’t the one behind these chains.
—Tuck your innocence goodnight,
You sold your friends like guns for hire—
Winsweep stood there, looking down at the explosion he had just made, Void and Zombie no longer there.
He can’t believe it. They’re gone, they’re actually gone. It’s a strange feeling to him, to know that two of his closest friends are now dead forever, and he has no guilt whatsoever.
Winsweep knew what he was doing with that deal, he knew he was going to kill them, so that fact that he’s actually done it, and he doesn’t feel guilty? That only makes him smile, for whatever twisted reason that’s in his head.
Besides, his friends were never really friends, just people he could use to attain his own goal. He used to be a mercenary! At this point, they should’ve realized themselves that eventually, they too would be given up, no longer needed by Blake. Just simple guns for hire.
—Go play with your blocks, and now you’ll pay,
When these walls come tumbling down,
Oh they’re tumbling down—
Chapter 8: Day 7
Summary:
Based of a Tumblr story made by the lovely Arathain
Chapter Text
Lux ran through the endless hallways of Bonesburrow, hiding from her father. She would rather die than clean her stupid room.
“LUX!” Her father called out to her from the upper levels. She giggled at it, before rushing into a side room and quietly closing the door shut behind her, to not make any noise revealing her location.
Lux turned around and stepped further into the room. The room itself was rather small, containing a desk of sorts, and miscellaneous cabinets and books. She continued to look around in curiosity. The carpet beneath her felt soft against her bare feet, and the bookshelves loomed over her small size.
Then Lux spotted the chair.
The rolly chair behind the desk that looked as though it was made with the world’s best cushioning. She happily sprinted over to it, and hopped onto the seat. Lux’s wings had fluttered slightly behind her to help her get a bit of air to climb onto it. She grinned at the comfortableness of the seat. She'd rather sleep here than in a bed.
Then again, where would she keep all her plushies? She wouldn’t be able to snuggle with any of them, not even her little moth plush. Lux frowned slightly at that.
*creak*
Lux froze.
“Lux? You need to come out right now missy, before you get in worse trouble.”
Lux gulped slightly. Maybe she should’ve just cleaned her room.
“Lux, I swear to god if you’re in here–” Lux heard her father approach the room before he began to open the door. She jumped off the chair quickly and rushed under the desk, hiding from her fathers eyes, if he had any, that is.
Father’s footsteps were loud in the room, as he circled it. Lux peaked under the desk and could see the bottoms of his feet a few times. She curled in on herself. If she just kept quiet, then her dad wouldn’t find her–
“There you are.”
Lux opened her eyes (when did she close them), to see her father knelt down in front of her.
“Lux. I told you not to enter this room.” Lux stared at him, confused.
“No you didn’t! It’s just a random room-” Father grabbed Lux’s arm and pulled her from under the desk.
“The place is off limits for a reason!” Father shouted at her, and she winced at it. Then he twisted her arm, causing her to scream in pain. And before she knew it, she could feel something sharp hit her from behind and she blacked out.
— — —
“Reemember Lux, this room is Off. Limits. Got that?”
Lux nodded at her dad, a smile on her face. She’d cleaned her room earlier before her dad had wanted to tour her around Bonesburrow. To be fair she had forgotten a few things, but it was pretty big!
“Now, how about some ice cream, hm?”
“YES PLEASE!” Lux screamed in excitement. She began to run upstairs to the kitchen, while her father chuckled softly behind her.
Chapter 9: Day 8
Chapter Text
Fire blazed around her.
The scent of sulfur and burning metal hit her nose.
Screams of the damned and the loud crashing and creaking of the airship surrounded her.
Her hands burned and bled from the flames and cracked glass that had hit her palms, trying to escape.
The air tasted of death.
Lux watched as her entire world was destroyed around her.
She watched as her life dwindled away from the burns and cuts untreated on her.
She stood there, alone, about to die.
— — —
Nox stood on the edge of the cliff, staring down at the crashed Freebird. Closing her eyes, her head takes her back to that day, still remembering the screams of her friends, all of them desperate to escape and dying in the process.
What’s worse is that she doesn’t know if they even made it out alive.
And if they did, how were they faring without her?
She isn’t sure.
Nox opens her eyes again, looking once more at The Freebird before walking away. She doesn’t need to be reminded of that incident again.
— — —
Black ink rained from the sky.
The scent of ink and blood overwhelmed her.
RAT’s scream still haunts her ears, as well as Blake’s laugh.
Her hands and feet slipped against the cold stone and ink as she tried to race to Lux, to save her.
The air tasted of death.
Nox watched as her world was falling into ruin around her.
She watched as her sister’s life was taken from her.
She stood there, helpless, unable to save the person she cared for most.
— — —
Nox rarely visits Markhett anymore.
It’s not a happy place for her.
She’ll close her eyes now and instead of hearing the screams of her friends on the Freebird, it’s RAT’s bloodcurdling scream, trying to get back to Lux as she gave up her own life to him.
Anger fills Nox.
Just why did she ever side with him? Just why? WHY?
All RAT did was cause pain and anguish, and now not only were her old friends dead and gone, but so was Lux, because of him.
Nox opens her eyes and stares at the photo in her hands.
