It was a welcome change.
After Charlie had helped you set up the Wi-Fi and installed Bluetooth speakers in all the common rooms plus the bedrooms, you could listen to whatever music app you wanted. The beauty of it was you could share on every speaker or just whatever room you were currently in.
No longer was there that weird silence. You always made sure something was playing in the background. It seemed to help keep everyone’s sanity intact.
For the most part, you catered to Sam or Dean’s styles, but today?
Nope. They were gone on a hunt. They said it was a milk run so you could stay and rest. They’d be gone overnight, no longer than 2 days.
You protested at first, but then realized how nice it would be to take a short break.
As soon as they left, you stripped down and took a bubble bath with your favorite scent in the claw foot tub at the end of the shower room.
After that, you dressed in a matching PJ shirt and shorts. You usually only wore stuff like this in your room, but since they were gone…
It hugged your curves, showing some cleavage and exposed legs to the middle of your thighs.
You giggled like you were being naughty while the parents were gone.
You left your room to go make food and that’s when you noticed.
The place was a mess. Books, dishes, glasses, beer bottles, fast food wrappers, etc.
You sighed. Then you remembered. You could pick any genre of music to listen to while you cleaned and no one would complain! So you decided to pick something fun.
You were scrolling through and there it was. 80’s freestyle. Ooh. You hadn’t listened to beats like that in a minute.
You happily put it on and turned it up, the bass echoing off the walls.
You danced and sang along as you put books away and took dishes to the kitchen. As you washed, you thought about how you met San and Dean.
((You were sitting at Harvelle’s, sharing a joke with Jo when they came in. And wow, they lit up a room.
She noticed you sizing them up, so she hurriedly talked to you about the Winchester brothers. They weren’t totally unknown to you, of course. Although you hoped Jo might have some insight as to what they were really like.
Both were very different.
Sam was sweet and she adored him. He acted like a brother to her, assisting in some training or answering questions. He was someone she could talk to and not feel like she was pestering. He was patient and kind.
Dean was well, Dean. He was self assured and a bit cocky. Which annoyed and intrigued her. He had a habit of being a one night stand kind of guy. He was also overly handsome. Problem was he knew it so he was a notorious flirt. She’d seen him hit on a ton of women.
She admitted even with that, she harbored a small crush on him, but would never act on it due to his womanizer status.
She then told you a few stories about them being great hunters. A brief history, as she knew it anyway.
Jo saw how your interest piqued after the discussion and she braced herself for whatever quip was going to emerge from your mouth.
“Oh, I don’t know. A man like that can wreck me any time,” you said as you surveyed both brothers. “Sam isn’t too far behind on that either,” you deadpanned.
Jo choked on her beer. “What the hell, Y/N? You better not let Mom hear that!”
You laughed. “How long have we known each other? And you still get surprised by what I say? Besides, Mama Ellen knows what I’m like. She calls me her favorite bad influence on you.” You leaned in close, speaking so only she could hear you. “Except you and I both know you don’t need any help in that department.”
Jo smacked your shoulder playfully before she wiped her mouth with a napkin. “Shut-up, Y/N! She’s just starting to trust us on hunts together. But seriously the Winchesters? That’s a dangerous game.”
“That’s what I’m counting on. Be an awesome sister and give me three beers, yeah?”
Jo made a face of disbelief. She knew what you were up to. “You’re insane. You’re lucky I love ya,” She shook her head but gave you what you asked for.
You just gave a sly grin. You adjusted your shirt just right to show off your attributes, grabbed a tray, and took the bottles over to where Sam and Dean were sitting.
“Hi there!” you said in a bright voice.
The brothers instantly stopped talking.
Dean saw the tray and did exactly what you thought he would.
“Hey, darlin,” he said with a panty dropping grin, eyes raking over you shamelessly. “Worked here long? Haven’t seen you around. I’m Dean.”
“Dean, we didn’t order those,” said Sam looking at you suspiciously.
“Sammy, I’m sure our server has a perfectly good reason to bring those, don’t you?”
“You looked thirsty. It’s my treat,” you said as you sat down.
“Your treat, huh? I like the sound of that,” said Dean.
