Chapter Text
Krish Kapoor was your average musician.
Vaani Batra was your average lovesick girl.
They were the most unlikely couple. But, in the world of overly dramatic Bollywood romance movies, anything can happen. <3
"Hello, this is [Your Average Journalism Company], you would like to apply for a j*b...?" The j*b applier person stared at Krish Kapoor's comically angry face. Job application guy side-eyed Krish while also desperately looking away incase the man was about to attack. No one noticed. "Um.. what's your name...?" He very carefully asked him, as if any wrong move would set off a bomb.
"MY NAME IS KRISH KAPOOR!!" Krish screamed. The room went silent.
"Um.. do i know you?" Job dude asked, slowly backing away because he had a feeling he had just lost his real-life game of minesweeper.
Suddenly, Krish jumped onto the man. "You don't remember me?" He punched him once. "Is that right?" He slapped him again.
"What the hell yaar?" Job guy said between punches.
Krish kept beating the guy up until security came.
"Oh frick... I gotta run..." he thought to himself. He decided to keep the random person's diary he found on the ground and scramble for the exit. Hey why am I stealing someone's diary? Eh, you know it's better that I keep it than some random creep that's gonna read it. Because who would do that??
"SECURITY!! GET THAT MAN!!" The job person shrieked. He pointed a finger at the exit Krish ran out of desperately. He looked around and no one was there to see. That little- FUCK HIM! Job guy got up himself and started running for the exit.
"Hey, hey hey! What are you doing?" Some random worker lady stopped him at the exit. "And why are you covered with blood?"
"That stupid mother fu-"
"Use kinder words."
"That man came in and beat me up."
"Oh ok. Well then, call security! And keep working."
"Keep work- I JUST GOT ASSAULTED!!"
"You have a job..."
Job guy pushed past her and tried to run for the exit, but his knees gave out before he could even take 2 steps. He fell on the ground. "AaAaAaaAaH!"
"Get up."
"I will send security after that mfer with anger issues and if not.. he won't know what he has coming," Job guy mumbled.
"Ok bro."
Krish was walking open among the streets. No one knew he had just commited a crime. Krish knew security was probably after him, but he didn't gaf because he knew he had plot armor.
"Alright, now let me just open this random girl's diary. Who does this belong to?" He read the name on the cover. "Vaani. Vaani Batra."
Krish opened the diary to a random page. He read pages and pages of the diary, treating it like poetry, analyzing every word.
"This girl is actually depressed af. I think she needs therapy instead of writing in this diary all day."
"Hey yaar," Krish heard a frustrated voice from behind him. "You have been standing here for 2 hours already. Go get a life."
"Well damn okay bro?" Krish responded. He started walking back home, diary in hand, evidence of the crime still on his face.
This Vaani girl... I wish I could return the diary back to her... well I probably never will... infact I don't even know who she is... so how will I know where she is...
Before he knew it, Krish was back at his apartment. He opened the diary to the page he was reading again. Damn she writes better than me. WAIT- I should plagarize off of her! Yes, what a wonderful idea!
Krish got to work writing down song lyrics copied inspired by Vaani's diary, and when he was done, he decided he should return the book to Vaani.
But if only, he knew who she was.
I GIVE UP ON THIS FIC :( SORRY