It’s one of her and Lux at spawn, shortly before the Masquerade. Tears well up in Nox’s eyes as she revisits the promise in her head.
No matter what, RAT will die for what he’s done.
That promise has changed now though.
No matter what, RAT and Blake, will pay for what they’ve done.
The frame holding the photo cracks.

Chapter Text
Rat and Winsweep walked back into the captain’s quarters of the Freebird, singed and laughing.
“You look like someone tried to roast a marshmallow,” Rat said, tears in his eyes from laughing.
“Do not,” Blake quipped back, unconvincing as he was also still laughing. The pair of them had thoroughly enjoyed watching the woodland mansion go up in flames. The screams of the Vindicators and Evokers had caused quite a ruckus among the content smp members, all of them laughing and mimicking their voices. It was to the point that they all practically forgot that the place was burning until Winsweep caught fire.
Back in the present, both Rat and Winsweep collapsed on the bed, exhausted.
“I really don’t want to get back to manning the cockpit so soon,” Rat groaned.
Blake turned on his side, facing his boyfriend. “I’m sure you can come up with an excuse.” Rat turned to face him.
“Oh sure, you could maybe considering how you look, but only my hair got affected, I can just cut it off. I’m sure the others would rather I drive this thing since I made it.”
“Did you teach any of the others?”
“I taught Moriya a bit.”
Blake grabbed Rat’s hand. “Well then get Moriya to do it.”
Rat sits up, letting go of Blake’s hands. “Why are you so insistent on me staying? It’s not that much of an issue–” Blake sits up abruptly, and wraps his hands around Rat’s waist, pulling him in close. “I think you know exactly why,” Blake whispers.
Oh.
Rat’s face deadpans.
“You’re serious?”
Blake nods his head slightly.
Rat sighs. “Fine, I’ll let you have this, but I’m not gonna do it while you’re covered in soot and ash.”
“Well then we can always just do it in the shower.” “Wait, what!?” But before Rat can say anymore, he’s suddenly picked up from the bed as Blake stands up, holding Rat. He then walks over to the master bathroom as blush begins to crawl up Rat’s face.
Blake puts down Rat on the counter top, before grabbing his arm and pulling off his communicator. Now holding Rat’s communicator, he asks, “Mind if I tell Moriya to take the cockpit?” “No, it’s fine.”
You whisper to Moriya: Hey, gonna shower rq with Blake, might be a bit. Take control of the cockpit for me
Moriya whispers to you: Yeah
Moriya whispers to you: Why are you showing with Blake tho
Moriya whispers to you: Genuinely why
Moriya whispers to you: WAIT ARE YOU GOING TO FUCK HIM
Blake laughs mischievously.
“Uh, what are you laughing about?” Rat asks as he’s pulling off his last article of clothing.
“Nothing~” Blake says slyly, one hand removing his own mask while the other begins to unbutton his own vest. Rat sighs at this before going to turn on the shower.
Eventually, the two lovers are both naked and standing in the hot shower. At first, things go like normal, getting rid of the soot and ash of their bodies, washing their hair, and Rat even shaving a little bit, not wanting the feeling of stubs of hair on his legs. Throughout this though, Rat can’t help but think about his whole point of the trip, of what plans to do.
He’s got a feeling in his gut that things aren’t gonna go well, that this might be the last time ever he’s going to be able to enjoy doing this with Blake.
“Hey, are you alright, love?”
“What?” Rat is brought back into reality from Blake’s question. “Oh, I’m fine, just thinking.”
Blake frowns at this. “About what?”
Rat gulps slightly. “It- it’s nothing important.”
Blake wraps his arms around Rat, pulling him in close. “What is it?” Rat doesn’t reply back at first. Instead he presses his head against Blake, not looking up at him. In response, Blake rests his chin on Rat’s head, pulling him in even closer.
“I sense it’s something you don’t want to talk about. I understand.”
Blake then moves one of his hands to cup Rat’s face softly as the water poured down onto them.
“If it’s something about us though, just know I’ll never stop caring for you,” Blake whispers softly.
Blake then slowly pressed his own lips against Rat’s, not with force, but care and affection. Rat, leans into it. Neither of them want this moment of theirs to escalate too quickly, it seems to be a thought that they tell each other simply through their love alone. For Blake, he wants to care for his love. For Rat, he wants to enjoy these fleeting moments left with his love before the ship eventually crashes.
The Freebird represents them. A love so big and grand, but by one’s actions, fails and crashes into the ground. What neither fails to realize, is that it won’t be just them affected by their love, but the server as a whole. After the Freebird incident, others would look back on it and see days of a love that once existed, but doesn’t anymore. Blake would return to this ship for a while, trying to reclaim what he’s lost through memory, but just can’t seem to ever get over it. And Rat? Well, that I cannot say. But one could only assume that he’d take this love that he destroyed, and corrupt it, turning it into something far more dangerous than a simple airship.
It’s always been what he’s best at after all.
None of this goes through either of their heads as their affection for each other only seems to spur them more and more. What happens exactly, well that I’m sure you can imagine on your own. But as the ship continues to fly, flying so high in the sky, the fear of falling down not present, so will their love.