“Aren’t you going to get into trouble?” asked Sam, nervously looking around for Ellen.
You took a sip of your beer and touched his arm. “Only if that’s your nickname.”
Sam blushed slightly. “I…”
Dean smirked. Other than him, no one could usually make Sam turn red so quickly.
You turned your attention to Dean. “And you. You’re awfully pretty. Are you a model? That swagger you’ve got should be illegal.”
Dean wasn’t sure if he should be flattered or offended. The shoe being on the other foot felt odd. “I’m sorry. What did you just say?”
“You heard me, cowboy. You two are tall drinks of water that I would happily drown in. How about it?”
The brothers stared at you, looked at each other, then you, then each other again. It was like watching a silent comedy happening right in front of you.
They both grabbed a beer and chugged at the same time.
Dean of course was the first to recover. You could see the wheels turning. And boy, he didn’t disappoint.
He gave you a seductive smile. “Think you can handle us both, do ya sweetheart?”
Sam leaned in waiting for your response.
“Oh honey. You couldn’t keep up with me. They’d need a telethon to find a cure in order to save you from extreme pleasure overload. I’m way out of your league.” You smirked before clinked your beer to Dean’s and took a long pull. A few drops of condensation fell onto your cleavage and both of them watched it make a slow journey down into your shirt.
The silence was thrilling. Knowing you had their full attention was a huge ego boost. You met their eyes and whispered, “Did you enjoy the water show?”
Both brothers acted as if they hadn’t just been starting down your shirt. Dean focused on sipping his beer and Sam began glancing around the bar like the building was the most interesting thing to look at.
You set down your beer and chuckled softly. “Relax. I’m only pulling your chains. I’m a good friend of Jo’s. Known her for years. Told her I was gonna do this. She told me not to. That’s when I knew I had to. Name’s Y/N by the way. And you’re the infamous Winchesters, Sam and Dean. I’ve heard all about you, which is why I couldn’t resist,” you said with a knowing smile.
“Jesus,” Dean said as he rubbed a hand over his face.
Sam’s cheeks were still the most adorable shade of pink.
“What?” you said in an innocent tone.
“You can’t just say things like that,” protested Dean.
“Why not?”
“Because…”
You waited.
Sam cut in, “Because what if someone didn’t know you were joking?”
“Oh, that.” You stood up. “Jo! Toss it!”
Jo smiled. She threw a shotgun towards your head. You caught it easily, cocked it, and aimed at a hanging picture across the roadhouse. You hit it dead square in the chest.
“How did you…?” asked Sam.
Ellen came out from the back. “Who the hell is shooting guns in my bar?” She saw you and her eyes narrowed. She stalked over to you, grabbed the gun and smacked you on the ass with it.
You jumped and rubbed at the cheek she had hit. You formed a retort but she shut you down quick.
“Dammit, Y/N/N! You and Jo are gonna be the death of me. Put that back behind the bar and make sure it’s reloaded, please.” She handed you the shotgun with a glare that could melt ice.
“Enjoy your beers. It was nice to meet you both. And by the way, I was only half joking. See you around!” You blew them a kiss and went back to where Jo was. Soon you two were having shots and laughing.
“What did she say to you two? Actually, never mind. I’m sure I’ve got an idea,” said Ellen.
Dean shook his head as if to clear it. “You know her?”
“Course I do. Her and Jo been thick as thieves since they were knee high to a grasshopper. Her parents were excellent hunters.”
“Were?” asked Sam.
“Yeah. Died when she was 14. I took her in. That girl’s been through a lot. She’s known the life all of hers. I keep trying to get her to stop. But if hunting is in your blood? Not easy to cut it out of you.”
“Why haven’t we seen her before?” asked Dean.
“She’s like you two. Always off on a hunt. Nothing makes her happier. I love her like a second daughter. If you see her out there, keep her safe, yeah?”
“Of course,” the brothers replied.))
Over the next few years, you’d meet up with them off and on. Sometimes on the same hunts, sometimes at the roadhouse. You’d flirt with them, Dean would flirt back, but Sam? He’d just chuckle and say something profoundly funny. It became routine.
