Affection (How affectionate they are and how they show it.)
Honestly? Tachyon is not very outwardly affectionate in daily life. Her personality and experimentation make her tunnel vision on whatever task she is set on, leaving no room for distractions. Even when you are her assistant(read: guinea pig) it's purely clinical. However, on the rare occasion she isn’t carrying out an experiment, she’ll wrap herself around you and not let go, almost acting like a spoiled child, asking for your love and affection. And if you bring her something sweet for her to snack on while she’s working? She’ll melt in your arms as soon as she’s done.
Bicker (How would arguments or fights go? What do they do after?)
Arguments with Tachyon often are pretty petty, often relating to the damage her experiments cause and the like. If she’s miffed, she’ll wordlessly work on a new experiment, maybe even work on a chemical to slip into your food… But most of the time, if she’s in the wrong, her scientific mind is capable of seeing things from an objective point of view, and she’ll try her utmost to make it up to you. Something she tries to do is cook for you, and although the omelette is burnt around the edges, you know she put her heart and soul into it and that makes it all the more tastier. Arguments rarely go unresolved for a long time, because she loves you far more than she lets on, so love her well in return, okay?
Cuddle (:D)
Tachyon is surprisingly receptive to physical touch. Sometimes, you’ll wrap your arms around her waist from behind while she’s working on something, and instead of pushing you away, she’ll lean into your touch, letting out a contented hum as she continues with her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys being cuddled up in your home, on the couch, the bed, anywhere comfortable. The lab coat stays on, and very cutely, she’ll intertwine her hands with yours, the act covered by her oversized sleeves,as you two snuggle under the covers.
Sometimes she’ll call the act an experiment. “A study of the effect of physical intimacy on the heart!” She’ll proclaim, but deep down, both of you know it is a genuine yearning for love and affection.
Date (How would dates with them go?)
It’s already happened once, after the URA finale. Outside of that, dates involving leaving the house are uncommon, she much prefers being indoors, experiments within arms reach. When she does want to, she prefers places that aren’t as densely populated, maybe a cafe with sweet treats, the aquarium you visited that time, or even dragging you along to pester Manhattan Cafe.
However, she much prefers stay-home dates, where mornings involve the two of you wrapped up in each other, gently waking to the late-morning sunlight. On these days, she’ll ensure that there aren’t any experiments, opting to spend a laid back day, soaking in intimacy of both kinds. She’ll wrap around you as you fix up breakfast for the both of you two, demanding that you feed her with that adorable half-pout. For days like these, there exists just the two of you, where she can ask for love and affection, and is willing to return it to you in kind.
Eyecandy (What is their favourite body part on themselves and you?)
On herself, it's her legs, not just for how they look(even though they look really good in those stockings), but for the wonder and fascination that she has towards them, the legs of an Umamusume are what define them, what propel them forward with the blistering speed she is so fascinated with. It's not just how they look, but the silent reverence and wonder she holds towards them.
On you, it's your hands. Those were the hands that worked tirelessly to push her forward in her career, the hands that took care of her, as well as the hands that do other things(wink).She finds security and comfort in those hands, knowing full well that they will only treat her with love and gentle care
Future (How far do they want to take this? What are some plans for the future?)
Prominently, her plans for the future are to continue her research into the full potential of Umamusume, whether it be on or off the track. She had planned this as her lifelong endeavour, and that has not changed. But now, she wishes for you to be by her side, every step of the way. The three years you’ve spent with her had proven that you’d be the ideal partner, physically and mentally, and she wouldn’t have it any other way
Gentle (How gentle they are, both emotionally and physically?)
She isn’t some brute,neither is she a gentle damsel, as a person of science, she understands objectively the precision and amount of force she should be exerting for certain acts. When she holds you, it is with just the right amount of force to keep you secure.
Emotionally though, she isn’t the greatest, whether it be giving advice or listening. Her pragmatism often leads to her giving a rather blunt and objective view of whatever problem you may confide in her. It sounds insensitive, and it kind of is, but just know that she only has your best in mind, and that every word is said with good intentions.
Hickey (Do they like to leave any? Where?)
Agnes Tachyon neither has the burning desire to mark you, nor does she shy away from it, finding it to simply be a byproduct of passion.She does find it interesting how you react when she leaves one in a very visible area during more heated moments.
Intimacy (How intimate are they in the more vulnerable moments?)
These moments are during late nights, where the two of you are tangled up together. At these points of time, pangs of insecurity and uncertainty will come through, and instead of being shouldered alone, they are shared. Whether it be by talking it out or simply seeking comfort within each other.
It's in these quiet times where her walls all crumble, every inhibition she had fallen away. No more teasing, no more games, or anything else, just raw, unfiltered affection and trust of the highest level. Her forehead and ears, normally off-limits, are now allowed gentle caresses and feather-light smooches, not rushed but lingering, each gentle smooch a promise to be by her side, no matter what.
In these moments, she’s no mad scientist, no URA finale winner, she is simply Agnes Tachyon, with her cherished guinea pig, who loves her just as deeply in return.
Jealousy (Do they get jealous easily? How much?)
Not really, she’s logical and rational, and she’s acutely aware of how all the moments you and her spend together could never be replaced by anyone else. Still, for fun, she’ll cling to your arm like the most natural thing in the world when you're talking to another girl.