You considered them people you could count on. And they seemed to look at you the same way.
Over time Sam was almost as close as Jo to you. You were sort of that way with Dean, but that damn handsome face kept you at arms length. Not that Sam wasn’t , he just had a different effect on you.
You knew without a doubt Sam was fun to tease, but you’d never betray your friendship.
Dean though? That was a bit stickier. Many times you were tempted, but out of respect to Jo, you wouldn’t go there.
And then the tragedy. Hellhounds, the explosion. When you heard, you were devastated. You wish you had been there for their last precious seconds of time. You felt cheated that you didn’t have the chance to say goodbye.
It gnawed at your guts. The pain, the anger. The knowledge that you’d never see them again.
They were gone and you had no way to fix it. Guilt overcame you. You had been on a hunt in another state. Mama Ellen and Jo said for you to go, that they’d be fine.
You contacted every psychic, shaman, witch, whoever might help you contact them. Nothing worked. And it broke you.
Which meant you made it your mission to kill as many monsters as you could. You showed no mercy. You’d climb into a motel bed late at night too exhausted to even cry. The next day, you’d do it all again.
You felt hollow, just going through the motions. You didn’t stop. Sam and Dean texted, called. You didn’t answer. The voicemails were what made you feel like sobbing. Both of them being so sympathetic. Just wanting to know you were all right.
It was too painful. In your heart you knew it wasn’t fair. Unfortunately all you could think of was their connection to Mama Ellen and Jo.
It hurt so much that you ditched that phone and got another. The only people that had the new number were Garth and Charlie under strict instructions not to give it to the Winchesters.
It was a couple of years after that you wound up at their motel. Covered in blood, bruised and bartered.
Sam opened the door to the motel room. You fell into his arms. “Y/N!” He said as he scooped you up and placed you on his bed.
Dean came out of the bathroom, freshly showered in sweats and a t-shirt. “Sammy, I heard a noise and…is that Y/N?!?”
“Yeah. She’s pretty messed up. You don’t think it’s because of?”
Dean gazed down at you. “Definitely.”
“What do we do?”
Dean sighed. “Keep her with us until she heals at least.”
It was two days later when you opened your eyes. You were in a hospital bed connected to an IV and heart monitor. You began to panic, and alarms went off.
Two sets of boots ran in.
“Sam? Dean? What? Where am I?”
“Calm down, sweetheart. You’re okay.”
You tried to sit up. Everything screaming at you made you wince as you gripped the bed rails pulling yourself to an upright position. The anger burst from you in a rush. “Nothing is okay, Dean! Jo is dead! Ellen is dead! They were my family! I made it my goal to kill every goddamn hellhound I could find! So if you’ll excuse me…” You went to pull out the IV, but Sam stopped you.
“Hey. Unless you want to bleed out, wait a second,” he said in a comforting tone.
“Fine,” you said sullenly.
“While Sam does that, why don’t you tell us what happened?” asked Dean.
“I had it. A lead on Crowley’s kennel. Or so I thought. There were way more and they were loose! It was a trap. They chomped on me like a chew toy. I fought them off and got my ass out of there.”
Sam placed some gauze and tape on your arm. “How did you find us?”
You rubbed at your neck. “I called Garth. I didn’t say I was injured. I asked him if there were any hunts in the area. He told me about a haunting that sounded legit. He said you two were on it. Finding Baby wasn’t too hard after that. I took a chance and figured Dean would park her right in front of your door. Now where the hell am I? This sure isn’t a typical motel room. Unless…is it? You guys got a medical fetish? Strapping women down and giving them exams? I could get behind that.” You gave a saucy grin at the last comment.
“Still outrageous as always,” teased Dean.
“No, no. We have a place now. It’s the Men Of Letters Bunker. Safest place in the world.”
You went to take off the sheet. You realized you were only in your bra and panties. “Um, where’s my clothes?”
Sam blushed. “They were soaked with blood. I had to wash them. Plus you needed stitches.”
“Can I please have something to wear?”
“You sure you want to cover up your fancy underwear?” Dean said with a twinkle in his eyes.
You whipped your head around to Sam. “C’mon! You told him?”
“You were unconscious, Y/N! I needed his help, okay?”
“Uh-huh. So. Dean. Did you like what you saw?”
Dean’s tongue darted out, moistening his lips. “You covered in blood and deep cuts? Not even a little bit.”
You knew he was deflecting because of your injures so you let him off easy. “Right. So how about those clothes?”
“I’ll get you something,” said Sam. He left the room.
You wriggled around carefully. You pushed the bedrail down and swung your legs over the side.
Dean’s face went solemn. “Y/N, what the hell. Going after those mutts on your own. Why didn’t you call us?”
“I had it handled, Dean.”
“You call this handled?” He waved an arm across your body.
“I’m not a rookie. Don’t you dare treat me like one.”
Dean pinched his nose in frustration. “I’m not. You got hurt. Badly.”
You shrugged. “I’m fine.”
Dean grimaced. “No, you’re not.”
“Don’t you tell me what I am! I’m fine, Dean Winchester! I’m out of here!” You went to slide off the bed, now not caring if the sheet fell.
Dean exploded. He braced his arms against your thighs effectively trapping you in. His green eyes blazed as he let loose. “The hell you are! Not on my watch! You are staying here and that’s final! I promised Ellen I’d keep you safe! And now that we finally know where you are, I'm going to do it even if that means taking shifts to watch you!"
“Screw you, Dean!” You reared back and punched him in the face. He fell backwards in surprise. You wrapped the sheet around you like a toga and stalked out of the room, your sore body protesting with every step.
You got as far as the war room. You saw the stairs leading up. “Dammit.” You sat down heavily into a chair.
“Y/N!” Dean’s voice echoing through the halls made you groan. Soon enough he was there. “Seriously? How far did you think you were gonna get?”
“Away from you was my goal right then.”
Dean’s face softened. “Okay, okay.” He sat down in the chair next to you. “You’ve still got that crazy right hook.”
You smiled, your anger fading. “Knocked you flat on your ass, Winchester.”
“I wasn’t expecting someone who just woke up after two days to have that kind of strength! Aimed at me!”
You patted his arm. “Aw, I know. Your wounded male pride. It’s okay. I won’t tell anyone.”
Dean shook his head, chuckling. “Y/N, you’re welcome to stay here for as long as you need to, okay? No strings. Let’s go find you a room.”
You bit your lip in thought. What harm could it do? You nodded.
Dean stood up and held out his arm. “C’mere.”
You blinked. “What?”
“I’m not letting you walk down that hallway unassisted.”
You rolled your eyes, but you let him help you.
His skin was warm and you felt a slight tingle. You shoved down the emotions that threatened to show themselves.
That was nothing compared to what you felt when you stumbled and he just picked you up like you weighed nothing, your face against his chest.
“Dean!”
“Just relax and enjoy the ride,” he said. You didn’t see him trying not to nuzzle into your hair or the look of worry that crossed his face when you winced in pain.
All too soon, he stopped at a door. He nudged it open with his foot. He deposited you onto a clean bed. The room was sparse, only having what you need. “When you’re well, you can fix it up however you want, okay?” said Dean.
“Oh. Uh thank you.” You didn’t expect that and it kind of threw you for a loop.
He smiled, a gentle one you hadn’t seen before. “Rest. I’ll see you at breakfast tomorrow.”
You started to argue, but the huge yawn gave you away. “Yeah. Nite, Dean.” You laid down. You were asleep before he even closed the door.
“Nite, Y/N,” Dean said softly.
About 6 months into your recovery, Cas had shown up to heal your wounds. You hit it off immediately and you would talk on the phone constantly.
Unbeknownst to you, it drove Dean crazy. He wanted that with you. How you acted with Sam, Charlie, even Cas. You’d talk for hours with them. You and he would talk, sure. But mostly about a case or past hunts.
He tried everything. Going for a drive in Baby. Movie night in the Dean cave. Checking out a dive bar. Hell, he tried to cook with you. That ended badly. Food was everywhere from starting a food fight in the middle of the kitchen. You had fun, but it was just another night.
After that he resigned himself to whatever it was you guys had and didn’t push for more. He didn’t like it, not at all. He decided he’d have to wait for the opportunity to present itself.