Kiss (Muah)
First starting out, her kisses were a little awkward, a sort of just mushing lips together, bumping teeth sometimes. Then she gradually got used to it and now enjoys it greatly. She mainly goes for the lips, though trails downwards sometimes for the neck. Kisses with Tachyon are surprisingly soft, tasting like your cooking or whatever chemical she ingested beforehand(sometimes both.).
Little ones (How are they around children?)
You’ve had to restrain her several times from experimenting on innocent children.She never means any real harm though(hopefully).
Mornings (How are mornings with them?)
Tachyon rarely goes to bed at a stipulated time. She stays up for 3 days straight and passes out from exhaustion at 12 in the afternoon. On the rare occasion she does go to bed with you, she’ll wake up groggily, rarely before you, tightly wound around you. If you try to get up, she’ll cling onto you, only letting go once you’ve given her a kiss on the forehead and her favourite guinea pig plushie.
The smell of breakfast is the only thing that can tempt her from her cocoon of blankets. She’ll emerge slowly, still drowsy and heavy-lidded. With grumble, she’ll lean against you, half-asleep and wholly insistent that she be fed.
Once she’s had her fill and the morning quiet settles, her attention turns to you. If there’s nothing else that needs doing, she makes sure you know where she wants to be. Draped in your oversized shirt, she stretches out her hands toward you with expectation. “Guinea pig! Cuddle!” And of course, you do so, because it is the cutest thing ever.
No (boundaries)
Touching her ears or forehead in public. Serving her bitter coffee. Interrupting her experiments to a large extent. Aside from that, any form of rough treatment that is cold or harsh is a no-no, she isn't one to outwardly crave love, but she cannot stand cruelty either.
Open (How quickly do they open up about themselves?)
You’ll need to gradually build up trust by being someone reliable for her, only then will she begin to open up.
Patience (Are they quick tempered?)
No. Her patience is trained by continuous failure through trial and error of various different data sets. If it isn’t too serious, she’ll be fine.
Quiz (how well they remember small things and how they do it.)
All of it. Even if she's too busy to act on any of it sometimes, she remembers. And if she does miss it, she’ll make it up to you.
Reunion (After being away for a long time, how are they like?)
For times when you are away, you’ve had to either get Manhattan Cafe’s help or prepare microwavable meals for the time in which you were away. As much as Tachyon is a genius in the lab, she is completely helpless when it comes to taking proper care of herself. Besides that, if you’re gone only for a short amount of time, she could probably bury her head into an experiment until you return, not that she’s unaffected. If you’re gone for a long while, she’ll again, start on an experiment, but once the days blend into weeks, she’ll begin to sorely miss the part of life that is you. Once you return, she’ll jump straight into your arms and demand to be pampered for the whole day.
Serenade (Depending on the Uma, who made the first move, and how did she do it?)
Surprisingly, it was her. In very typical Tachyon fashion, she had obviously cloaked it with the premise of an experiment. But once you realised(which didn’t take long) you embraced her and haven’t let go since.
Touch (How do they handle physical closeness? From you and to you.)
Quite receptive, even when she’s doing research, if you come up to her from behind, she’ll lean into you, content to work while in your warmth.
When she wants physical closeness, it's non-negotiable, she’ll stick her arms out and puff her cheek in an adorable way.
Unfiltered (Bad habits, unglamorous things that they do.)
The most obvious one is her experimentation, and the damage it usually causes, whether it be stinking up the whole house, causing a fire, or even blowing up, these damages can be a pain to deal with.
Aside from that, there is what seems to be coldness or negligence when she obsesses over an experiment to the point of ignoring you. But she really doesn’t mean to do so. She loves you with all her heart, it’s just a mix of not knowing how to express it and her tendency to hyper-focus on something. It’s a little awkward at first, but you’ll get over it.
Vanity (Are they self conscious? Particularly around you?)
She remains presentable, except for when engrossed in an experiment. She can become real stinky…
Wildcard (Random headcannon that I have of them.)
Agnes Tachyon’s fashion sense is very… strange, to put it one way. The jeans she used for the end of career date were actually human jeans with a hole cut in them for the tail. And outside of that date, she does not bother wearing anything else special, opting for her race outfit or something special

X-mas (What do they do during holiday time?)
Holidays with her are completely random. You can expect a wide range of different possible outcomes, ranging from a romantic dinner date(with ordered food) or an experimental substance that makes you glow in the dark. However, no matter what goes on, holidays are always the happiest times of the year, a few days without the weight of responsibilities or any duties, where the two of you are free to indulge in each other without shame. Sometimes, you’ll put some of her old races, and unlike others, she won’t be embarrassed when watching them, believing them to be a proud testament of her efforts to researching the limits of umakind, watching with the mad, passionate sparkle in her eyes that made you fall for her in the first place.
Yearn (How needy are they?)
Agnes Tachyon won’t outwardly show it, but she does miss you very much, very quickly. She won’t outright ask for it, but you can see the signs. She’ll put down experiments and demand you service her in some way, acting not unlike herself back at the academy. But even if her tone is demanding, from the way her eyes soften in love and quiet happiness when you comply, you can tell she truly is grateful for your love and affections.
“Hurry and make me food!”
Zzz(sleep habits)
She wants to remain as close as possible, even while sleeping. She’ll unconsciously seek your warmth, clinging onto your arm. When you get up to leave, she;ll continue to cling to you, begging you with a pouty look to not leave her.
(She’ll only be placated if you promise to only be gone for a moment and pacify her with the squishy Guinea pig plush you got her awhile ago.)