You were fully healed and you hadn’t moved out even though you had said you would. Which delighted Dean to no end. He liked having you there. He made sure to never bring up the subject of you leaving.
You went back to hunting but now it was both of them or at least one. Dean refused to let you hunt alone.
In the argument that had ensued when you brought it up, you both yelled so loudly that Sam left the Bunker to let you hash it out.
Dean’s final statement was that he threatened to lock you in your room if you tried a stunt like that.
You taunted him saying don’t make promises he can’t keep.
His response was to throw you over his shoulder and dump you onto your bed. He then strode out locking the door behind him.
You tried the doorknob. Was he holding it shut? “Hellfire! Dean, you let me out of here right this minute!”
“You agree to not go on solo hunts?”
“Bite me!”
“Y/N. Be reasonable.”
“Not even a little bit. I’m a grown woman. I didn’t need a babysitter before and I don't need one now. So I reiterate bite me, Dean.”
“Fine. Then I’m staying right here.”
“You wouldn’t dare.”
“I’m just as stubborn as you. Wanna bet on it?”
You thought it over. You knew from experience he was. You paced for a few minutes. Then you sat on your bed. You turned music on and sang.
“Are you serious? This isn’t a Full House special episode, Y/N!”
“Ugh, at least give me a good show. Full House is lame. I’d kick the crap outta them with their candyass parenting. Are you trying to be Danny? ‘Cause you suck at it.”
“I’m not like any of them and you know it. If I was, I’d be Jesse.”
You laughed despite being pissed off at the situation.
“Anyway, you know I’ll keep you safe. That’s what Ellen asked and I’m going to do it until I die. It’s not a punishment, it’s keeping a promise. You can understand that, right?”
You sighed and turned off the music. You muttered, “Okay, you win.”
“What was that?”
You shouted, “I won’t go on solitary hunts. Happy?”
The door opened. Dean was grinning at you. He went to speak.
“Uh-uh. You shush. That’s your one, mister.”
He made the throw away the key gesture over his lips.
You nodded and patted his cheek. “Good boy.”
As you walked away, you missed the slight tinge of pink on his ears.
In the hunts afterward you thought you’d hate it, having a partner again. It turned out to be what you needed.
During this time, you told Sam all about your past. He told you about his. You’d have these deep conversations when it was just you two in the motel room.
Given Dean’s proclivity for the ladies, late night talks with Sam happened often.
But then one night, a crazy thing happened. It was a hunt with just Dean.
He didn’t leave. He stayed with you. And you found yourself opening up. Telling him dark secrets you were afraid to share with anyone.
And the even weirder thing? He freaking listened.
At one point, he was gazing at you. His green eyes sparkled. You felt a tiny ember of desire growing. Maybe it was more than just flirting?
There was no denying the man was gorgeous. But it was the intensity of his gaze that made your heart skip a beat. He never said anything other than light hearted comments, so you hid it deep down.
And so it went. Flirting and hunting and learning more about the Bunker. Another 6 months passed. You had been living there for a year. It felt right, like a home. The idea of you living anywhere else disappeared.
Which brings you to right now.
You were singing along. Then that damn song started playing.
It hit you like a brick to the chest. It mirrored exactly how you felt.
You took a deep breath. “Nope, nope. Not going there.”
Until you put the song on repeat, torturing yourself. You curled up on the couch in the Dean cave. You pulled out your phone.
First person you would normally call was Sam. That was out, sharing your feelings about his brother would be way uncomfortable. Then Dean. That was a hell no. Cas? He was an awesome listener and he’d let you talk. Not so good on the after though.
You realized who would be the best at this, so you dialed a number and put it on speaker.
“Hey, sexy bitch! What’s up?”
“Charlie. I uh think I have a problem.”
“Talk to me.”
“I think I’m failing for Dean.”
Charlie’s merry laugh echoed through the room . “Well duh. I’ve been waiting for you to finally be honest with yourself. What did it?"
You told her about the song and having it on repeat.
"You’re going to say something, right?”
You sputtered, “Are you nuts? No way! Flirting is one thing. We’re both happy with the situation.”
“Except you’re not.”
You tugged on a strand of hair. “Hellfire. You’re right, as usual.”
Charlie’s grin was so wide you could feel it through the phone. “Tell him, girl! You deserve happiness and so does he.”
“What do you mean by that?”
“I’ve already said too much. Just.. talk to him. Promise me you will.”
You sighed. “Promise.”
“Later, you awesome bitch! Love ya!”
“Love ya too.”
You hung up with her, turning the music back on and began to sing along to the song.
🎶I’m lost in emotion
Telling you things you really shouldn’t know
I’m, baby, I’m lost in emotion
Am I a fool? At least my friends think so
Qué será, qué será🎶
You sang this at the top of your lungs. When the song ended, you shut it off. You could feel tears brimming up. You couldn’t tell Dean, not in a million years.
You got up to finish the dishes. As you walked towards the kitchen, you mulled over what Charlie had said.
“Don’t be an idiot. He doesn’t see you like that,” you chastised yourself.
Holy crap. You skidded to a stop. Dean was standing there. How did he sneak past you? Then you remembered. You were in the Dean cave. How much did he hear?
“Hi, Y/N.”
“Dean? Thought you were off on that hunt with Sam.”
“He asked me to grab something out of the fridge. One of those damn smoothies he likes so much. Made me drive all the way back here.”
“Oh? So where is it?”
“Mm?”
You noticed Dean’s eyes roving over you in an appreciative look. It gave you a shiver that you were forced to hide. You tried to keep the conversation light.
“The smoothie, Dean.”
“What smoothie?”
“Didn’t you just say…?”
Dean didn’t respond. He just stared at you with a hunger you’d never had directed towards you.
“Hey. Earth to Dean. The world is waiting for you to speak.” You snapped your fingers.
“The world? Or just you?”
You twitched. “Me?”
Dean crossed to you in two long strides. He placed two fingers on your chin so your eyes met. “You, sweetheart. I heard your phone call. You have anything to tell me?”
“Yeah, no. Not going there. If you’ll excuse me…” You backed up, turned on your heel and sprinted to your room. You sat down on your bed. “Hellfire. This is bad.”
A trio of raps on your door. “Y/N, can I come in?”
Because of course he followed you. You took a deep breath. “Sure.”
Your door opened as it had a thousand times before. Today though? It was almost like he was entering it for the first time.
He glanced around your room that you had decorated in your style. It didn’t look like a stuffy Men Of Letters bedroom anymore.
He swore that every time he came in, you had something new for him to look at. He always felt at home there. He couldn’t decide whether it was because of you, the décor or both.
He came in and sat down on the chair in the corner in an easy sprawl.
Neither one of you spoke for a few minutes.
You rubbed your palms on your sleep shorts. “Look. Can we just forget what you heard and pretend everything is just like it was?”
Dean’s voice was low. “Is that what you really want?”
“Yes. No. Hellfire! I don’t know!”
“Why don’t you just ask me then?”
“Ask you what?”
He leaned closer. His voice was growly. “How I see you.”
“For the love of…no! I’m embarrassed enough. You had your fun mocking me. Please just drop it.”
“I can’t .”
“What?”
“I’m not mocking you. Far from it.”
Your mouth suddenly felt dry. Part of you was afraid to hear, the other part? Well…you decided to just say screw it. “How do you see me, Dean?”
“A fierce smartass warrior. Someone I’m glad is on our side stomping monsters. Can take any situation and find humor in it. Is also smoking hot even when covered in blood and guts.”
You just sat there, mouth open.
He continued. “When you appeared at the motel room, I was happy to see you but pissed because you were hurt. I thought I was gonna lose you. Yes, I know it’s a hunter’s life but dammit. Don’t you know what you mean to me?”
“I’m starting to,” your smile was soft.
You stood up and moved to where Dean was sitting. You looked down at him. Slowly you straddled his lap. You took his face into your hands. “If you say you want this, it’ll happen. Do you want this, Dean?”
He nodded. “Of course I do, sweetheart. I’ve wanted you since that day at Harvelle’s.”
You dropped your hands and looked at him quizzically. “You have?”
“That stunt you did with Jo and the shotgun? That sealed it for me.”
“But then why? Why all the other women?”
“I’m not good with things like this, Y/N. It was easier to be with people I didn’t care about. Bury whatever and just be physical.”
“Right. Maybe this is a mistake. I don’t want to be a notch on your bedpost, Dean. That’s not me.” You stood up and turned away, trying to hide the tears. He came up behind you keeping his hands at his sides.
“Y/N, hey. Don’t do that. I didn’t mean it like that. Not with you.”
“Uh-huh. And how do you mean it?”
I’m not someone that has emotional conversations.”
“Bull. You talk to Sam all the time.”
He ran a hand through his hair in frustration and reached for your waist, making you face him. When he looked at you with an almost shy smile and pleading eyes, you took the initiative.
You kissed him. Desperate and hungry. You had a momentary flicker of self hatred at your weakness. Until he kissed you back in the same way. The negative feeling dissipated and you lost yourself into enjoying the moment.
You started making out like teenagers in the back seat of your parents car. Dean expertly maneuvered you to lay you down on your bed and began exploring your body, sliding his fingers underneath your PJ shirt to touch your skin. He didn’t automatically go for your breasts which helped build anticipation.
The kisses became hotter and you could feel him hardening against you. He moved to your neck and collarbone, leaving tiny marks from his teeth scraping gently. Normally you weren’t a fan, but when Dean did it? It made you shiver.
“Dean! I’ve been waiting for forever! Where are you?” Sam’s voice came down the hallway. “And have you seen Y/N? I had a question to ask her and…oh.”
He stood at your doorway, seeing you wrapped up in Dean. He chuckled, then laughed loudly, his shoulders shaking. The laughter was what pulled you apart.
Both you and Dean had flushed cheeks and reddened lips.
“Finally! Took you two long enough,” Sam said smugly.
You cocked your head. “What?”
He gestured between you. “This. Charlie and I were just about ready to lock you both in the closet 7 minutes in Heaven style. Her idea."
“Sammy, what the hell? You knew? The whole time?!?” demanded Dean.
“Hold on a minute, let me handle this,” You brushed your lips across Dean’s, not caring that Sam was there. “Be right back.”
You went over to Sam and punched him in the stomach. “That’s for scheming with Charlie.” Sam doubled over, the wind knocked out of him.
Dean laughed at the scene. He stood up. “See that, Sammy? My girl doesn’t take kindly to shenanigans.” He kissed your knuckles. “Your hand okay?”
“Shenanigans, Dean? Nice. My hand is fine. Sam may want to toughen up a little. It was like hitting Jell-o.”
Dean laughed as Sam frowned.
“And did you just say I was your girl?”
“Damn straight.” He kissed your temple.
You leaned against him, feeling his warmth. “Does that mean you’re my man?”
He growled into your ear, “In every way, Y/N.”
You were just about to turn and start making out again when something hit you.
You glanced at Sam. “Wait a second. What about your hunt?”
Sam got to his feet and looked at the two of you. “Before I answer, promise you won’t hit me again.”
You and Dean looked at each other. Then you answered at the same time, “Nope.”
Sam took a deep breath and said in a rush, “Uh, well. About that. That was my original plan. Leave the Bunker with Dean on a case and leave you with your thoughts. I figured you’d sort it out and tell Dean when we got back. I really did forget my smoothie though so it was a happy coincidence, yeah? Charlie texted me about how she talked to you. I waited for a bit longer before coming inside."
“So there isn’t a hunt?” Dean said harshly.
Sam rubbed at his neck with a sheepish grin. “No. It all worked out though, right?” And with that, he ran to his room, slamming and locking his door.
“Dammit, Sam!” you both yelled out the empty doorway.
“Hmm. No hunt, huh. I wonder what we’ll do with all that time…”
“I have a few ideas."
“Dean. You should probably close the door. Don't want to traumatize Sam. Or maybe you have a voyeur fetish?" you teased.
Dean’s grin was huge as he kicked the door shut and advanced towards you. “Y/N, you better have that telethon number on speed dial. I’ve got a feeling we’re both gonna need it,” he said just before pinning you to the mattress and ravishing you.
